@Aeonumbra As Darcs has said, you voluntarily ceded control to us when you left not once, but twice. That second time? It didn't come with a tag that read, "At the pleasure of the man who has left this universe entirely." At least, I don't remember it being that, unless the internet has invisible ink.
Your wall of text that could go toe to toe with the legalese of the Federal government in an attempt to win through wordcount and obfuscation aside, when you tell someone they're in charge and you're headed off to new horizons, that does not give you any standing to come back and tell everyone, "Nevermind lel I'm taking it down."

Hey, look at that! Apparently we gave up control temporarily! Funny that, I never recall that being included in the meaning of telling two people they're in charge now.
But y'know what? I already have my own things lined up, and normally I might've been inclined to just let Dust die peacefully. But hey, have fun knowing the only way you can get people to do things is by threatening to call the mods (and actually doing so when someone hurts your feefees enough), and please try to remember that good old Fonzie doesn't get to call himself cool by blustering, threatening, and twisting the meanings of words to suit his own agenda.
Now since I really don't see the point of getting into a dick measuring contest on the internet, especially since I don't have one and that'd just be weird, I'm disengaging from the shenanigans unfolding and will instead watch and wait and hope your testosterone levels subside to healthy levels.

You relinquished the control you had of Dust when you not only left the RP and handed over authority of it to Darcs and myself, you completely and utterly lost any authority you had when you came back with the intention of playing, but not GM-ing because, and then left the RP entirely to, quote:
