while tru, quantity != quality, the fact is there's enough good writers out there with diverse enough interests to fit most niches apart from the unrealistically specific i.e. kitten beheading RP

About me:
Where do I begin. I'm from Belarus, and fairly proud of it. I've been RPing about a decade starting mostly with chat stuff and some LARPs/reenactments, doing the stuff of this site for maybe half a decade now. I'm a former serviceman, and while I was conscripted I make sure to stay in related circles. As a day job I'm a programmer letting me usually work from home even when we don't have coronavirus forcing us to do so and thus I got a lot of time for RP.

At first I considered having John have his voice like that of Hulk Hogan, but I changed my mind. He sounds like the guy singing here

@Bright_Ops@NecroKnight

John was staring down at the felinid waiting for a response and had a little mud in his ear; he did not hear the hoofbeat of the beastman approaching and did not even notice his weapon lifted until the man finally spoke up. He turned his gasmasked head and laughed a little, "It's funny you call me bullheaded!" he began, until he realised he had no trigger discipline and his fingers were millimetres away from turning the felinid and even John into a fine red mist. "Err, you mind moving that hand a little away from there? That is the part that makes it fling plasteel." He tried not to sound menacing, in case the goat-man saw it as a taunt and would pull the trigger not knowing what it did; if he did John at least knew Khaz would not be prepared for the recoil even though he was clearly strong enough to deal with it once accustomed.

"'ere, I had something for you; you behaved honourably and deserve reward for such a thing. I hope the challenge is still in effect; I'd love to spar some day." He said as he once again opened his footlocker and withdrew the old amasec. "People have been known to kill each other for this stuff, it's at least as old as me. I only tried it once but it tastes great, and it's got a buzz nothing else around can reproduce." He still remembered giving the same speech when handing the bottles out all those years ago when he worked in the factory.

The way he held the weapon still unnerved him, so he amended his earlier statement. "Hold it by that handle there, see. You know what? Just unlock that bit there and take off that whole box, and pull out the whole of the chain will you?" He was not particularly worried about not getting the thing back, after all the other Frateris had a whole arsenal and most of them would stay behind on the planet and would happily part with their weapons. Disappearing because some feral-world born abhuman didn't know how to deal with a weapon was not part of his plans.
A simple "oh" escapes Fred's mouth. He didn't think anyone here had stealth boys. It was a good trick though, he had to admit. His hand was shaking as he made the hits, holy fuck was all he could think. HELIOS One was his only real fight and he was never close enough to see the NCR bastards melt. When he turned to the woman he put on a confident face, not betrayed by any of his facial features but a few odd twitches of the eye. "Right, you're going to tell me everything you know about who's been killing the Pagan boys, alright?"

He grinned, a little evilly. He would not have to be a hero today, and was getting somewhat of a chance to do the reverse. "Because you see, when I don't get answers, I get mad. You saw what happens when I get mad."
@NecroKnight
also will you reply or shall I first, since I see you online
@NecroKnight
probably, but you'll need some very good quotes
Lucky for him he can kick arse!
I know :c he is supposed to be walking along the caravan's left flank, bored.
Short post but I'll be busy soon.
It was a fine morning for Oid Orisson; all mornings were fine mornings for him. He sat at the back of one of the carts, a pipe in his mouth. He was idly juggling his three throwing axes and his mattock. It took him three days and a mangled thumb to get the hang of it, but now he could freely entertain himself and children. "Shun of an elf...." he lisped with smoke coming out of his mouth as the mattock grazed his wrist. While he did pay attention to not lose anything from his pastime, he was in truth thinking. His first thought was what he would do after the caravan would stop. Would he travel eternally? He wasn't sure what he was here, a Guard, or a hanger-on. He got a little bit of money and from the people, so he assumed the former but still it was confusing. He finally let his weapons drop and collected them, and sat down properly. He jumped down and decided to walk, it would be nice for the horses to get some rest from his dense if not large body.

He waddled along, chopping off hairs that were too long, whistling a light tune and greeting the few people he was acquainted with. He kept his spear over his shoulder; after all with his shield he needed not to rush should an enemy attack.
just saw the IC. @NecroKnight @Andreyich try not to kill each other too early on. we need the cat's medicine and we need the crazy guy's zeal.

I feel like I'm going to end up as the guy that people go "oh look, there's a cave that we don't know what is in, and might have a lictor or a bunch of banshees or daemonettes in it. Who'll we send? That guy."
