She is, however, ready to chip in when the stakes are high and fight against the forces of darkness if there ever is a need. While she likes geeky things in general, her biggest enthusiasm is for videogames of all genres, and she even tolerates bad ones with no problems; this enthusiasm often shows when she is playing her Playtemple Portable during recess. But while she is good at playing most of them, she is bad at dating sims.

Skills: Sayaka has played a lot of videogames, and thus has peculiar insight and knowledge on certain fields, such as tactics, logistics, management and so on, and can draw a map out of memory. She also has good nerves, and is capable of staying calm during any crisis.

Bio: Sayaka was introduced to videogames by her bigger brother, who worked in their father's business in computer engineering. Their mother had passed away, and Sayaka's father was constantly in business trips, so the two became inseparable, until her brother moved away from the house, leaving her alone. Having been an outcast at her school for liking geeky things, she only had acquaintances and no real friends. She was alone, and wished really hard for a friend. It was granted: Usami appeared in her life, and promised to always be with her. She realized she summoned her through magic, and with approval from her father, entered Ason High Academy.

Personality: Usami is cutesy and saccharine in speech. Love and hope are very important to her, and she has an unfortunate habit of preaching about them to others at every opportunity. While Sayaka doesn't mind, since she agrees, most other people quickly find her annoying. However, she vehemently despises evil in all of its incarnations, and scolds people for any kind of misbehavior. She is also protective of Sayaka, and willing to put herself to battle to keep her safe despite her harmless appearance.

Skills/Powers: Usami can shoot lightning and surround herself with a static field using her Magic Stick. She can also power up machinery using electricity. Another major power Usami has is in control of light: she can use it to project beams and spheres of light. These lights can be used to illuminate, blind, or burn to a slight degree. Usami can also glide using her wings, and even float a bit in place, but can't truly fly.

Bio: Usami is a personification of hope, and was sent from another world to be a companion to Sayaka. However, this is only Sayaka's version of the story, and nobody but Usami herself knows the truth, and she stays quiet about it. Sayaka doesn't mind, since she has so far kept true to her promise of always being with her.

Other: Loves sweet food, and hates sour food.

The fact Elise didn't threaten to forcefeed Izumi her teeth is Dere in my books. Elise ain't the kind to attack anyone while they're sleeping. That's a coward's move, and Elise despises cowards. Besides, she tends to sleep like a log. And snore.

Elise as a yandere? Now that would be entertaining.

Hmm...that would require a meaningful relationship to be built first, and her to have some control over her frenzy...but theoretically possible.

Elise would have been more surprised at Izumi's revelation if it weren't for the fact that she already knew someone whose age didn't match their look. So having heard that, she just chuckled. It was ridiculous to her how these age-distorted people kept showing up.
Next time there's going to be a diaper-wearing 100-year-old at this rate.
She actually did consider letting her off the hook now that she revealed herself to be the same age, and thus actually someone who can fight. She was right in that Elise judged her by her appearance alone. She doesn't care enough about other people to give them a chance to prove themselves otherwise, but the spunk the kid showed was enough proof to Elise that she wasn't lying. But it didn't matter in the end once the blonde girl talked back:

"And I'm anything but dumb, I know for sure that my intelligence is greater than yours in several ways you wretch." She finished.

Elise's eyes squinted, and she bared her teeth. She was about to respond with something nasty when she was stopped by Rose.

"Hey!!! Elise stop! You too, New Girl! Neither of you two even know each other. If you two fight, you both will lose. To ME! I will be training you both. You don't have to get a long but you will work together."

"Now, New Girl, please introduce yourself properly. You mentioned something about concealed age. Trust me. That ain't nothing special. I myself am 18. You can ignore Elise's attitude at the moment. She loves to fight and you almost gave her a reason. Don't give her one. And Elise, there is no reason to provoke the new girl. There are no boys here to impress. I can train you separately from this new girl, if you have an issue. It is all water under the bridge."

Yes, I did notice this is a taco party, thank you very much. Too bad magical boys are not a thing, she thought sarcastically. Still, Rose's words did wake something in Elise, something she buried deep; her memories of her father and big brother. The both of them would tease and test her, but they did it out of love, out of wanting her to continue the family name. She wanted to be strong just like they were, to make them proud. She missed them, and no matter how much blood she drew, she couldn't fill that hole in her heart. She wasn't even sure if it was entirely about her family, but something she's lost along the way. Only the beast gave refuge from it, but it was not a permanent solution. Nonetheless, thinking about it made Elise chill a bit. She nodded to Rose's suggestion of training them separately, but then added: "As long as the shorty stays out of my way."

When another girl started to try and calm them down, Izumi sighed and calmed down because the other girl was completely right, neither of them even knew who the other was, Izumi bowed saying her name." Izumi Kaede, member of the Kaede family, and I apologize once again for being rude towards your team member, she needs to learn self control."

"Hmph." Elise scoffed at Izumi's words and turned away, her hands balled up as fists and pushing against her sides. She could have added something to it if she was in a worse mood, like threatening to knock her teeth off and make her eat them, but at this point she stopped caring. She already fought enough for one day, and didn't feel like stirring up more trouble. She made an aside glance at Izumi once she explained how short she was, and had nothing to add to it. She simply eyed her, pointed her index and middle fingers at her own eyes and then at her. A simple gesture that told a lot about what she thought of her.
