Hmmm I don't know how I would feel with the need to harm another person, I would find out in the moment it happened which is kind of worrisome because what if I freeze instead of fight for others and myself...I have no problem with zombies though and a very deadly aim.

Food and water first, as much as you can get a hold of and easily carry then head for the ocean. That way you will have food to catch, all rivers usually lead to the ocean which means fresh water and some places even have forests near by which would be good for hiding as well as camps.

Luckily I have never needed to be in the hospital or have surgery. I have had a few close calls but haven't had to deal with that. That just sound terrifying.
