Will have a post done in a short while.

Mitsuki can offer some distraction by using her mist cantrip.
She obviously won't use offensive spells (especially because Gavin asked so), but she won't be standing around for too much.

Since she is blindfolded, she will be able to use her "sixth sense" to feel the bullets coming, she will at least be able to defend the first ones aimed at her, but since they are using special equipments which affects magic, she won't be able to see them.

Tl;dr Mitsuki will conjure up some mist to cover her retreat, maybe conjure up a reflection to save someone or to further help her to get away.

"That's not how this works... We're Hunters and we don't let go. We deal in vengeance against those who have been slighted and must be brought to justice. She will pay for what she's done."
Upon hearing that, Shai was almost opening her mouth again to try to persuade him, but Lusius eyes showed something that truly alarmed her. Hate, fury and anger, flashing red, these weren't eyes of a human being. Under that man's skin, a powerful, and definitely evil creature lurked.

With her eyes wide open, she started to back off, but the oppressive aura was soon gone once Lusius started to calm himself. All that rage and fury wasn't all his, surely it had something to do with the thing hiding inside him.
Shai wanted to help him. She didn't knew if she could deal with that thing, but she knew that rage would lead only to his own destruction.

Shai's thoughts were interrupted by Draco, as he replied to Shai's previous statement:
"You're not wrong. But my interest wasn't in vengeance; Phoebe is a dangerous individual who will rather ironically end up killing more innocent people then almost all the monsters she'll actually end up killing combined. Brimstone Zealots always do...But for now we will let this sleeping dog lie."

As much as Shai hated unnecessary conflicts, Draco's words were true. Shai had already heard about these Fire and Brimstone Zealots... They were a very dangerous kind, very often prone to acts of religious fanaticism, bringing only destruction and bloodshed.

"I see... As much as I hate unnecessary conflicts, this is a very ... Delicate situation. Trying to talk some sense on Brimstone Zealots is useless, letting her be would be irresponsible, as she would continue burning her way across the land but killing..." Shai said, trying to think in a way to persuade them to forget about all that and not go after her looking for a fight. "I... Don't know how to solve all this without resorting to violence, but there must be a way..." She said lowering her voice.

"Please... Think a little more about this. If you kill this Phoebe, then what? Will this bring your lost memories back? Bloodshed only attracts more bloodshed. It's an endless cycle. Please think about it... I will get something to wear. On the dresser, upstairs right? I'll be already back." Shai said to Lusius, going to the stairs.

Before going up them, Shai looked directly at Draco's eyes. In Shai's eyes one could easily see the eyes of someone who was tired of violence, and wanted to avoid bloodshed at all costs. She hoped he would understand the message. "Don't let him go, neither go yourself." She moved her lips without a single sound, before going up the stairs.

Getting near the dresser, Shai stopped in front of it. Opening it seemed to be... Wrong. They were Lusius clothes, not hers. She felt like she was invading his privacy.

After some awkward minutes, she opened it. He had given her his permission after all. Inside the dresser she could find many beautifully crafted and decorated clothes which looked rather expensive. Choosing the simplest ones, she wore them: brown leather pants and a white cotton tunic. Although they were significantly bigger than her body, she did what she could to be able to wear them without being too uncomfortable by wearing the pants in a way so her tail would be just over them while being careful to not show too much of her behind (but still showing a generous part of her hips, otherwise it would be impossible for her to move her tail freely), rolling up the pants so she could walk without falling down, using an old belt to prevent them from falling and rolling up the tunic's long sleeves.

After a good few minutes changing herself Shai was ready, looking at herself in a mirror. It wasn't a beautiful dress, sure, but it wasn't that bad either. It gave her an innocent and younger air.

"You saved me and I wanted to return the favor so I just brought you back here to help care for you and your robes were tattered, damp, and muddy from the battle and from being... After helping me. I took them off and hung them up so you could be warm and dry in my bed that ONLY YOU were in while you were asleep. That was when that she-bitch and total whore Phoebe came and burned my home and your robes burned too. So just... I... We did not have sex!"

With her face completely red, too embarrassed to sat anything, Shai heard Lusius' nonstop torrent of words. Shai was relieved to know they haven't done anything.
As Lusius' kept talking, she felt more comfortable. She couldn't help but let out a giggle, he was obviously embarrassed, and the way he tried to explain himself was kind of cute.

While the circumstances are unfavorable, it is still a pleasure to meet you M'lady. My name is Draco Russ."


"I'm... Sorry for misunderstanding everything. Thanks for saving and protecting mr" She said with a smile, looking to both men "I got a little nervous because... Well... It's my first time."


