Been a member of the old Roleplayer Guild since 2012 - I tend to do more Advanced. My favourite lore is Angelic (you probably couldnt tell by my name!), medieval, Ancient Rome/Greece/Egypt and Norse mythology. My fave writing genre is sci-fi and fantasy but I like drama, comedy, suspense and angst with a bit of romance thrown in!
I tend to do only 1x1 rps nowadays as they are less chaotic with less people, as they say "too many cooks around the pot". Here is my current interest check.
My Hobbies include: roleplaying (obviously!), astronomy, writing poetry, dance electronica music and raving, pets, video gaming, cosplaying.

Varia blinks at the man stood before him. How could he know all of this? She now realised this was all just a game to this man.
"I..." She looks down, not knowing what to say, she didnt know what was happening. He must have overheard him and the lion. He was just pretending to be all-knowing like many criminals did.
"We're not here to talk about me." She stood up to match him with her determined eyes. She slams her hands on the table. "Let's begin with you shooting my best friend, shall we?" She looks into his eyes without fear, not like the rest of them. That look she always gave him when she disagreed with him. Not that she remembered.
"Tell me who you are." She had a file on the table. All it stated was the incident, but nothing on him, and her full name as the arresting police office: Victoria Starlight-Crest. Starlight was given to her by her mother. Stars that shined brightest in Heaven with her kindness and grace. Her human name was given as Victoria but she shortened it to Varia just because it felt right. Her mortal father's surname was Crest. He was dead now.

It used to scare me too. Best advice is just throw yourself in the deep end. Some Advanced want 5 paragraphs, others don't mind a little less, depending on their specifics mentioned in the rules.

He even called her mortal. That was highly unusual. But as her job, she had to remain strong and silent, could show no sign of weakness. Talking to him would only prove to get what he wanted out of her. A rise.
"Alright, that's enough out of you. We're going downtown." She leads him to her car where her partner also met her. They enter the car and she places him in the back seat and the two girls seated in front. Varia drove as Rodriguez was still in pain from the bullet impact. They make their way down the busy streets where there were many protestors with signs
"END OF THE WORLD"
"YOUR GOD IS NOT HERE FOR YOU"
And various other signs. This disturbed Varia's mind more so, one of them seemed to have black eyes and looked directly at her. But then he seemed to back off as if afraid of her blue eyes that shone brighter than the stars. She didn't notice her soul was resonating within her.
They soon got to the station, where she opens the door for this unknown criminal.

SO he's being chased and then hand cuffed by Varia not Maria right? I can see how those two names are similar when typing them out now XD I could change Maria to another name. Michelle perhaps XD Michelle Rodriguez.
Then it shall be a challenge worthy of my efforts!

Varia watches Axreon disappear with wide eyes and wonderment. Never before she saw a man change into a magnificent lion. She runs to the spot where he lifted upto the sky in a blazing pillar of light and stared up at the clouds.
"Beware of the sly liar?" She repeats and then puts her hands on her hips. "Oh yeah very helpful. I deal with them every day in the NYPD!" She hears another gunshot and her radio goes off. It was Anna-Maria her partner.
"V! T49. Backup. In pursuit." Her voice crackled over the device and Varia picks up her feet and runs down the alleyway where the gun shot was heard from.
She caught glimpse of Anna-Maria's body turning a corner. "He's cornered." Anna-Maria tells her over intercom, then a gunshot. Varia gasps as she thought the worst and Maria had gotten shot. She ran as fast as she could, the wind blowing back her long hair, gun at the ready.
"ANNA!" She turns the corner. Maria was down, the criminal shoots at Varia who dive rolled out of the way behind a dumpster. The criminal runs straight past her and down the alleyway. "Gah, he got away." But she had to make sure Maria was okay.
She ran to her side. "Anna!" She held her friend's head up gently. Anna-Maria strained and opened her jacket to reveal a bulletproof vest under. "Still hurts." Varia smiles with relief. "But you're alive."
"Go. Get him!" Anna-Maria tells her. Varia nods and takes up pursuit of the criminal again, running as fast as she can with gun in hand.
"Stop! NYPD!"

How can they take him in - he'll be going willingly. They cant contain him. XD
