I must warn you that, when it comes to the works, I tend to be a little preoccupied, or hyper-fixated, with the ones I'm already into. If I lose interest in a story within play, it may either be a short-term writer's block, or if it's time for me to recommend something else. Bear with me, if I ever reject an unfamiliar idea, or suddenly suggest a new one.
Biggest RP Pet Peeve: Whereabouts and Ghosting.
Please be present and keep me updated from time to time. I'll do the same.
It's annoying when people become invisible, miraculously appear out of nowhere, and complain, once they find a story cancelled.

Just as Saeril was able to sit down, she took notice of Yavanna taking in the majestic view before them. With her own Elven eyes, she too had taken in the sight of the sea before them. When one notices the sea, they would know of the kingdom of Rivendell right beside it. "Indeed", she agreed with her, before taking a glance at Kili, who was eating a piece of the food they were given for their journey. It was really a beautiful thing to see during this time of day. Even the weather conditions seem to make the scenery a bit more appealing to the eye.

She didn't know what was going on the other side of Middle Earth, but she suddenly felt the headache once again and, this time, there was a voice. 'I see you', she heard. It was HIM. The link was stronger than last time, causing her to grunt, and eventually, groan in pain. The elder was putting both of her hands on the sides of her head.
Saeril continued to look for anything out of the ordinary. Since they were now easily exposed, anything could happen, as well as the right opportunity that could arise for the opposition. She allowed Kili to ride in front her, so she could see both of them within her eye's vision, as well as become their shield at the back. Familiar terrain went by and, in a flash, they could spot the sea after riding to the top of a hill. They left early in the morning, so there might be a chance where they arrive around noon, on the same day. It did indeed feel as though the trip went a whole lot quicker than how they were on foot.

Her thoughts of how she should expose the truth went towards her memories of serving under Sauron; from the torture, to the pain, all the way up towards chaos and violence. Such thoughts were meant to be forgotten, and they were slowly coming back, while the elder did feel a darkness in the air.

Somewhere, Legolas was indeed riding towards Rivendell, along with a few Sindarin Elves by his side; the necklace of the girl he had never forgotten, still around his neck underneath his cloak. 'I'm coming back, Yavanna. Just wait for me, my star', he said, for it was a mantra that he repeated for about the twentieth time. It became very much a vow that he intended to fulfill.
Saeril hated to lie, but she had to keep up on her duty, and the last thing she needed was to let Kili and Yavanna express feelings of confusion, fear, and if possible, rage. It made her become reluctant, and the fear of becoming a terrible guardian continued from within. However, she knew it was to come sooner than later. It only made feel like a coward, rather than strong individual she usually portrayed herself to be. Once they reach Rivedenll, all will be revealed, and she will have to open herself up to them. The question is: Was she ready to do so? Climbing upon her own horse, Saeril looked back at her best friend, and nodded in thanks and good-bye, before following behind the princess, with Kili trailing behind. Dis watched them disappear with a sad smile.

The wind felt so relieving against her fair skin, and through her hair. The sights of land dashed passed them, and Saeril didn't hesitate to keep her Elven eyes open for anything out of the ordinary. Throughout the entire trip, she thought about how she should explain herself.
Having to sense something from Yavanna, Saeril slowly looked up at the princess, wondering what might be bothering her. She knew she wasn't allowed to peek into other people's thoughts without their permission, but in order to keep her safe, as well as make sure that she would stay alive, she had to know. Gently taking hold of her hand, reassuring her to the best of her ability, she managed to see what was on Yavanna's mind. Through the touch, she didn't know whether if she was right or not. What she saw this time, were two identical Elven males. Where had she seen them before? What was it about them that troubled Yavanna so much? But then, she remembered her previous vision, the last time she linked with the princess: The lies they told her about their mother. Who would do such a thing to someone so young and innocent? After having to ask herself that question, Saeril reflected it onto herself. She was doing the same thing. The realization and the shame was enough to make her release her hold from the girl's hand, and look away with a saddened sigh, closing her eyes.

Dis nodded at the promise that Kili returned, having to release him, but his own hands remained upon her arm. "Go on", she whispered.
While watching the scene before her, Saeril thought back to her memories, much to her own surprise. She had been so focused on her own pain, and her duties as a guardian, for so long, she had almost forgotten what it felt like to be in the arms of a mother. As much as she tries to be a mother-like figure to Yavanna, she had nearly forgotten about her own. Truth be told, it saddened her a little. She looked to the ground, having to feel almost empty inside, once the feeling of being the last Fangorian Elf came over her. It remained as a terrible memory: Having to be the last one of an ancient people during the First Age. How she missed being loved by her own flesh and blood.