"N-no! I don't mean like that! Its the first time someone actually cared about my well being, so thank you both. I'm glad that I could meet people who can accept me for what I am, who haven't rejected me like everyone else. Thank you Lusius, thank you Draco." She said with a gentle smile and bowing down..

As beautiful as you are, it might be time to give you back your clothing... or at least something to wear. Did her clothing survive the fire Lusius?"

"I'm very sorry about what this Phoebe did, and I would love to help but... Well... It will be a little difficult to do so wearing only this, after all, my clothes got incinerated too..." She said after hearing Draco's suggestion, looking down ang pulling the blankets, which were starting to fall fue to the wind, up.


"Its a little... Cold. Wearing only this..." She said, embarrassed. "If you have anything for me to wear I would be very grateful. It doesn't need to be a dress or anything fancy... Even some old clothes you used to wear or something like that... For now they will suffice." Shai said, as a guest of wind almost sent the blanket she was covering herself flying.

"Eek!" Shai exclaimed, shivering due to the cold wind and grabbing the blanket as tightly ad she possibly could, bringing them closer to her body.

"Lusius, Draco, about Phoebe... Don't go." Shai said, trying to regain her composure. "Forget her, its dangerous and it won't bring back your burnt house. She has no business coming here again. If she ever try to do it again, then we will defend ourselves. But spending your time looking for revenge is useless!" She said to both men.

"Revenge will lead you nowhere, it won't help you to build new memories, it will only create a chain linking you and these feelings of loss and sadness you are experiencing right now. Stay here with me, forget this Phoebe and concentrate in your present. What happened is not important anymore. I'll help you to rebuild the house... It was my fault after all, she came after me, didn't she?" She said, worried about Lusius.


"Believe in someone who already experienced this feeling many times. Revenge will lead you only to your own destruction." She said, looking down.

● Hollow Bones
Seb's hollow bones are perfect for reducing his body weight, further contributing to his already high agility and speed, but as a consequence, his bones break easier than normal humans.
Additionally, they make possible for the sound he produces to echo through his body, allowing him to produce sound waves of various intensities and frequencies.

● Avian Physiology
Feathers, wings, extremely sharp talons and claws give Seb the ability to fly, coupled with other abilities related to the avian physiology such as enhanced balance, reflexes and senses. It doesn't come without downsides, such as frail bone structure and its enhanced senses make him vulnerable to high frequency noises (Although his talons and claws are already fully formed and his wings almost fully formed, the last still doesn't have enough strength to lift him off the ground, and once they do, he still has to learn how to effectively use them).

● Sound Manipulation
By vibrating his feathers and using his vocal chords, Seb can produce an incredible variety of sounds, ranging from high intensity high frequency sounds to low frequency sounds.
This has a number of different applications such as using as a sonar (echolocation), by emitting high frequency sounds (which cannot be heard by normal humans), emitting powerful low frequency sounds, creating pressure waves that can be used to damage objects or people, using destructive and constructive interference to hush or intensify sounds, and to move faster by riding the pressure waves created.

A P P E A R A N C E

Long length, brown hair, honey eyes and standing at 6'4 ft Seb is someone who cares about his appearance. As a result, his hair is always carefully brushed and tend to wear elegant clothes.
He has a rather slender body, due to his avian physiology, but at the same time, its packed with muscles.
With a beautifully tanned skin, Seb is quite the uncommon sight. His height coupled with his long hair color make him stand out very easily on crowds.

His mutations partially covered his body with feathers (excluding his face), transformed his feet on powerful talons, his arms turned into two big wings, on the end of his wings, there are two fingers with claws on them, these fingers and claws are mainly used to grip on walls or other places. Due to losing his pinky, ring finger and middle finger, the dexterity with the two remnant fingers is quite limited. Although he is still able to grab some things with them, more complex things such as pressing buttons, using his smartphone (by sheer luck he always used voice commands on it because he was too lazy to actually use his hands) & etc. are simply impossible.
Additionally, his teeth became sharper, ideal to cutting meat.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Seb always was a very laid back guy and carefree guy. He hates working, but will still do it if its something that needs to be done, but he will do it the easiest way possible. Seb enjoys reading, listening to music, travelling and sightseeing.
He has a very interesting tendency to always take the best out of everything that happens, even bad things he will try to see them by the good side. He is a very intelligent and calm person, who avoids unnecessary conflicts as much as possible.

One trait that defines Seb is his capacity to not think about the future at all. By his own words: "Planning is only useful to one thing: to disappoint you later." Living by this motto, Seb is the type of guy who just lives the life, without preoccupying himself too much and always trying to take the best out of his experiences.

Seb does have a slight tendency to sometimes isolate himself, especially when around many people. He hates being around too many people at the same time, places like night clubs, shows & etc. are places where probably Seb will never step on.

