Accepted, and I do plan on a sort of solution for the water infliction for her in the rp.
Also since witches aren't viewed well to most, Gova took pity on her and did reveal himself in public to 'escort her' through frolam, showing she was accepted by the headmaster and king. He didn't speak much but when they were in private he did give her a toothy, monstrous grin and asked her her name. Then patted her back and left. So people now have mixed feelings about her, some may be prejudice while others are jealous of gova making such an appearance for her. However most of the faculty will treat her with respect.

Klunk Fortress, Courtyard
High above the castle, my eyes saw the movement of an elite soldier amongst tinier ones heading towards another part of the kingdom. Rage filled my eyes as I could finally kill without legal or moral reprocussions. Though outnumbered I was prideful in my abilities, my wings would soar as I directed myself down to the courtyard like a hawk, my feet morphing into reptilian talons as I would strike down General spike with both clawed feet from above at high speeds.

Personality: Quiet, reclusive, calm. However the sins of a dragon tend to overcome him, mostly dealing with wrath, greed, pride, and a lust for destruction. If he doesn't vent these flaws in some way he gets more and more crazed.
Abilities: Dragon transformation and related qualities, includes partian transformations such as turning skin to scales.
Weapons: Wooden staff, which can channel through the spirits of dragons that follow him for guidance or temporary assistance. Can temporarily summon the ghosts of dragons as defensives auras and shields or for attacking, usually they are in serpentine form.
Brown hood and cloak over white and green robes.

Considering the krunk legion are known for kidnapping I imagine my char would want to kill them as lets him vent out the negative emotions forced on him from the draconic nature he possesses on villains. Are there any guards or noticeable things to see from aerial view?

Due to his youth I imagine he has yet to be able to turn into a full dragon or do anything better then a simple fire breathe.
Would it be possible for my character to sort of fly in the courtyard?
