Part of the reason AGENT LUCERO excels in stealth is because she is acrobatically inclined and flexible which combine with her smaller stature is perfect for slipping into locations undetected. She is also light on her feet which makes for silent steps and is quite good avoiding traps. |

As we are in the digital age and rapidly growing in new technology everyday, simple stealing of information isn’t alway completely physical and has electrical elements when in a heist. AGENT LUCERO is by no means an excellent hacker but she knows enough to get the job done. Simply put, she can open computers and digital keypads (𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙀: 𝙀𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙛 𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡) but expect her to deep dive for information then also expect failure to follow. Since the incident, AGENT LUCERO has demonstrated poor cooperation with follow agents; making decisions without relying on her team unless they are support in her ear. 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣. After analyzing, it has been deemed that AGENT LUCERO is subpar in this area. We are not sure if it is because she has no drive/desire to be in this role or if perhaps she does not wish to be the one responsible should the mission go sideways. We suspect the true reason to be that she ultimately doesn’t want to be a leader because it would actually require working with a team. Either way, every time she has been placed in this role, she has left them without a clear plan and thus the chain of command fails down the line. 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗦. AGENT LUCERO is fluent in Spanish but everything else goes in one ear and right out the other. She knows enough to know when to record or what information could be valuable but ask her to speak a selected language that is not English or Spanish and it will be a waste of valuable time and effort. |

AGENT LUCERO has multi-purposed this item to both protect herself from any chemical traps but also to keep her identity safe should she be spotted. It is safe to say that she also uses it when doing graffiti. 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧. There is not a single mission that AGENT LUCERO doesn’t not bring all her climbing equipment which includes grappling hook (𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙀: 𝙄𝙩 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙖 𝙛𝙚𝙬 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙞𝙢), rope, harness, pulleys, etcetera. This is usually held in a small pack on her back and will be left in a hidden area after use to be retrieved after the mission. The only few instances she does not appear with these items is if she is playing to a disguise and then she will try to hide the pack some where within for later retrieval. 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 𝗞𝗜𝗧. It is essential to her work as this is what holds her lockpick kit, tapping bugs, window cutter, engineer safe opening tools, drivers, microscopic cams, etcetera. She has chosen ones that are effective and non bulky. Any heavy duty mission she pre-plans a disguise to place supplies and also for retrieval. 𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗞. As many ladies would agree, variety is the flavor of life when speaking of make up and this is no exception to the arsenal that AGENT EMERSON has managed to create for AGENT LUCERO. It appears that yet another challenge was issued by AGENT LUCERO and once again AGENT EMERSON did not fail when delivering this handy gadget. It doesn’t necessarily make the subject fall in love but more provides a sense of security and a hazy mind which means one is more prone to mistakes or influence. It supposedly smells different to everyone but it will always be a scent that makes one comforted. 𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗥. AGENT LUCERO has been advised to avoid bullets at all costs because while she is protected, damage can still occur just like with any bullet proof vesting. The more bullets, the weaker the points until it can fail completely. There are a few minor additions like hidden storage and knives within the boots but we hope that these will be unnecessary. |

The product of a drunken one night stand between CLARISSA MONTENEGRO and PETER DUCANE, neither of which have had a connection since that fateful evening. The record states that CLARISSA MONTENEGRO has given up all rights and contact with her daughter, blocking all legal access for AGENT LUCERO to find her if she chose to do so through normal means though we doubt AGENT LUCERO has any desire to search. This is likely for the best as CLARISSA MONTENEGRO has quite the drinking problem and has been known to be volatile at times if past police records are accurate. PETER DUCANE most likely has no idea that he is a father and it is unknown whether he would care about this information or not. AGENT LUCERO was adopted almost a year after her arrival into foster care by HENRY and ELIZEBETH WISE. From the interviews with AGENT LUCERO and some background data collected, it is safe to say that a part of her childhood was quite unusual compared to most due to her new family’s occupation. Both of her adoptive parents were members of the circus, a trapeze duo to be precise and according to AGENT LUCERO, her mother was a contortionist before the trapeze act which is how she learned a few tricks on flexibility as well as dislocation. Due to their situation, this meant that AGENT LUCERO was continuously traveling all over with the other circus families, being near some of the most unique animals and interesting characters. She started up gymnastics when she was around four years of age, inspired to be like her parents and hoping to one day join their act. Obviously, it wasn’t all fun and games, school was still an important part of her life just like any other child. The school days started later in the day, were only four hours long, and were usually in a train car or a specially set up area but lacked summer vacation. It was a simple life, one she found exciting and felt like the world was at her fingertips as she experienced many things other kids would only dream of. AGENT LUCERO has stated those years were some of the happiest moments of her life and one full of fond memories. Unfortunately, not all stories lead to a happy ending. When AGENT LUCERO was ten years old, her parents were killed in an accident where their aerial silk performance equipment malfunctioned. One was pronounced dead at the scene while the other fell into a coma and died a few months after. AGENT LUCERO was quickly placed in the care of her father’s sister, DR. SOPHIE LUCERO and her husband SERGEANT ANTONIO LUCERO. The new lifestyle was completely foreign to her and incredibly different from the life she had before. It was not a change she welcomed with open arms. Her whole environment felt negative in her opinion, her new caretakers were often gone or strict in a way that her parents had not been and felt utterly alone but even more so when having to try public school for the first time. It was nothing she had imagined it to be and there was none of the personal connection or understanding she had with her teacher like before. The students all knew each other from years of classes and she was just some outsider that had come in. According to AGENT LUCERO, her home life wasn’t much better even when her new caretakers were home. It slowly became apparently clear there was some bad blood between the sister and brother which left an awkwardness concerning her. There was a huge disconnect and they just wanted her to keep in line, not cause a problem or ruin their reputation. They pressured her into changing her last name, not being able to stand her last name or at least it was heavily implied that it was inappropriate to keep. She did as they asked much to her dismay but she wasn’t going to just let everything go. She wasn’t going to be a perfect little doll and look good for them or be a little soldier they could boss around. To combat them, she started causing trouble for the school and home. Acting out because she was hurt and didn’t feel like she had anyone to turn to. She found herself in detention more often than not while she learned not to get caught and also found herself punished at home by being grounded. It gave her time to study art and other activities that were not the best for a young girl to be learning but were exactly the kind of things that caught PROMs eye. As AGENT LUCERO grew in age, she also grew in skill in both gymnastics, her own personal graffiti, and more importantly, the ability to pick into locks and flawlessly gather information to use to her advantage to avoid trouble. She had not been seen by the facility stealing/changing things in the class logs or even the pranks that were set up with no clues to the culprit but PROM knew. The potential was there, so a year before freshman year, PROM worked on transferring SERGEANT ANTONIO LUCERO so that AGENT LUCERO would be on track to join Millard Fillmore High School and could be contacted with the offer to be a recruit to PROM. Currently, AGENT LUCERO is blended in with the student body without issue and one of our fine stealth operatives at data retrieval. She used to be in more of a grifter role during her freshman training and the missions during sophomore year only supported this but after the incident, she has significantly drawn back from the seduction/grifter role and had heavily leaned on her stealth and thief skill set. |