Before the incident, he was suffering from severe depression, but the things that happened, instead of making him worse, lifted his mood, making him extremely excited and interested. Life was no more boring and dull.

Biography

"Good morning sir, how can i help you today?" the attendant asks to the tall, young man behind the counter.
"Hello, I would like two tickets please." he answers with a calm voice.
"What is your destination?" she asks, confused. The man looks up to the big screen that display the next flights and their estimated time to depart.
"I don't know." he says, smiling. "Give me one for the next flight." he said with distant eyes, handing her his identity and the money.
The girl behind the counter got his id, with an surprised expression.
"Here it is Mr. Seb, the next flight is almost departing, so it would be better for you to dispatch your luggage as soon as possible and head to gate number 5."
"Thank you, but i don't have any luggage." he said as he walked away.

Seb boarded the plane without saying a word, sitting near the window. As the plane lift off, he watched the airport getting smaller and smaller through the window.
His distant expression and sad eyes were those of someone who was slowly dying inside. He felt no more enthusiasm, nothing made him feel alive.

His parents died while he was still 16, letting him with an incredible amount of money. Seb graduated very early, when he was about 20, and there isn't much a young man with an incredible wanderlust could do in Cairo. Selling his parents' house and most of the unnecessary material possessions he had (Saving only a few clothes he liked to wear) he simply packed up and started to travel around the world. For a short time, it was the best time of his life, he was truly happy.

By twenty four, he had already travelled through most of the countries (thanks for the money he inherited from his parents and his detachment from material possessions, he never had to work a single day on his life). Life was incredibly dull for him, he felt no reason to live outside reading books and travelling to try to run from that dull reality. Slowly falling asleep, he closed his eyes, waiting for the plane to reach its destination.

The loud screech of the plane's wheels drifting on the landing strip woke Seb up.
Something was not ok as the pilot screamed to the control tower, which wasn't responding.
Looking out of the plane's window, the sight shocked him. People falling down on the ground without reason, with their eyes completely black and black veins creeping their skin, some people running away, others chasing others and beating them to death, something was very wrong.

Inside the plane things weren't that better, weird events were happening inside too. People falling down, some going insane. The second the plane stopped, he got out of it.
The first thing he did was run away from the confusion, looking for somewhere safe, for he knew that many people together in a situation of crisis wasn't a place where one would be safe.
Seb was afraid, he was in fact, terrified, but he knew that panicking would only get things worse.

As he locked himself on the bulletproof security cabin, his bones started to snap, an agonizing pain shook his body as his muscles teared themselves apart only to slowly rearrange themselves, his skin became rough as feathers started to sprout out of them. Fighting himself to not scream, enduring the pain and trying to not give away his location, he did the only thing he could: curled up on the corner and waited. He had no control over whatever it was that was changing his body, and he couldn't hope to run or even get up with the pain he was enduring.

In fact, the things that were happening, although could be somewhat scary, were extremely exciting for him. He didn't knew if he should feel that way, but he was excited for the first time in years. Something different was happening, something completely new.

P R O F I C I E N C I E S

● "Aimless Wanderer" Seb is used to wander around, be it on cities while sightseeing or on forests observing the nature and wild animals, resulting in a very good sense of direction. As a side effect, Seb's legs are quite powerful and muscular.

● "Hunting Instincts" Together with his mutations, came an powerful hunting instinct. Its natural to him the act of diving in on a prey and using his powerful talons to pin it down and kill it, sinking its sharp teeth on his prey's flesh, savouring its warm meat, everything comes to his mind once he is hunting, its on his nature.

● "Logical mind" Seb has the capacity of remaining calm or calming himself quickly even in dire situations, thinking in a solution for them without being desperate. Although he can still feel fear, he will remain calm and think carefully about his actions and decisions.

L I M I T A T I O N S

● "Blunt Force Trauma." Due to Seb's hollow bone structure, blunt force attacks are very effective against him. A strong hit on his wings, especially on top of them, where the bones are located, will easily break them. On the other parts of his body, a little more of force is needed due to his flesh dampening the impact, but they will still break easier than normal human bones.

● "Fatigue" Seb's wings are those of a bird of prey, and although very fast and maneuverable, they are not fit for long flights. He can flight continuously only for a couple of hours before having to land and rest. If he choses to ignore his body's warnings and overexert himself, his wings' muscles can even tear apart, forcing him to stop flying (and obviously using his wings until his muscles heal themselves) and even plummet down from the sky.

● "Limited Hand Dexterity." Seb's mutations made him lose his pinky, ring finger and middle finger. This results in limited dexterity with his "hands". Although grabbing a cup of water is still doable, using a weapon or other things that require more dexterity is simply impossible for him.

