I had someone in an off-site RP, after a shocking plot revelation given by the main NPC of the RP, decide to leave the place and have fun at the arcade. Then after he did that, he said he couldn't post anything since he was stuck at the arcade, and after I asked him to follow up on his arcade adventure since he wanted to do it he deserted the RP, complaining that he was railroaded when I NEVER DID SO, and in fact encouraged him to continue with what he set up. Posted in the RP for years too, so it felt real shit of him to suddenly leave like that.

Also, I've seen an arena try-hard bitch about something an opponent did, and when the GM stepped in and made a compromise of the situation he also left. And then I've seen people write absolutely garbage sheets like they typed it up in a drunken stupor in five minutes, filled with emoticons and with the character looking crimson-haired an yellow eyes and built like a bodybuilder at the age of 16. He also wrote his robot to be a repair-guy but with numerous superfulous devices and shitload of weapons thanks to the additional arms he wrote to himself. When the GM refused it and demanded for changes he started bitching in the thread with long paragraphs of crippling and nerfing while making no attempts at fixing his shit.

Is there a particular reason the weapons on the Exo-suits are improvised or "highly" experimental, other than the handwave given in the setting? Would a rifle be considered as an experimental weapon?

I have been asked to once again bring a verdict on the situation, and I have comments to make:

@Dynamo Frokane, you describe the Komodo shooting at Rose multiple times from various angles like a wasp. However, this is impossible since Komodo is a Medium-class, and he is pursued by a Light-Medium and Light-speed Frame respectively. At that point in time he only has enough time to shoot a couple of times at Rose from when his momentum stopped before Roxy and Diver caught up to him. Also, you made attacks and moved two zones in a single post, which is an illegal move; you can either make your attacks and move one zone or move two zones without attacking. This also applies to Rose when pursuing Komodo.

Rose established a target lock without attacking in the previous post, and to add to that Ramirez has data on the Black Komodo's movement trajectories, so he can pursue him and attack him, but not without a struggle; Rose is unable to grapple with his vine whip, but can connect with a physical whipping on one of Komodo's feet.

EDIT: Due to Dynamo leaving the RP, Rose's grappling action has succeeded, and the two Frames have stayed in zone A. @redbaron1234, your posting turn has been extended by a day.

The only anime movie I know of that can match up to EoE in terms of visual imagery and sheer WTF:ness is Madoka Magica: Rebellion, another movie ending to a tv series. It's to magical girls what EoE is to mecha. And when I say it, I do mean it.

Elise threw her neck at Rose in response."I do want to retrieve my clothes from your pad, Razor. As pretty as your dresses are, they aren't my style, really. Covering up blood ain't the only reason I wear red." She then strolled by Kasumii when she started following Rsoe, but stopped. She took a quick look at the stoic girl. "You should, I dunno, speak up, or something. You aren't much of a presence as you are." She then left the building, and teleported back to Rose's little Rosecave for a night's rest. A lot did happen that day, and she did make a new friend the only way she knew how. The next morning she would change back to her own clothes, but for now she decided to spend the night in Rose's garb.

This is Casual, not Advanced, so you don't need to worry too much about your writing. I'm not going to be really strict about post quality, and any comments I may make on them is to simply make the whole experience more unified and cohesive.

And the fix to your post is simple; describe the way Roxy came close to the Komodo, how he came up with the plan to fist the poor Frame, maybe with some alternative ideas for attack first juggled around in his head before coming up with that one, and then describe how you revved up your pilebunker, aimed for that tender robo-ass and threw your punch while leaving the result ambiguous.
