Bio

I am a Roleplayer with an interest in science fiction and fantasy, with a preference for Casual. I have been roleplaying for several years, and have even taken a stab at running a few RPs.

Outside the Guild, I am an Australian science student, gamer, musician and roleplayer (that's right, IRL too).

So, what is everyone scheming and actually waiting for?

Being currently worked on, I have that aforementioned collab with Kangutso involving Kyre and Gerrik and teaching Hain combat. That's chugging along in occasional bursts of activity.

For the Avatar battle I think we're just waiting on Kangutso to finish his Avatar. Then we can start that.

Then there are the demigods. As soon as my proposed plan gets the final thumbs up from @poog the pig we can begin working on that.

I am working on a post with @Kangutso. I'm not sure what Kangutso's current progress is on his avatar creation post, since he lost the first version he wrote.

That massive space sci-fi post was my post which I had been working on and tinkering for ages.

@Muttonhawk@Hygswitch@poog the pig@Double Capybara, I have a plan for the new demigods. Tell me what you think. Teknall decides to go to Illunabar for help, since he needs someone who is good at making personalities. There is a period of collaborative design and negotiations, in which Illunabar/the divas realise they could do with some help in making Lifpraville. At this point it is decided to make two demigods- one to help the Rovaick learn metalworking (Conata), and one to bring machinery to the first city (Kinesis). The rest is straight-forward.
@Cyclone (Granted, there were fewer OOC pages back then. Literally one tenth)
I think this is most of the list.

I didn't breathe normally for two minutes after reading this. This is glorious.

I just want to check something. Can you guys access this gif?

Yes, but it is so slow and laggy.
Teknall actually hasn't interacted with any humans yet. It's something which needs to happen eventually, but it hasn't yet.
C'mon @Bbeast you know how ripe and viable Slough is as a resource for creating life. Just do it. It won't have any repercussions whatsoever.

Plot twist- the creature is normal-sized. It's just the city that's really tiny.
@Kangutso, I believe @Hygswitch may be concerned not so much about a Domain/Portfolio clash but a similarity of characters. Although, holding their two sheets up side-by-side, I can see that they have quite distinct personalities. There are several similar traits, but since they're both children of the same parent that is to be expected. A re-design is not necessary.

What needs to be sorted is how Teknall will create his two daughters. With Skyrte's demigod it was easy- a person made of rock with a near blank-slate initial personality. Such a design is intuitive for Teknall. Daughters with full personalities- not so much. At least not if he builds them by himself.

Wasn't Skryte supposed to be the Demi-God of metallurgy?

@Rtron, I get the feeling Skyrte isn't going to be available any time soon to make his demigod.

You know how 2016 has been a pretty terrible year?
Alan Rickman dying, Prince, David Bowie.
Anyways, shits happening in my life I think I need to take another extended break from RPing and writing in general. Really sorry about all this.

Didn't notice this until too late. What do you think should happen with the Rovaick? I'm afraid I didn't leave much room for alternative plans.

@Muttonhawk@Hygswitch. That is a very nice character you have there, Muttonhawk.
I will note that Hygswitch has priority. If she wants her character to fit into the position of teaching metalsmithing to the Rovaick (which wasn't the original plan. She wanted to help city-building), then she gets in. Unless Skyrte reappears before then.
Although, I do quite like the idea of them being sisters. Among other things, it means I can create both of them at once.

And of course Teknall is popular. We're building civilisations, and Teknall is the only god here qualified to establish the technological foundations of civilisations.
@Double Capybara It always saddens me, when you play around with unseeable colours but octarine is not one of them.

@Double Capybara Seconded.
We did pretty good in this one. We got lots of stuff done, even if we didn't reach the very end.

Maybe one day we'll strike the right balance. Let me know if anyone starts another one.
