@AtomicNut Well considering a large part of the story concerns the possible second-coming of an all powerful necromancer, it's hardly surprising. If Magnor was a fallen Paladin, you'd probably find we'd have half a dozen paladins instead. Nothing wrong with it at all, in fact it's natural and preferable. There must be a lot of hidden necros who are coveting the hidden powers of Iron Coast, outside of established PCs.

When I first made Gripus, he was a necro. Decided against it in the end though, because I thought a more generic mage would be more fun.

EDIT: Not to mention that necromancy in general is a huge theme in this RP, with 95% of all enemies being undead.

SECOND EDIT: Just to reiterate, I am not bashing necro characters as being unoriginal or uninspired. This RP was created specifically with them in mind, and frankly I'm surprised no proper evil necromancers have sprung up.

I just found it curious.

Although, eh, there's exactly two greedy necromancers. Sarai and Aramil... The other two are a drow priestess (who among other things like demon summoning, she knows about it), and a Death priest??

Also to be honest, I also considered making a necromancer. But on the undead side. Some idiot wizard who ended up being the understudy/bitch of the wraiths. Someone has to be a gopher...
Is it me or we have like, 4 characters with necromantic powers?
Okay, i better roll another character just in case.
Hmm, I'm gonna wait on TheHangedMan for a post with both characters. Maybe even Frengo. There's no way Gripus didn't notice this shit :P
...I'll have to pass, the offer is tempting but brainpower and time are limited.
@AtomicNut He would be aware yes.

So er, Pyria has gone pretty metal, huh?

An accurate description would be that of a smitten animu japanese schoolgirl who has just found the valentine chocolates she made for the boy she liked being disposed of in the trash by said boy. So yes. Pretty. Metal.
@Mythos You can also have her cellphone number if you're civil enough. Caroline's a social busybody.

@KiddHm, so shall I post that in the end, Caroline shared her bed with Klaus for the night... *wiggles eyebrows* then?
Good Attempt Sarai, but... since Luca was so despective towards something Pyria considered important, she's still flipping out.

And yes this is permission to spear Pyria to death by the guard in Actium. She's not thinking straight.

Also @Frengo since Pyria was raised by the Imperial Magi, chances are Gripus is in the know of the batch of Dragon Eggs and the whelps. Any high ranking mage would know.
Pyria

Child of the Flame

Location:Actium

Pyria's merry trip to the inn was halted abruptly, as she heard the distinctive clattering of a manacle in the ground in front of the two, forcing her to look back. Straining her sight, her eyes went wide with shock, as she wasn't sure what was happening.

Is that...my manacle? The proof of my boon towards Luca? Why did he do that!? WHY DID HE GIVE IT TO THAT GIRL!!!? Pyria stared in disbelief and shock as the fools rejoiced upon the discovery of both the manacle and Luca's money. But there was no relief, nor joy in Pyria's mind. It was then when Sarai approached her, her eyes still on shock, gazing and comprehending what the young man had just done.

"Umu" was her answer at first. Her golden eyes became fixated in the horizon. "I'm not angry at them now." She said, in an eerily calm tone. Instead of the bravado and furious display of earlier, the young dragonling was showing almost no outward signs of anything. Something broke inside Pyria's mind.

"Still, there are things I cannot abide for. Sorry, but could you just... leave the town? That was a nice intention you had, so I'll be sorry if i...accidentally hurt you." The child said, as she ventured towards the duo, shambling as if she were a corpse. Along the way, tears began flowing down her cheeks, emotions overpowering her momentarily as the maelstrom of emotions that was building in her was finally surfacing.

"That...is...my...manacle. I gave it to Luca. I told it was really important. A boon..." She sniffled. "Please...give it back."

And all coherence was lost in inelegant blubbering. A wail was heard, increasing in intensity. "LUCA YOU TRAITOR! THIS IS HOW YOU REPAIR MY BOON!" She screamed, as she clenched her fists. The cries became yells.

And the yells became a roar, when she literally exploded into magic, her true form actually showing. Glistening red scales, sharp claws. A mouth that could chew a man in two. Her tail flayed angrily, as her eyes narrowed on the duo, and more concretely on the bracelet. Snorting dismissively, her wings spread and batted heavily.

"DRAGON!" Someone yelled. And a choir of screams followed.

"BURN. YOU. ALL. FIRST LUCA. THEN YOU. THEN THE REST OF THE TOWN. YOU'LL PAY FOR TREATING MY BOON AS IF IT WERE TRASH." She roared once more, as she took flight, her eyes set on a particular youth who had wasted a dragon boon so thoughtlessly.

@AtomicNut Mind if Ehren knows about the club? He's currently starving and I thought this would be a good way to get some people together too.

Well, the club is the Serpent's "harem", "precious garden" or whatever. If he's in a position to antagonize her, she probably won't let him. But otherwise, eh, she could use backdoor contacts.
