Weapon:Ramuh: A powerful Dual Weapon, able to transform between two weapons: a bow with a string made of static electricity that can rapidly launch arrows of thunder, or a staff that Lily can use to channel her raw power into devastating magic, able to launch bolts of lightning, and even call storms from the sky when using her full power.
Power:1. Killing Blow: Lily can channel her magic into a spell of mass destruction using Wrath of Zeus, calling down an extremely powerful bolt of lightning that shakes the earth and deafens those nearby with a roaring display of nature's power, annihilating almost any enemy and turning them into ash.
2. Barrage: Lily can accelerate the use of her weapon to immense speed, able to shoot with the rate of a machine gun and overwhelm a group of enemies with lightning arrows, raining down upon them like a storm.
Perks: Dual Weapon: Lily's weapon Ramuh can either take the form of a bow, or a staff adorned with the head of her patron Ixion, complete with a zig-zagging horn that can be used as a poor melee weapon in a pinch.
Monstrous Metamorphosis: When Lily is in danger or agitated enough, the power coursing through her takes over, and she adopts bestial traits of her patron Ixion. She gains a zig-zagging horn on her head, as well as fur that covers her body and yellow eyes alongside improvements in physical abilities (+2 STR, AGI and VIT). However, she also loses conscious control, driven by instinct.
Closure: As part of her contract, Lily demanded that she would be wiped from the memories of her family and friends, so they would lead happy lives without her. Not having to worry about attachments of the past, she has gone full speed ahead.
Get out of Jail: Lily is an especially slippery Magical Girl, able to escape even the direst of situations by turning into reversed lightning, often leaving as quickly as she arrived.
Enhanced Sustenance: Lily hates to slow down for meaningless things like sleeping and eating, and has managed to overpower such limitations, easily going for longer than others of her kind with an abundance of energy.
Patron: Puchuu
Patron Benefits (Not Applicable with exception of Free Agent):
Mental Link: Lily can talk to Ixion in her mind, able to keep a steady conversation in the middle of combat thanks to her brain running at accelerated speed from her lightning magic. This gives her an innate advantage against some foes, as her patron can pin-point strategies on the fly without her slowing down.
Focused: Lily's magic can be erratic and unpredictable, and so Ixion helps her direct the current with the path of least resistance, able to use more magic and offset the rapid consumption of her powers.
Mana Font: Ixion's energy courses through Lily with crackling intensity, a useful benefit for a power so consuming and demanding as hers.
Genki Girl: Lily can keep running and running until the day the world ends, but she just never seems to run out of breath. Being friends with an entity of such a lively element has it's advantages.
Transportation: Ixion can turn into an awesome motorcycle that can drive with a top speed of 200 km/h, easily able to cross the city in mere minutes while enjoying the wind on her back. It is also an electric vehicle, and doesn't expel gas at all. So useful! After she gained Time magic, Lily also modified her motocycle to incorporate time motifs, including clock wheels.
Free Agent: Lily no longer has to obey Ixion's wishes.
Patron Drawbacks (Not Applicable with exception of Lonely):
Big Brother: Ixion is always there to watch over her, whether in good or bad. However, Lily was always happy that he was there to keep him company, and help her forget her past life.
Alien Mind: Ixion comes from a different world with it's own laws and views on morality, and thus often spends it's time wondering about the machinations of humanity. Due to this it tends to not interfere with human-born issues, only focused on the slaying of monsters and other dark entities.
Formless: Whenever Ixion doesn't materialize into a vehicle, he can only manifest as a crackling mass of lightning, not being able to affect the real world directly in much capacity. Well, that just means Lily has to do the work, which she doesn't mind at all.
Lonely: Lily no longer has Ixion to support her.
Fighting Style: Lily is all about speed, and hit-and-run tactics are her forte. She can rapidly bombard her opposition with arrows from multiples angles while dodging and weaving out of the way of attacks coming her way. She is bad in melee combat, but if she chooses to take the risk, she can accelerate the flow of her blood with electricity, boosting her speed and strength at a serious loss to her health.