Perhaps once they get back to Rivendell, just maybe, Yavanna may return to her old spirits. But to Saeril, it was doubtful, considering how quiet the younger she-elf had been. It was a motherly instinct for the elder to try and comfort her, but she knew she can’t do everything; the poor girl was in mourning. All she could do, was make sure that she was safe. It made Saeril feel a bit dissapointed in herself; that she couldn’t do much to help her.

“Thank you”, Dis responded, relieved to see the two she-elves commit to her request. Placing both of her hands at the sides of her son’s face, she gave him a loving kiss to his forehead. “Stay out of trouble and protect your family. Do you hear me?”, her voice became desperate. “Protect your family and come home!”
Even though she didn’t seem to be aware of what Yavanna did for the past few days, Saeril could always see her pain, every time she had touched her. Mainly upon the shoulder. And, every time she had done so, a tear or two would fall from the elder’s eyes; but Saeril remained strong and, as fiercely loyal as she was, she made the vow to do better, and keep a much closer eye on the princess, as well as her godson. She was going to be lot more aware from now on.

She stood near the horses, having to think about this, while placing the last piece of food inside one of the bags, and secure it. Turning to see the young she-elf nearby, Saeril wondered whether if she was okay today, but, of course, she wouldn’t. But, she couldn’t assume. “Are you alright?”, she asked her softly, before turning to look at Kili with her friend. Dis was on the verge of tears again, mainly because she was afraid; afraid that Kili might meet his fate, and the promise would be broken. But she had to hold some faith...and hope. “I love you so much”, she whispered, her voice slightly cracking.

Pulling back, the female Dwarf looked behind him, towards the two she-elves. “Please, keep my baby safe. From any harm; from any danger”, she pleaded to Saeril and Yavanna. “I’d do anything to make sure that he is”, Saeril promised.
Over the next few days, the feeling of mourning for the king and prince had fell over the ruins of Ered Luin in such short time. There was even a traditional day where the townspeople would honor them, as well as the deaths of those who died at the battle of the Lonely Mountain. Word traveled fast once they received news that Dain Ironfoot and the soldiers from the Iron Hills had taken part in the fight.

Like Dis had said, Saeril and Yavanna were welcomed as guests upon their land. Some were wary; some remained cautious, but nonetheless, they were accepted amongst them. The winged she-elf started to drift off in certain times, having to experience headaches on occasion, and whenever Kili, Yavanna, or Dis came to notice, Saeril insisted and reassured them that she was fine. But, since it wasn't Kili or Yavanna's first rodeo of witnessing such an event, they knew that it couldn't just be a simple headache. For Saeril, she entirely knew what was amongst them, and once she shared this with them, worry came across them. Of course, she didn't tell them the whole truth...as she was reluctant to.

When the day came for their departure, the Dwarves were kind enough to loan them some horses, food, as well as other resources for their travels. They needed to go back to Rivendell, and seek out some answers about the potential darkness that might be upon them. Dis was honestly reluctant to let Kili go; not after what happened to her first son and Thorin. Like any good mother, she wanted to keep her child safe. But he held faith, and wanted to look out for Saeril and Yavanna, who were also family. Dis stood in front of him, before giving him a hug; one that would allow her to pass her love. "Please. Please. Come back to me", she pleaded, as she embraced him.
Saeril held Yavanna close, like how a mother would guard their child, as the poor girl released the emotions that have plagued her since that traumatizing day. It was a moment of grief that had surrounded them, once again, since the funeral. If there was a moment that they could turn back time, such a thing wasn’t at all possible. At this moment, the elder didn’t know what to say to make the situation any better, because she feared that if she tried, it would make it a whole lot worse. But she had to relieve the grey that surrounded them.

“They were the bravest that I’ve ever served. We will never forget them, but we can always know, that they will always be with us in troubled times”, the elder spoke softly, trailing her words to everyone in their presence. She looked down at Dis, who was still wrapped in Kili’s arms. “We’ll stay with you, my friend. For a few days”, she said. Hearing her long-time friend speak, the female Dwarf slowly broke her hold with Kili, wiping her tears. “You are more than welcome”.
That’s okay. I’ll still be here.
