Bio/Personality:

Ever since he was a kid, Oliver always wanted the best. He grew up in Shine City, knowing the streets like the back of his hand, watching it grow and unfold before him. In a sense, the place was like a slightly older brother, both of em' sharing the same experiences, developing alongside another, the usual mopy dopy stuff. It was also his provider of luxury, giving him the high roller lifestyle he'd always dreamed of. Graduating at the police academy during his early twenties, he'd protected this city for a couple o' years, leaving the force when he decided there wasn't enough action. The Crime Rate was ridiculously low, nonexistent even. So when Oliver established his own investigation agency, he was surprised at how many people needed him.

Yet, not for the reasons he was expecting.

No, it was always some creepy stalker following their high school crush, a girlfriend suspecting their lover cheating on them, yadda yadda. What's with the youth in this place? What's with all this lovey, mushy, mumbo jumbo spewing everywhere?

People these days, had no refined taste, no clue on what the opposite sex wanted.

But he did.

Like his father always told him:

"Son, keep it classy."