Personality: Lily is an outgoing and energetic girl, constantly smiling and laughing wherever she goes. However, while she can be nice to others, she also has a smug streak to her, often being brash and confrontational, with a large ego to her. The outward personality hides a sad existence, however...
History:Contract: One day, when Lily once again cursed her existence and the misfortune she has lived through, she wished out loud that she could do what she want without anybody bearing down on her. Then, storm clouds gathered, and a tree right in front of her was split by a thunderbolt. From the burning wreckage Ixion's crackling shape emerged, and she heard his voice in her mind, asking her to help keep peace and exterminate the monsters, as well as defeat ay other forces who sought his destruction. Lily agreed to it on the condition that she could leave her former life with no regrets, and set forth with a wide smile.
During the events of Lunacy of Love, Lily witnessed the assassination of Victoria Reales, a Puchuu girl who tried to unite the magical girls of Penrose. After meeting with friendly and less friendly people, Lily was caught up in a fight against a mysterious group of villains, and ended up captured by the orders of Justine von Visceral, the mastermind behind both the assassination and the terrorist attack on Beacon. She was believed to be a girl of pure heart, and her blood would have been sacrificed for a terrible Horror's summoning. Fortunately, a band of heroes, including Lily's close friend Alex, stormed the Viscerals' keep, and rescued her. After a bittersweet farewell with the defeated Justine, Lily was left with her hat as a memento, which she decided to keep as she rode off to a new adventure.
Incantation: "Let my spirit gallop across the field of clouds, and strike my foes down with thunderous applause!"

Type:Shifty Rat Puchuu
Name: Umukamui /Kamy
Personality: Umukamui can be described as a neurotic cynical wreck of a Puchuu, always obsessed with quotas and goals above methods. It's a shifty guy who enjoys caffeinated drinks and sugar, and that certainly doesn't help. Prone to be quite a potty mouth, callous and dismissive, and an utter slave driver to the girls he employs.
History: Umukamui boasts that he was once one of the top enforcers of the Puchuu, boasting that all the magical girls of a certain city were under his command, or that he was given headpats by the Cabinet of Ministers of another. Then again, that might be empty boasting on his part. And if one listens carefully, they might gleam some uncomfortable hints that point that all of his ramblings are in fact, not just fabrications.
Be it as it may be, Umukamui has suffered a lot of bad luck lately. Freak incidents and poor choices of his magical girls have led to this kind of weak position among peers. The fact that a drunk gangster ran over his last shot at getting back into business was the straw that broke the camel's back. He makes use of the perp, conveniently repurposed for his own interests, but he wishes he would die in a blaze of glory.
Resources: Only Lily. Come and laugh, HA HA HA HA. He however, is quite a long runner in the world of Puchuus, and always knows someone that knows someone. If there's a dire need of something, he can use any kind of channel, down to blackmail and extortion to get it. Oh and guess there's other magical girls too. Goals: Maintain the Balance of power. Eliminate threats to the World Order. Recruit Allies and work towards rebuilding Umukamui's power.
Additional Info: Flies surprisingly well when kicked.
Type: Lesser Force
Name: Ixion
Personality: Ixion is a noble, if ruthless entity, and can be capricious in his motives. Nevertheless, he believes in Lily, and is always there to give a comforting word, even if he doesn't understand what the problem is.
History: Ixion's past is shrouded in mystery, but from what Lily has gathered he was once from a world where other Lesser Forces suc has him resided, such as a Lesser Force taking the form of a blue-icy woman, and a black dragon. In a war for dominance, he had to escape, and found himself in this world. To keep the world stabile and protected from the other Forces he has asked to slay any monsters that would try and breach the walls between them, fearing the arrival of his sworn enemies one day.
Resources: Ixion pays in magical coins, as is the norm. He has had numerous champions, but currently he has only found one pure-hearted enough to be chosen.

