Bio

~Angel Vicky~

Been a member of the old Roleplayer Guild since 2012 - I tend to do more Advanced. My favourite lore is Angelic (you probably couldnt tell by my name!), medieval, Ancient Rome/Greece/Egypt and Norse mythology. My fave writing genre is sci-fi and fantasy but I like drama, comedy, suspense and angst with a bit of romance thrown in!

I tend to do only 1x1 rps nowadays as they are less chaotic with less people, as they say "too many cooks around the pot". Here is my current interest check.

My Hobbies include: roleplaying (obviously!), astronomy, writing poetry, dance electronica music and raving, pets, video gaming, cosplaying.

I need to NPC Raphael at this beginning but you can have him back XD
So is his prayer what Raphael hears to then send Varia down?

"And she came down from the Heavens, with eyes as bright as the stars."

Varia Starlight - 3rd tier defense, under Archangel Raphael.

A messenger and songstress dragged into the war, trying to keep the peace.

Her powers are of the element of light - Healing, light barriers, energy projectile, and telepathy. (that's 4!)

Appearance: (but with blue eyes and longer hair)

Angel form:

Usual attire in Heaven (without sword)

Her song: Ruined Hometown
“WHAT!? What do you mean you LOST her?” Empress Blackfire screams across the radio to the aliens who abducted Starfire. Or rather, Blackfire had sold to during her take over of Tamaran.

“She just broke free. She was too strong!” They remarked, all they heard was Blackfire growling as she slammed the intercom button down to turn off.

Meanwhile on the city streets, the noises were loud and obnoxious to the red head girl who wandered the night with her dark hoodie jacket. Police sirens and bright lights cause her to back away into an alley, covering her eyes in pain.

She turned around to be faced with 3 large men peering down at her. “Hey little girl, isn’t it past your bed time?” One sniggers at the others who grin menacingly.

Starfire crosses her eyes at them. She didn’t understand but their expression said it all. Trouble.

One goes to grab her but she puts her arm up and stops him. It hurt the man as she had super human strength. The other two pounce but she kicks one back into the wall making a dent and the other she grabbed with her other free hand and tossed him over her head.

They all scarper and run away in fear. Starfire huffs. ‘Weird Men.’ On her planet, no-one was allowed to touch the Princess by penalty of death.

A shirtless Johnny couldn't knock with his hands as he carried a blindfolded Susan in his arms as she couldn't see where she was going. So he kicks at the door. “Lemme in!” He yelled. Reed and Ben glanced over tired but Ben quickly got out of bed regardless and open the door. Johnny carried his sister in and put her down on the bed Reed was laying on to rest. She held her head in pain, moaning. “Reed? Is Reed here, is he okay?” She kept asking for him but couldn't see anyone.

“Hey guys, I'm not sure what's wrong with her. Any word on Harvey yet?” Johnny asks Ben if he'd heard anything. “Shhh its okay Sue I'm right here...” Reed's face paled seeing Susan's eyes wrapped in what he realized was Johnny's t-shirt. He cuddled up close to her putting a hand onto her cheek for comfort. At this point Johnny normally would say or do something about someone getting close to his sister. But it was a panicked situation, plus clearly Susan wanted Reed there. Hell, Johnny only had himself to blame since this WAS the point of operation whatever he called it.

“Your dad's said he'll be in tomorrow so we're just going to try and rest up. We still don't know where Harvey is though.” Ben noted also watching Reed comforting Susan in bed. Silently trying to figure out how Johnny is taking the sight he's spent so long fighting in Reed getting with his sister.

Susan smiled. “Thanks, Reed. I'm glad you're okay too.” She held her head in pain. “I really need to sleep this off.” She says as she settles down into her bed and gets comfy. “Let's find Harvey tomorrow when we're on full form.” Johnny noted as he had to strip to his underwear he was that hot. He slept on top of the covers that night.

---

The next morning, Susan awoke to a bright and sunny day. She takes off her blind fold and she could look at the light without any pain or discomfort. Johnny was still snoring away. Sue noticed Reed had slept by her bedside all night. She wanted to give him a kiss awake when the doorbell rang and stopped her. She gruffed and went to the door.

Dr Storm barged in. “Sue, Johnny, I'm glad you're both okay.” He hugged his daughter and dragged his son from the bed. “Reed, Ben. I've got some news about Harvey. He's in the hospital, stable but fine.” Sue sighed with relief. “Thank God.”

Johnny yawns in his underwear. “Yeah right on, the Harvemeister is back on the scene.”

“Here's some money.” He handed out some new debit cards. “I suggest you get cleaned up and wait for Harvey to wake up.”
"Why are you watching me? I know you've protected me." She recalls an incident where she could have easily been killed by demons. "I mean something to you. And I have these visions for a reason. You seem like a mentor to me. But that cant be it." She pondered. "I cant be a fellow arch angel. Nor am I a daughter." She knew that what she felt for this devil was not the love of family. But what made her downfall true was the fact she felt desire. And that was wrong for any Angel. "There is a reason is chose to become a mortal. I suspect it did not bode too well for me....but that's not what I want to focus on. I want to know."

And Varia finally turned to look in his eye. "Did I ever make you smile?" It was odd but she wanted to know about the good things.
"No. You are an Angel. The First." Varia stands up and walked toward him. "And you're alone." She knew he had followers but none he shared anything of importance with. They were all expendable. "I just want to help. In any way I can. But I cant if I dont know who I am." She looked to the side sadly. "I feel as if I may die soon. If I were your friend, then I have enemies in Heaven."
"I didn't think the darkness was allowed in these places?" Varia asked the devil who stood at the altar. "Are we having a special sermon on how to be rude?" She sits down and folds her arms waiting.
She smiled at the lion. "The Herald." She'd taken to calling him now. "Such a beautiful creature you take on form. Lions are my favourite animal." She states, making small talk as she wandered the pews. "I thought you'd gone back to Heaven."
Varia gets up and walks out of the building. She sighs and closed her eyes, leaning her head back.

"That went well." Nash stated beside her. She said nothing as she walked down the street. The SWAT team retreated back and she sits herself on a bench to think.

"The church where I met the lion. I'm going back there. I wonder if Holy Ground will keep the demons at bay. And maybe something will come back to me."

Nash frowns. "You really think you're an Angel? YOU, Varia the clutz, Varia the neurotic control freak."

"Okay, okay. You made your point, I'm less than perfect. But the Angels are not perfect either." Varia sets off toward the church but she chose to walk it rather than drive. She wanted to enjoy some air.
