*Gives all the hugs to everyone else* Mostly because I can relate. I've never won a CS competition, like, ever... so I just wanted to know I feel the disappointment. <3 I know sometimes just knowing someone else understands can help a lot.

I would just like to clarify that I personally wouldn't consider this a 'competition'. In deciding on the roles, I wasn't looking for the 'best' characters. I was looking for the best fits for the roles and story and trying to compose a cast that had enough diversities and similarities to create a compelling story. There were a lot of other aspects that went into the decision making, but that was one of the key things. I created the 3 extra slots because there were so many good characters submitted. I can't manage a group big enough to accommodate everyone, but I can at least offer that much.

@Sodium I'm sorry you lost sleep, but I can't be to blame for how you dictate your spare time, Sodium. I appreciate the effort you made for your submission, but such is the case with auditions. I can't select everyone. I made an exception for Rinoa due to her sending me a detailed PM about the situations beforehand along with her completed character sheet.

@Sodium That isn't the case at all. I suggested the edits that I did to give everyone the fairest chance of getting in and considered all submissions carefully as they were at the time of the deadline.

Alright guys- the time has come. I first wanted to let you all know how grateful I am for the interest that has been shown in this roleplay. I really appreciate the hard work and effort. Regardless of anything, it was a true pleasure reading all of your character sheets. They were all extremely well done and made my job a lot more difficult than I was expecting-- which was a pleasant surprise. I only ask that you understand that there were many factors involved with my decision making and want to stress the indisputable fact that all of your submissions were great. I mean it. After much consideration, the cast list I have chosen is in the hider below.

I have also decided to open up 3 extra positions due to multiple requests I have received and the number of amazing submissions. More information about these 3 available slots will be posted sometime this weekend. (To save anyone from wasted work, I ask that character sheets for these positions NOT be submitted until I release more information). I'm in the middle of moving and a bunch of other stuff at the moment, so to help me get the ball rolling and manage the extra people, I will also be appointing a co-GM in the coming days.

Also, I'm sure all of you have noticed the link to my art shop in my signature by now. I'm not rich (otherwise I'd get you all gift cards to Chipotle or something), but I can offer everyone who submitted a character sheet a 50% discount on whatever original art piece you want in my shop. I also do signatures, icons, and (occasionally) animations. Please note that this is something I'm only offering to those who have, as of now, submitted character sheets. When I hold mini auditions for the 3 new slots, this will not be an added perk-- so don't go telling your friends to whip up random characters to get discounts. Can't offer too much cheap art or else I'll go from being a starving artist to a homeless AND starving artist.

@Rinoa Rose No worries. I have the completed one already, so go ahead and fix your formatting and stuff in your posting of it here when you get the chance. I'm surprised by how verbatim you were able to rewrite everything so far, but I may just forward you the PM of the submission you're friend sent me the other day so you can copy and paste as you see fit. Might be easier.

I have one more Earth submission from @Rinoa Rose as well that was sent to me via PM from one of her friends yesterday afternoon. Apparently she had the misfortune of having her computer stolen, so she said she'll be borrowing someone's computer to post it here some time today.

@Sodium Ah- yeah. That's definitely true. I'd ask around if any of your friends play it. It's a really popular game so more likely than not someone you know probably plays. (If you're interested in trying it)

@Crimson Raven I would definitely say it's challenging (especially if you aren't familiar with MOBA games) but it's fun and since it's free-to-play (AND not pay to win) I would recommend giving it a try to anyone.
