@Scarifar I'd say its pretty strong. Its Imperial Order that affects only your opponent on a 3k body after all. And it gets summoned faster than the other guardians from what I can tell. 3k lp when everyone else is 2k or lower. I'm fine with it, but I'd recommend changing the LP you need left from 3k to 2k or 1.5k.
Just waiting on the GM to comment on my pic choice. But I'd like to ask everyone. Do any of you know any anime girl character thats kind of like Peacock from Skullgirls? You know, that toon vibe, but also kinda creepy? fits in perfect with what YGO toons are.

Personality: Light is Fun-loving, very open-minded, honest, nonchalant, peace-loving, mischievous, and sometimes overly analytical or logical due to toon thinking making her extremely Genre Savvy. She tends to always have a smile on her face and rarely ever gets mad. She also loves to make friends, and can be very gullible because of this. Shes very quick to give out her trust, but its extremely hard to earn it back if you lose it. She isn't brainless though, and can quickly pick out someone who is evil. Just don't purposely try to make her mad. While it might sound fun since its so hard to make her mad, being around Toons teaches someone a lot about violence and what to use for it and how.
Bio: Things tend to change when you find a deck full of Toons after some strange shady people drop them after crying some non sensible words before running off to who knows where. Light really didn't understand what the hubub was all about, she loved her new toon companions. It reminded her of all those shows she saw on TV. Sure most of the time they picked on each other, but hey, at least she wasn't alone when wandering the streets anymore. Living with these toons for over 10 years though does warp your perception of the world. Its sorta hard to stay sane when you have all these different Toons hitting or shooting each other with various weapons for fun while making humerus observations about the world, Inkmaster being the best at this. Of course out of all the Toons, he looked the most 'normal', if you can call it that. Its really weird that he tends to know what people are thinking, and for some weird reason he looks awfully familiar...

@Raddum Thats why I love them too. But next banlist worries me with Imperial Order being legal again AND being buffed on top of that though. At least Paleo will be sorta dead next list when Necrovalley gets its erata so maybe we wont see lots of Order xD. That new necrovalley erata is what this game needs. Completely shutting down the graveyard entirely is great.
So for the guardian card, I'm thinking something with Pegasis involved. Can't think of a proper name though, but a cartoony pegasis as the 'super big boss guardian monster' just works so well. Also dunno about effect. Guessing they act like Toon Kingdom or give Toon Kingdom effects to spell/trap cards? Don't wanna make it broken, since we wont be having any of those tier 0s here and instead we get to have insane fun with stuff like Ancient Gears n stuff.
@Ammokkx Yeah I guess. Though I only seem to play Monarchs, Paleyos, Zoo, Pendulums, and the odd Infernity deck at locals. Hardly anyone plays fun decks >.<. So my experience is kinda skewed.
@GarlandDaHero Thanks for letting me know! I'll figure out a deck/character now that I know that. Just gotta figure out what to do with toon stuff, since that archtype really needs support badly.
Thanks if I end up leaving I hope this RP does super well. the other Yugioh one did really well, like, REALLY well, but I think it was mostly PvE focused though. I'll wait for the GM to chime in about RP focus before I start making custom stuffs.
I only play chain burn when you have those cocky people at locals who run around with their 500$ decks n such and brag about it. Sadly they are kinda common... >.<.
I'm not too interested in pvp myself. Not all the time anyway as it tends to get out of hand. If this is only a pvp RP I'll prob drop out. Or just play Chain Burn like at locals. Rip those zoo decks xD. But seriously I like toons.
Toons have 1 anime only card, and man is it bad. xD.