Luck is a stat that predictably has no clear, obvious way of being applied to any other situation, especially because suffers from the fact that there’s no actual rolling done. For future cases, Luck will be the stat that gives a small bonus to every other stat when performing an action or reaction, serving as a way to improve one’s success or soften one’s failures. Your accuracy, which the CYOA defines as something based off AGI, is partially improved by your LCK, enabling you to turn a graze into a hit or something like that. Your durability, which the CYOA defines as something based off VIT, is partially improved by your LCK, with an attack just missing your vitals or whatever else. STR and MAG are also benefited by LCK.
As a mathematical representation, imagine it like this…
STR/AGI/VIT/MAG + ¼ LCK = final stat
Stat Costs
The price of raising your stats will be changed to make it easier to get stats up to 20, but more difficult afterwards. Though the shop does not reflect that change yet, it’ll happen soon enough.
1-20: 1 Gold OR 4 Silver OR 16 Bronze 21-30: 2 Gold OR 8 Silver OR 32 Bronze 31-40: 4 Gold OR 16 Silver OR 64 Bronze
These numbers are based off the total of individual stats, taking into consideration the bevy of bonus stats one would get from perks, specializations, benefits, powers, and weapons.
Perk Bonuses
Every Perk, except for Monstrous Metamorphosis, now grants a +1 to a stat. Please go through the list below and input changes where necessary. This is largely to bridge some of the gap between monster girls and other girls, who already benefit from having access to three whole other tables of perks, as well as some hella potent mutations.

Payment
Payment in magical coins will work this way for all events, including the Rave/Cindy shebang. At the end of the event, all participants will receive equal rewards, determined by the GM. Afterwards, the GMs will determine whether or not they’ve progressed their Patron’s three overarching goals. If they have, they will receive additional coinage reflecting that.
An example of overarching goals is this:
Ebon Mint Beat Up Rival Organizations: Low Reward Fulfill Mission Objectives: Medium Reward Recruit New Magical: High Reward
Each of these goals must be pursued separately. If, for example, the mission objective is to recruit a new magical girl, you’ll receive only the ‘mission objective’ reward if you do not then recruit another girl outside the parameters of the mission. Otherwise, however, it is definitely possible to obtain all the goals of your Patron and receive a significant payout at the end of events. GMs will be setting the overarching goals of Beacon and Ebon Mint. Leaders of player organizations can set the overarching goals of their own organization, under the caveat that they cannot pay themselves. Magical girls beholden to a singular patron, whether it be Horror, Deity, Lesser Force, or Puchuu, can set their Patron’s overarching goals.
The more specific or difficult to achieve a goal is, the higher the payout.
The Payment Benefit doubles your rewards from progressing Patron goals. The Empty Pockets Drawback halves your rewards from progressing Patron goals. If you happen to be beholden to multiple Patrons or Organizations, you only receive the Payment/Empty Pockets modifiers for one set of goals, which should be clarified in your sheet, and must choose which set of goals you’ll want to receive rewards from at the start of an event.
Solo girls do not get bonus rewards unless they are working for someone else's Patron/Organization at the start of an event.
Headers
Everyone has a lotta shit on their sheets that GMs can’t memorize. For future posts, please include a header that contains the character’s stats, powers, perks, specializations, mutations, benefits, and drawbacks. We just need the name, not the paragraph or so of detail. Hopefully, this will reduce the amount of times a shapeshifter slips past the detection of 3 Third Eye girls, and similarly reduce incidents where someone is killed when they’re literally unable to die.
Patrons are allowed to interact with and even assist their chosen magical girl/s, with the following conditions:
1. Direct interference from Patrons in a combat situation or completing objectives on behalf of their chosen magical girl/s reduces coin payout if their interference is not covered in the magical girl's benefits and drawbacks. 2. This reduction is dependent on how great and/or frequent the interference was, and may affect future coin payouts as well. 3. Repeated violations of Patron interference will end up with reduced magical ability of the chosen girl/s and ultimately loss of magic.
