Pokemon: Storm

The gang had made it only half way up the North Western stretch of Mt. Leeman when exhaustion started hitting them...

"This kinda sucks," he grumbled. Though not unfit, the path was challenging even for the most seasoned of hikers, that was for sure. "You guys have to be at least a little tired." Indigo sighed and wiped at his forehead. "Sure would have been nice if that stupid, dinky Shamba Town had some actual services for trainers. They've got a gym but barely any businesses." Indy rolled his eyes. "I miss Celedon. They've got like 5 story shopping malls there, and there's nothing you can't find." They had just come back from Celadon, true, but the events at Pewter had spoken them up so they hadn't truly been able to enjoy themselves.

"Wish we could have showed you the funner stuff, Margo. Actually, I kinda wish we had a car right now...."

Indigo's words didn't fall on deaf ears. From above on a cliff, an old friend of Daniel's spotted them. The little boy with wild hair and dirty clothes yelled down. "Hey Daniel! Who are your friends!?" But instead of waiting for a reply, the boy made a loud roaring noise. He then jumped without a care.

Jagged rocks and thorny bushes lay below him, but he didn't mind; he was smiling. About halfway through his fall, a Drampa came floating out of his cave. The creature looked tired and a little confused, as if it had just been napping. But when the boy landed on his back, that confusion dissipated. If one was close enough, they'd be able to see the dragon roll his eyes and smile.

"Hey Pawpaw, can you take me down to my friends?" the boy said into the dragon's ear, while pointing down the mountain. The dragon made a soft grumbling noise and began gently floating downward. As they got closer to the ground in front of the group, the boy introduced himself. "My name is Zvi!" The Drampa's feet touched the ground, but Zvi didn't get off. He looked very comfortable on the fluffy creature.

I was about to post when I saw this. I'll wait till midnight before I post. Hopefully you get a post up before then. It would play well to see Dan struggling before Zvi swoops in to save the day. If you don't get a post up before then, I can still push post, I can still make it work, no problem.

The Seven Sins

Early Afternoon - Downtown District

The Discrimination had been quiet for a long time, ever since the new Queen took charge many months ago. Before she arrived, attacks by The Discrimination were daily occurrences.

But it was now time to strike. Months of planning had paid off. Their army had grown more than ten times its old size, and for the first time ever, they had a strategy. Instead of rampaging the streets, they would attack from within. Goblins and ghouls hid in the sewers. Fairies and sprites hide in the trees.

Meanwhile, many miles to the west, the Queen was mounting a dragon. If all went as planned, she would arrive at rush hour. From above, she would command her dragon to breathe fire on the helpless humans below. That would be the signal for the fairies, goblins, and the rest to come out of hiding. In a matter of seconds, the proud downtown district would be turned into an apocalyptic nightmare for all humans.

As promised, I've added some new characters to the mix. You can find them in The Pandemonium characters post.

But I'm not going to get around to making a post and moving the timeline until tomorrow. Today has been quite busy, and I also didn't realize how long it would take to get those new characters up.

I'll get around to everything tomorrow.

No, I'm not going to be doing this RP, at least for a long time. However, I am rebooting another Pokemon RP and looking for new players... Pokemon: World's Collide

It's a lot less battle centered, but there will be some tournaments if we get enough people.

It's been over a week with no posts. No big deal, but to jump start some things. I'm going to add new characters and move our timeline to the following day. I'll do all this tomorrow irl, so if anyone has unfinished business for this IC day, you have till I post to tomorrow to do so.

I just realized, with Dan's new condition, he might not be able to make it up Mt. Leeman trail, especially getting out of the hospital? So I wasn't sure whether they would get the ride pokemon for Dan (I'm sure there's services and whatnot where you can rent pokemon) or just proceed to the trail.

I propose a fun solution here.

You all could attempt to take the trail normally, because Shamba Town is too small to offer such services. Then you can run into Wild Boy Zvi. It wasn't revealed earlier, but one of his Pokemon friends is a Drampa. He could whistle or something to ask his Drampa to come help. Then he can ask the Drampa to find one of his friends, another Drampa. These two Drampa can ride everyone around on their backs, two people per Drampa.

Then, when you get to your first stop, maybe Indy contemplates catching the other Drampa (the one that isn't Zvi's), but as it turns out, this Drampa also has a trainer: Nogu (The Hermit). This would be a good transition into Indy's battle with him (which we've already completed). Obviously, Nogu won't use the Drampa in battle, as it wasn't used in our Showdown Battle, probably because the Pokemon is too strong to battle a new trainer.

Just some ideas. ;)

Also we may need to get Hiders for characters and their pokemon cuz I forgot who i have on my team atm, I will figure it out afyer we hear from the others

I have firmly decided that I won't be keeping track of people's characters anymore. You'll have to keep track of what Pokemon you have. If you want to use hiders, go for it.

Also, we're starting almost a year later, so it doesn't matter what Pokemon you had before.
