"Without battling the Ninja Bros Three!" Followed up the other.
"Ok, four things," Liam said. "A: You can't bar him," Liam now points to Shiranui "because he lives in this city, nor can you bar anyone else for that matter. B: Even if you had that authority you could not bar me with me being the Johto Champion, C: There's only two of you, and last but not least D: 'City' and 'three' don't rhyme".
Liam folded his arms. "Now, with all of that said, We could hold battles for the World Coronation Battle if you wanted." Liam quickly dispatched one who used a Koffing with Goodra.

With that, the heroes set out on their way. When entering Eckeuteak City, Liam got a notification about multiple WC participants in the area. Liam checked and saw Shiranui on the list, and a few random other trainers, including what looked to be a pair of twin boys dressed in crimson ninja robes. "Maybe I should battle one of them before I head home," Liam thought to himself.

Prof Oak wished Liam and Shiranui luck and then left to return to his lab in Pallet Town. "Should we get going on to Ecurteak?" Liam inquired.

Liam had his Rotom Phone register him for the World Coronation Series and placed him in the Normal Class since he hadn't entered before.

"How would you register for it?" Liam asked.

"Might be cool," Liam agreed. "But I feel like region hopping would be nice in doing that though."

"Pokémon World Coronation Series?" Liam asked aloud in confusion. His Rotomphone floated up and explained that it was a tournament held with trainers from every region. Every trainer is organized into one of four ranks: Normal, Great, Ultra, and Master class, with each group holding fewer people than the one below it, for instance, Master only has eight members whose members include among them: Former Johto Champion Lance, and Galar's undefeated champion Leon.
"That's interesting," Liam said.