The world is filled with magical wonders; spirits, gods, elder beings and more, with goals and objectives as varied as life itself. Often, these beings oppose each other, and to succeed they either unleash monsters to the world, or have chosen Mahou who wield magical weapons and powers to fight their battles for them; magical girls and boys. These are people who, through some turning point in their life, have been given a new life with magical powers, a youthful body, and a grand destiny.
The city of Penrose had become a center for repeated attacks by monsters and villains, and so has attracted Mahou from a wide region. This includes the Ascendancy, an inquisitive task force of the Beacon organization, as well as various monster Mahou, who have joined together in the hidden Sanctuary. Tensions between the factions have been compounded by the rising influence of Covington Industries, a company manipulated from the shadows by the mysterious Ebon Mint. While the corporation has revitalized Penrose after a series of magic-induced disasters through its relief efforts and employment, this has only spread the organization's control on the magical populace hidden from society. The situation is complicated by the presence of the Queen of Hearts, an enigmatic entity with interest in the city's inhabitants...
Welcome to March of the White Rabbit (or MWR for short), an RP in the same universe as Darkest Before the Dawn. In this RP, normal people are chosen by Patrons to become magical girls and boys, collectively known as Mahou. Patrons are magically diverse entities, and range from cute and cuddly Puchuu to capricious Lesser Forces, proud Gods, the purifying protectors of Beacon, the dark and mysterious agents of Ebon Mint, and even terrifying Horrors from beyond. A darker than normal setting for a magical girl story, MWR engages in themes of corrupting power, fantastic discrimination, and the challenges of immortality. However, the theme of hope is also central, as is the valiant battle for peace and changing the world for the better. Will you be a defender of justice, an agent of dubious morals, or something completely different like a monster girl?
Character Creation
Characters are created for this RP using the wider setting of the Accidental Magical Girl CYOA module, found in links below. Simply follow the steps given in the module, and fill the results of choices and rolls in the character sheet.
Applicants can also use the Crimson Cradle module when creating a character and rolling for certain tables such as Powers and/or Perks; simply replace the result in the CYOA table with the corresponding one in the CC tables. Any roll that results in creating a new character (such as the Ally Perk or Twin Soul Power) can be rerolled. Note that the coins given for use in the creator can be used at any point of the creation process. All modules listed below may be used for character creation.
(The Dark Magical Girl/Monster Girl Creation Aid module is not fully supported in the RP, but certain content of the link such as Perks and Powers can be approved for the CS submission) Dark Magical Girl/Monster Girl Creation Aid
Setting
The RP is based in the fictional city of Penrose, located somewhere in the Northeast US. Due to the increasing number of monsters in Penrose, the magical girl population is rising as well. Penrose has a population of 600,000 and is located on the east coast. The actual structure and mapping of Penrose will be kept nebulous to allow for player choice. For example, you can describe your character to be located at the hospital or train station without needing to specify further. There is also the Overcity, a magical dimension where the titular city of Mahou is located. While lesser in importance than Penrose, certain characters and events revolve around the arcane metropolis. More details on the Overcity can be found in the CYOA module.

Character creation should be done according to the CYOA module. Please note that the amount of additional benefits and drawbacks you can take on the Patron module depend on what type of patron you have.

