It might be like a new gem though without any knowing of the past. It is a mash of pieces of personalities, if anything is left of the old gems at all in there. It is really hard to say if it has much focus at all or any thoughts. We don't know much about completely broken gems except they can no longer make bodies which means pretty much not being alive.

It was hurt and upset (hence the screaming for glitching out before the body actually appeared), probably recognizing Garnet. Cluster is a forced fuse of broken gems. Broken gems can't make bodies but when they were mashed like that they could make up a body that was well creepy. It is an unnatural thing to do which is why Garnet started falling a part. It was an insult to the memory of her comrades and also a jab at the crystal gems, revenge in a way for the rebellion.

Those are things Bloodstone knows very well so I'm sure to gain Reggie's trust if he does allow the other to join, he probably would agree plus Bloodstone would probably find it fun.
