Its an oxidizer the Nazis created that can set fire to anything. They didn't have a way to weaponize it, so they didn't. But now we know how to contain it, sort of. At least enough to once decide to try to use it as a rocket fuel, until the tanker truck hit a speed bump, cracked open, and the stuff spilled onto a highway and burned a hole 6 feet deep.

@The Angry Goat Thanks. Still need a picture though. Might just make a 3d sculpt again now that I've gotten much better at female anatomy. No artists I can find can draw in the proper style, or don't take commissions.

@Lord Wraith Frank Miller is a loony. Though I don't know when he went downhill, think it was RIGHT after Dark Knight Returns. So at least he gave us something decent before all that.
