Appearance:Viktor stands at six foot one with ebony black hair that reaches passed his shoulders in length. He’s pale skinned and muscular yet still slender and agile. He's inherited his mothers high cheek bones and his fathers unique golden eyes that are ringed with silver.

Favored Clothes Wear: Clothes made of the best quality. Soft fabrics that are comfortable and sturdy. When winter hits he prefers to wear thicker clothes with long coats and gloves.
General Personality: Viktor is temperamental. He can go from being calm and kind, to angry and slightly unhinged the next.
When he’s dealing with other Ruling houses or Noble Houses he’s the perfect gentleman, with a calm and polite disposition that never wavers.
Reputation: In the Supernatural Community: He’s held in high regard but also feared at the same time. Despite his title of Heir he’s been sent out to ‘handle’ possible uprisings or insubordination from any of the families. But to those who haven’t broken any rules or have offered confidential information are treated as close friends and aided when they need it.
Human Community: He doesn’t care for them at all, he even finds them dull and boring. In public he outright ignores them, he feels nor shows any remorse when he’s sent out to ‘handle’ them. To those who’ve been sent to his home over the years, he’s silently watched as they’ve been made into sacrificial lambs for slaughter or kept as hired help with little to no benefits.
He’s known as Blood Tempest, though by who he’s not sure.
Weapons: A dagger gifted to him by his cousin, Oliver for his birthday. It’s short bladed and engraved with runes that cause a slow, agonizing death.
Familiar: Saoirse: A calico cat who has the magic affinity for Wind. She’s able to double her size but only when she’s absorbed enough magic to do so. Her eyes aren’t like regular cats, they’re pure silver with a ring of blue flaring out from the pupil.
Elements/Other Magic Abilities: He’s been born with the elemental abilities of Air and Thunder/Lighting(though this is limited to certain conditions.(to be added)
Physical Abilities: He’s been taught from a young age to defend himself. Whether that be with his magic, or his fists. He’s been taught since he could walk how to use a type of marital arts that’s made him agile and able to move as fluidly as the Air he controls.
Weaknesses: Overuse: Elemental magic though not controlled by runes or anything is limited and can cause harm to its user. If overused the magic will act on its own despite the users wishes.
Emotions: If someone is emotional compromised their magic will reflect that, in Viktor’s case he’s trained long and hard to control his magic despite his emotional moments. But sometimes when he’s angry enough his magic will become an almost separate entity, which is why Zephyr rarely ever leaves his side.