The Rules
1. A maximum of three active characters and Patrons can be actively used at the same time. Any characters and Patrons created afterwards must replace previously created ones. Exceptions to the rule are the Allies-perk and Twin Soul-Power, which work as described in the CYOA rulings. Submit your characters first to OOC or as a PM, and once they have been approved they can be posted to the character tab and you can begin posting in IC. 2. Allies-perk and Twin Soul-power may be rerolled into another perk or power. 3. You must first ask for permission before you can create side characters and events that have a considerable effect on the RP's story. Background characters with little consequence are exempt from the rule. For example, you can have civilians witness a fight, or have a slumber party at a magical girl's house without asking for permission to include the parents. On the other hand, them turning out to be fighters or a villain suddenly causing a city-wide swarm of monsters has to be approved first. However, in general story ideas have a high chance of being approved, so don't be afraid of sharing your ideas. 4. The number of combat-ready NPCs are limited to three NPCs per player. Exceptions can be made in certain cases, such as a higher importance of the NPCs to the overall story. 5. Keep the sexual content within RPG site rulings, with a rating of PG at the very most. Romance is fine as long as it's kept clean. 6. Violence: The world of MWR is definitely darker than the average magical girl show, with violence and death as an intrinsic part of the setting. Still, please keep the gore, body horror, and anything else explicit on the tasteful side. To give an example, the tone MWR is aiming for is late-night anime like Madoka Magica at the most extreme. 7. Post Rate: Try to post at least once every one or two weeks on average. At the beginning things might move more rapidly, but don't be discouraged, as this won't likely last long. If you're not going to be able to post for a while, please let me know. In general, try to avoid speed posting too much. But most of all, don't sweat too much about keeping a posting schedule, as this is meant to be fun without putting pressure on having to force a post out. 8. Post Standards: Your post should at least be a paragraph or two in length, include your character's thoughts and an action or some dialogue. 9. Collaboration is recommended for dialogue and/or combat between characters when they are expected to run for longer than a couple of posts. For example, Google Docs is a good place to make collaborations. 10. If your character submission is accepted, you will receive an invitation to our Discord channel dedicated for the RP. While participation is not mandatory, it is recommended as I will be making most of my announcements regarding the RP there. It is also a chill place to hang out and discuss the story, characters, or anything at all. 11. Have fun! If you don't, let me know by posting in OOC or sending me a message, and I'll see what I can do to fix the issue. If you have any ideas you want to share in private, feel free to do so as well.

Modifiers: Empty Pockets: only receive monster defeat rewards at half rate
Hello there! I have returned from my break, and will be starting work on the next season of the RP. As veterans may have expected, players who have stayed around will be given a reward as a token of my appreciation. However, unlike previously, this reward will differ depending on when you joined. If you have joined us starting from Darkest Before the Dawn or Beyond the Looking Glass, your player characters, as well as their Twin Souls and Allies, receive a Ruby Coin. Older players will instead receive a Sapphire Coin.
The Ruby Coin grants one reward from the following choices: 1. Raise stats up by +4 points. For example, +1 to STR and +3 to MAG. 2. Raise stats up by +2 points, and replace a Perk with an existing one from the same Table. This also includes the Crimson Cradle selection. 3. Get a new Perk from either Table, including CC tables. 4. Get an additional Specialization, at a penalty of -4 stat points. 5. Obtain a second Weapon or Power including the CC selection, but with a stat point penalty of -3.
The Sapphire Coin grants one reward from the following choices: 1. Get a flying mount or vehicle with a capacity of up to 4 people. This may be a pegasus or other magical animal, or a magitek vehicle like a gyrocopter, to name a few examples. However, the more powerful it is, the more difficult it is to control, with the pegasus being an example of a perfectly controllable mount, and something like a dragon being extremely difficult. 2. Get a deed to a house or other property in the Overcity with a capacity for up to a single family to live in. 3. Free tuition to the Overcity College of Magic, allowing a pursuit of arcane scholarship or training for a magical profession. All rewards count as separate from existing Perks and Benefits.
Please prepare to resubmit your character sheets with the new reward mentioned once the new RP is posted.
Rachel nodded, her fist up to her chin as she surveyed the scene. “Not a lot of alibis for that time,” Rachel muttered, and then raised an eyebrow at the vial that Oliver brought out. “Some kind of fluorescent agent?” She asked, and watched as a drop of the solution was dropped to the mound of snow. The mound of snow crystallized into clear ice, and Rachel gasped at the silhouette at the bottom; it was a footprint.
