You both seem to think I'd just walk up and shoot the guy though. I'm not stupid.

What if he tragically forgets to tighten a strap on his saddle and gets trampled to death? What if he's new to the area and decides to pick a datura - very pretty flowers, but deadly, it would be a shame if he ate with his hands covered in poison.

Now of course, if he gets drunk and tries something, I doubt anybody will fault her for tripping him if he just so happens to break his neck on a table on the way down.
