I do, but I'm one of those exceptions I mentioned earlier. Just about all IA soldiers are just ordinary people with access to some of the best mainline technological advancements known in Existence. I have powers, you have powers. Usually, it's anything and everything a normal human can't do.

Because Ghost training is specific to Alliance soldiers. It teaches individuals without special powers how to maximize their effectiveness on the battlefield with their special armor and plenty of skills and techniques so that they can stand on even ground with individuals such as yourself. There are more qualified people to teach you.