“What…How did you do that?” She turned to Oliver, baffled by his discovery. “Nevermind that, why is there...” She looked up at the branch, and an epiphany hit her. “The culprit must have missed this spot thanks to the dropped snow!” She brought out her Beacon communicator, and snapped a picture of the footprint. “I’ll have the girls at the lab analyze this. Well I suppose you aren’t a complete rookie at this.” She turned to leave, but before she did, she gave one last look at Oliver. “I suppose I’ll be seeing more of you. But don’t make it a habit.” She then left, leaving those words drifting in the cold breeze.
”A souvenir?” Kimble asked with a finger to her cheek. ”Oh ,you mean like a gift! Oh, I know just the place!” She took Alicia’s hand. ”I bet Amanda’s place has something! Let’s check it out!” And so they went for the summer islands for one last gift shopping spree.
”Oh?" Lily’s sulking abruptly ended when she heard Connie raise her voice in the hall, and with a curious expression she listened to what she had to say. She then smiled brightly, and raised her hand up. ”I would love that, Connie! And of course, you’ll be coming too, Alex!" She wrapped her arms around Alex, and kissed his cheek. ”Merry Christmas!" She then looked back at the empty corner where Justine disappeared with a reassuring nod. ”And a happy new year…For everyone." And so, Lily decided to believe in Justine, and moved on to celebrate the holiday at Connie’s place.
“Gotta say, knowing your skill set, I’m still impressed you managed to pull it off.” Two darkened figures walked through a dimly lit corridor, and passed by a metallic security door. An advanced surveillance camera popped out of a wall socket in response to the arrival of the two. “I heard the mirror was guarded by both the LF and Pedersen. Did they cause you any trouble?” The taller, bulkier figure swiped a card key, and the metallic security door opened, revealing a hall resembling an advanced laboratory beyond it.
“We did have some changes to Viper’s initial plan after a particular mishap, but we managed to utilize it to our advantage,” the shorter, slender figure answered. “I predicted the probability manipulation inherent in one of the guests to land the coin exactly where I needed it to.”
The laboratory hummed and whirred with various devices and contraptions, some of them glowing with magical energies. One of the scientists approached the two, a man dressed in a white suit with a black doctor’s coat over it. His face was covered by a white mask. “Ah, hello, mister Scarpe. I see you have arrived just in time.” Scarpe stepped into the light, about to lit a cigar when the scientist raised a hand. “Ah, smoking is not permitted here, sir. It could damage the sensitive equipment.” “Bloody-!” Scarpe grumbled, but then tucked the cigar away. Sonia, who stepped into the light, gave a roll of her eyes. “Wanted to see the mirror myself, since I happened to be in the area. You got it looked at yet?”
The scientist laughed awkwardly. “Yes, we imaged the arcane properties of the artifact and mapped the structure of the ley lines. However-”
“Alright, let me see it then.” Scarpe shoved the scientist and walked past the machinery to the central containment unit…Only to find it empty.
“What the hell? Where is it?” He turned to the scientist, who shook his head. “I-It’s not our fault! It was moved away…Surely you heard, right?”
Scarpe grit his teeth; he realized what he was talking about. “Damn…I hoped this wouldn’t come to pass…”
At the end of the long day, Mariette returned to her hideout, with no more information about the whereabouts of the Mirror. However, this wasn’t the end of surprises for her; as she opened the door to the living room, she saw it standing in the middle of the room; the Black Mirror itself. Was it an illusion? A trick? But as Mariette approached the object, she couldn’t deny the aura of Asengav’s corruptive magic emanating from the infinite reflections that she glimpsed from the mirror’s surface. She even saw that the wooden frame had been chipped, alarmingly matching the piece she found at the crime scene.
Then she knew it wasn’t by coincidence that the Mirror ended back in Mariette’s possession; the tracker was on the floor before it, crushed like a stomped bug. But most alarming was the propped up letter on the table next to the Mirror; it was colored gold, with bright red cursive writing and marked by an elaborate heart symbol.
Merry Christmas, Mariette.
I look forward to your journey down the rabbit hole.
