Amanda might be perceived as an intelligent girl to those she's close to but there's so much more to her than her brains. Yes, she is the one in the library, studying for an exam or looking for that one book for an upcoming book report but as they say, looks can be deceiving. She's also a bit of a party girl, always onboard for a party, no matter how daring it might be. Amanda walks with her head held high because she can. She has been through the whirlwind of life and survived everything that it has thrown at her. She has scars but wears them as badges of honor because she has lived through it all.

So, while others may perceive her as whatever they'd like to, her friends know the real her. Those who are really close to her though, they know what really lies beneath the surface. She is quite sassy towards others though and friendly. Whichever one you get depends on you and your attitude towards her.

Long, curly brown locks of hair. Dark brown eyes. Flawless light skin complexion. Her unique and sort of quirky style.

Her crossbody purse, which is stocked with a myriad of things. She has her lipstick, lip gloss, breath mints, band-aids, a make-up kit and a sticky notepad with a pen. She also might have an iPhone X stuffed somewhere down in there.

► ᴄᴜʀʀᴇɴᴛ ᴅɪʟᴇᴍᴍᴀ

Her parents are currently on the verge of divorce because her mother was caught in bed with another man. It's a bit disheartening for her to chat about but she will, once she's had time to think on the matter. Plus, it's best to not bombard her with questions about her parents in general.

Nothing really triggers Amanda, for real. Big disputes that involve violence might make her a tad bit upset because of the bickering of parents but other than that, nothing else will.

• Bites her lip whenever she's in deep thought or nervous

• Journaling ^__ She keeps a journal, well her notepad, close to her at all times and usually writes in it before going to bed every night.
• Singing ^__ This one is a not a big one but she occasionally likes to sing. If her favorite song comes on the radio or her Spotify playlist then she'll burst out in song.
• Collector ^__ She likes to collect old and new coins of money from different areas of the world. She gleams whenever she gets one and will literally gush about it for a few moments.
• Binge Watcher ^__ Like every modern young adult, she likes to binge watch her favorite series or the new ones she starts to watch. She has Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video on her phone so, she's usually indulged in that whenever she's alone or not paying attention.
• Hanging Out ^__ Enough said here but she likes to hang out with her friends much more than being at home, hearing her parents bicker back and forth.

She wants to become a broadcast journalist first then after some years, she wants to appear on Broadway for some productions. Even some Off Broadway Productions. Her current dream is for her parents to get over their shit and makeup so they all can be happy before she goes off to college.

Amanda has a fear of spiders. Even the tiny ones give her a chill up her spine. She also fears that her parents will actually get a divorce and she'd be caught in a tug of war between them.

Amanda's life has been filled with a lot of ups and a lot of downs. She constantly moved around whenever she was little because her father could not keep a steady job, which forced them to do whatever they needed to do for the time being. They never stayed anywhere for long for her to make friends, have a life or do anything really. Even though growing up, she has been called names, treated differently from others and just haven't had the best of times in places. She's also been attacked, jumped and even had a few fights with some local kids.

But eventually, her mother convinced him to go back to school and earn his degree to become a lawyer. After much thought, he did so and came out quite successful. He became a well-known lawyer rather quickly and because of this, was offered a job in Beverly Hills, which he accepted and that's how she landed in the prestigious town.

This where all her problems started, she thinks. Her parents struggled to fit in there and so did she for quite some time. Amanda did happen to find some friends to hang out with and treat her as she needed to be treated. She confided in them rather quickly though about her problems at home. She had even offered to stay some nights at some of her friend's homes because of this. Most agreed while others denied her, which she was quite okay with.

Currently, she is a recent high school graduate and knows that her parents might, unfortunately, get a divorce soon. Amanda doesn't like the idea of it but if it comes to it then she isn't ready for the internal emotional battle or breakdown that might come from it on her end.

She is neutral toward Val at the end of the day but there is a cloud of tension that hangs over them. She just hopes that this road trip will give them a chance to get closer. Although, as of now, it does not look like that's happening anytime soon. ɴᴀᴛᴇ ᴍᴀᴛᴛʜᴇᴡs (☮❤) ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ Amanda and Nate studied together a lot during their time in high school. It usually ended up with them falling asleep under a bookshelf, as well. Their friendship grew because while they were also studying and doing snack runs for each other, they bonded over time similarities and became closer to one another. Amanda also seeks out his home whenever she needs time away from her parents bickering and usually makes him sleep on the couch while she takes the bed. They are quite close to each other and Amanda developed a little crush on him along the way. Whether it's mutual or not, she'll never know because she's too afraid to ask him. ʏᴇssɪ ᴀsᴛᴏʀ (☯) ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ Amanda is friends with Yessi but they aren't quite on the friendship just yet. Yessi always panders Amanda about becoming a model or make outfits and it's that little pushiness from her that's given Amanda that thought. She sees Yessi with a heart of gold, sweet and caring but her outward persona makes others perceive her in a different light. ᴍᴏɴɪᴄᴀ ʟᴇᴇ (☮) ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ Anytime Amanda needs someone to take a selfie with her, Monica is her go-to person for that. They met at a party and took pictures together then traded each other's instagrams and snapchats. They are frequent commenters on each other's instagrams and she will always hit her up for a selfie session. ᴊᴜʟᴇs ʙᴀᴇᴋ (☼) ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ So, her and Jules became friends after a drunk hookup session that she didn't plan on having with him. But glad she did at the end of the day. The next morning, he messaged her for dinner and of course, she accepted the offer with no reluctance. During their dinner, they got to talking and really loved fashion so, they went on a shopping spree and several after that. Amanda also frequents his home and makes him sleep on the floor while she takes his bed. But she doesn't judge his choices at all and will smack a hoe who laughs at him whenever he's trying on female clothing during their shopping spree. They are somewhat of close friends today. ᴋɪᴍ ʙᴇᴠᴇʀɪᴅɢᴇ (☯) ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ They are acquaintances only. Kim and Amanda only meet and chat while they are at parties but Amanda wouldn't mind having a developed friendship with her. Kim is one of the most chilled people she has ever met so, she'd be someone Amanda would like to get to know better. ᴍᴀᴛᴛ ʙʀᴏᴡɴ (☮) ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ Amanda met Matt through AJ at one of his parties. They seemingly hit it off instantly but their friendship only grew over time. She told him about her parents bickering and he had opened up his home to her as well whenever she needs it. Of course, she accepted the offer but it was after she posted on social media about her parent's bickering. Matt saw it and told her to come on over, which she did but what else occurred that night was totally unexpected. They hooked up, yes and still hooks up with each other until this very day. There are feelings there or strings attached so, it's cool for them both. Plus, they are The Schemers of the group and usually dare people to do things out of the norm. It's kind of what they bond over. Well, that and sex. She has little to no regrets with her current partnership with Matt. sᴀᴍɪ ᴀʟᴇᴊᴀɴᴅʀᴏ (☯) ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ Amanda met Sami at multiple parties and although they aren't close friends or friends in general, he has saved her from many too friendly males. She has thanked him so many times that she has lost count on how many times. Amanda gave him the title 'Sami The Savior' and that's what she calls him now besides just plain ol' Sami. She even told him about her at home troubles but that's almost a given if you interact with her.