● "Enhanced Senses" His enhanced senses also mean that he is vulnerable to loud high frequency noises (not those produced by him), which can cause him to get very dizzy and unable to fly or even more, or if its too high, even make him unconscious due to the pain.
Additionally, Seb is also vulnerable to very bright lights (Such as tactical flashlights, strobe flashlights & etc.) due to his enhanced vision. Those will make him blind and stunned for a small period of time (until his eyes can adapt themselves to the sudden change, which is around 5 seconds).

● "Moral Compass" Seb will refuse to take any actions that harm -innocent- people. Although exceptions can be made on specific occasions, he will feel very bad about it and will only do it if there is no other alternative.

● "Sore Throat" Although Seb can freely produce sounds, sustaining them for long periods of time (rather than just a burst) takes a heavy strain on his body. Should he overexert himself, he can even tear his vocal cords apart, taking some good deal of time to heal.

"You coming, or what?" he heard her say as she walked away.

That woman's laugh was something that made him feel calm, it was soothing to both his mind and body.
Shaking his head and regaining his composure, he started walking.
"I'm... sorry for beink so tactless and direkt like zat Frau Avalon." he said, catching up to her.
"I know I'm being razer indelikate, but believe me, all zat I said is truth. I don't fully understand, but I feel like I could tell you all my sekrets visout beink afraid. I've made many mistakes on my life... Many of zem exaktly bekause I did nosink, and just let the opportunity pass. I don't vant to lose this light zat found me in the middle of the bloodshed." he said.

"I don't vant to let zis ray of hope fade avay in the dark clouds. Pardon my eagerness to convey my feelings, but I can assure you zat zey are all true." He said, trying to apologize himself.
"Again, i'm sorry for beink like zat. Zis feeling is somesink new for me, and I don't know how to deal vis zem yet. Kould you give me anoser chance?" he asked. Emmerich was obviously ashamed as he looked down, letting an awkward silence in the air. It was very obvious that it was the first time he had those kind of feelings, for anyone. Loosing his composure like that was something that he never did. He couldn't control himself when he was near her, he was different, but in a good way.

"Let's stop talkink about my shameful acts. Let's talk a little about you, shall vee? Why have a beautiful lady like you took the hunter's path? Not zat I don't like it... Your moves are very graceful and I can feel zee technique behind zem. I really vould love to teach you how to dance, I feel like you have zee perfekt body for it." he said looking to her body without realizing.

The second he realized he was ogling her, he averted his gaze, looking down.
"I... I vasn't looking at you like zat, I mean... I said bekause you have a very beautiful body... For dancink I mean." he said stumbling on his own words, letting out a laugh.
"You see, dancink vas one of my hobbies before... well... before everythink happened. I came from a place vere big masquerade balls and ozer sophisticated dances are pretty common. Its truly a beautiful place! Libraries are everywhere, its the dream of any scholar." he said with his eyes shining.

As they got close to the tavern, he opened the door, waiting for her.
"Please, you first." he said, holding the door for her to pass.
"Do you like drinkink wine? I heard zat zey have a very good wine here. We kould ask some for us. It will be good to take zis terrible taste of gnome blood out of out mouth." he said, with a laugh.

"I would... I uh... I would very much like your help."
Shai was really glad that he understood what she was talking, even after his outburst of anger. She knew that its hard losing everything.
She was already opening her mouth to talk, when his next phrase raised some questions on her mind that she should have done some time ago.

"But uh... Maybe we should find you some clothes first..."
Looking down, she let out a surprised exclamation, almost dropping the blanket.
turning away from him and holding the blankets really hard, she asked him.

"W-where are my clothes? Why am I naked?" she asked, blushing heavily as she looked down.
"Try to think about it! Surely there is a good reason. he probably took you here after you got unconscious, as he said, a weird woman named "Phoebe" came here trying to... kill me? Maybe my dress was burned by the fire... but even though..." With her eyes wide open, she made herself a crucial question: Why was she laid naked on his bed?

"I... I don't know what happened while I was unconscious but... We haven't..." she said, scared.
"Done it, have we?" she asked. "I don't even know your name... We shouldn't... I-I mean, you are good looking, but even though..." she said, extremely nervous.

Obviously panicking, Shai apparently completely forgot the fact that someone tried to kill her.
"No no no no... What if I get a baby?! I mean... I'm a hybrid... I don't even know If its possible I..."

"You know, I was worried that a zealot was going to burn the house down... I can see now that it was really you blushing at the sight of a pretty girl Lusius."

She turned, alarmed by the newcomer, only to see that it was the hunter who tried to save her back at Seren's Folly.
She would be relieved, if only wasn't for the fact that it was another eye for her to be wary of.

"I... Him..." she tried to talk, but failing miserably as she struggled to say anything meaningful.
