I think he means he can access the memories and abilities of the previous Link's at different points under certain conditions.I was going to have it, where he collect like items they used and when he does, he gains access to that hero's memories.
More like selective memory, at one point he remember what the Hero of Time did at another the Hero of Twilight, so lets say for a certain dungeon we have a normal Ocarina but doors can only be opened with a song the hero of time knew. Thus we have a item or maybe it's just a power that allows him to move and fight like the hero of that period, that means however he won't understand new gear not from that hero's time period.So I wanted to bring up something, I was wondering seeing Links past guides are pretty much locked out, and each Link sort had a special power or item, maybe this Link could sort of change himself, like he could swap between past memories and such to help him change his move set or master a another item... Also merging of realities means the four sword is around somewhere.... *Mischievous grin.*Sort of like time traveling?

Praetor opened the door, giving a yawn as the snipers he had summoned walked forwards and saluted before fading into the darkness of night. "Lucian is a big boy Mira, we have a long standing pact. So if does leave us, well there will a very violent coming together of blades."
Praetor walked in looking around. "Klaus if your home insult me, I know it's your favorite pass time. Miss Mira and I are back." He said calmly resting a hand on his blade, more for comfort rather than need.
With that he walked back towards the kitchen, the arguments made him thirsty. "Mira, would you like some as well?" He asked before walking into the kitchen, spotting the book as he ignored the other presence's he gently picked it up. "You could at least respect that classic Klaus, it gave me my alias after all." he chuckled then turned his attention to the new vampire. "Now who are you? Oh and fair warning I've had a bad night so far and personal past time is killing vampires, so don't say something stupid."
