I'm interested.
Can someone help me find a picture that'd work for my character sheet? Trying to make a female robot who is clearly female and a robot, and the ones I've found CaptainSully isn't really a fan of.
@CaptainSully Hey, check our PM about my character and what I added and whatnot. Or should I post her here?
@King Cosmos@CaptainSully Yeah pretty much this. Also thinking nanobot swarm because of the Spectre from Xcom 2, which would give another fun ability to use on minions. But the robot would preform more like king cosmos says instead of being an actual swarm.
@CaptainSully I could make a nanobot swarm pretty balanced. (I know your concern.) Although what I'm really going for is... Did you ever watch My Life as a Teenage Robot? Something like that would mesh very well in DBZ and give me the main thing I'd like to play with, weapon transformations and all that.
Hm. Think a robot character would work? One that is basically just a nanobot swarm in essence but that swarm likes to take teh shape of a robot?
I am going to give this game a shot. If this game survives two weeks, then that's longer than most One Piece games.

I think we'll be good with the people who are interested as long as the story keeps on going. At least I hope so.
I'm interested. And If it means anything, I'd play a non devil fruit user, although they would be very high tech. (Which, funny enough, sort of exists in the current One Piece canon.)
@Sazama Summoned out of thin air, but with a concentration time. And most items would have a bit of a downside, although their upsides are really strong. Here, I'll list a few. Cookie if you can guess what I'm basing it off of xD.

Sendvich: A simple bread, 5 meat, 3 cheese, lettuce tomato sandwich with an olive toothpick holding it together. Eating the Sendvich allows one to nearly instantly heal from grievous wounds including burns and gunshot wounds! Just watch those holes close in mere seconds! However wonderful the Sendvich is, it can't reattach lost limbs. Creating the Sendvich takes a long period of concentration. The Sendvich has a few downsides. First, when one is made anyone not aware of what it is will covet it far more than other spawned food items and will do whatever they can to get their hands on it to eat. Secondly anyone who eats the Sendvich may become addicted to it, losing concentration and only thinking about the Sendvich for a time and will have no taste for any food that isn't the Sendvich until their obsession recedes. The Sendvich loses all of its powers if it gets too wet, and it will perish faster than most food items if not eaten in time.

shokolad Bar: A simple large bar of chocolate. Eating this bar of chocolate will heal minor wounds and increase the vitality of whoever eats it. Requires only a little bit of concentration. The downside of eating the Shokolad bar is that eating too many in a short time period may lead to unexpected weight gain and a great distaste for chocolate. Unlike other food items, the Shokolad bar doesn't perish and enemies do not covet it.

And stuff like that. These are the healy items, there will be a few more that give attack/defensive buffs or are more for enemies. global downside of foods is that ANYONE can gain their effects, you must eat the entire food item to gain its effects, and only one of each food can be out at once. Not sure what personal harm if any it should cause the character to make these items.
@Archmage MC
It starts out simplistic but we're going to develop powers to make them more complex later on. You can water the ability down to what you feel would be a good starting point

The problem is the way it works. The character summons a specific item, and that item does a specific thing and that thing wont ever change. Like say... The character summons a sandwich that, when eaten, heals whoever is eating it. Thats just one item. That one item will NEVER CHANGE, his power would evolve by allowing him to summon more items with different effects. So its inhernatly complex with the growth being in the amount of different items he can summon, not how he summons them or what the items do.
