Nyra has red markings around her eyes that look like cosmetics on the crest of her beak, face, and her back. She is larger than any other Barn Owl and her feathers were nearly pure white with sparse tan on her wings and back. Her eyes are a piercing blue color with some amber around the pupil, but on several occassions they glow red when reflected from fire.
