The first two bullet points sound good, though I am a little confused at TLJ bullet point. I like the idea of Luke killing Snoke.
When you say he horrifically maims Luke, would he kill him, or just injure him?
And he kills Rey? Or did you type that by mistake and mean someone else? I was wondering if I was reading this right XD Let me know if I am.

Oh, and when we time skip forward to after the events from The Last Jedi, did we want to change things and keep Luke alive, or did we want him to stay dead?

Hmmm, well in the Last Jedi, Luke mentions that Snoke had already corrupted his heart. So maybe a mix of both? Like Snoke had been corrupting him, but seeing Luke with a light saver 'ready to kill him' was the last straw. So perhaps after he topples the building over, before he starts destroying everything, he goes to Odette in her little home thing. From there, she wakes up and sees how destraught he looks and after a bit of trying to get information from him, he does the whole 'force sleep' thing on her that we mentioned when planning it, hiding her away somewhere that she can't get hurt and then goes on to pick the few padawans he wants as his 'knights of Ren' and destroying everything and everyone else. Of course Odette would wake and try to stop the padawans that he chose from destroying anything else and gets injured in the process, taken to Snoke. Where as Ben would see the hologram of her getting injured and think the padawans he chose killed her (all hell breaking loose when he sees this). She would escape Snoke and then run off back home, only to see everything truly destroyed. She takes the pieces of the map they found (plus the last peice she would find in their home temple) and travels to the First Temple to live and train on her own, believing everyone else to be dead and gone.
What do you think? Any input or ideas?

Also, with them being in a relationship, would they at this point have 'been intimate'or would it still just be the beginning stages of a relationship? It doesn't really matter, I just figured I'd ask for reference xD

Quick question, should we time skip to where Ben takes out their home and the other padawans (other than those he chooses as the Knights of Ren)?
Also, are we sticking to what we originally planned of Snoke convincing him to do that, or should we go with the history given in The Last Jedi where Luke is partly to be blamed?
