I loved that show as a kid. Especially all the words that jumped on screen. Never could figure out why Batgirl was never on more though. Loved the eps with her.

@Goliah Araxie got to the room first does that mean she gets to decide what side of the room is hers? I assume the rooms are similar in fashion to the dorm rooms at my college split left and right.
Bathroom situation, at my college they had some dorms where two dorm rooms shared one bathroom and then there was the communal bathroom all the rooms on one side of the building shared. How is it at Cape School? If the students/parents are paying for it obviously Araxie is on scholarship. She wouldn't pay for it herself when all the money she earned went to paying for her parents.
Money, do the students/parents pay for this, is the Wayne-Lex fortune paying for it all, or did Wayne convince the government to pay for it?
Completely unrelated to the above. I am thinking of having Araxie be mildly talented at drawing. If that happens be prepared to see me post where Araxie is posting pictures of Bandaid Man around campus or maybe making a comic book either way it will be a parody/farce of how Batman deals with crime. I am thinking comic book will be the best way. No words in the comic just the pictures.

@Burning Kitty But then you'd also have to retcon Batman always having the Bat Credit Card. Thats almost as infamous as the Bat Shark Repellent!
I don't see anything wrong with a Bat Credit Card, as long as it is shaped like the bat symbol. As for Bat Shark Repellent, hush.
@Duthguy When you post next have your character retrieve the stuff they are supposed to retrieve and head back to base but something goes wrong. Magic shit happens and the portal back to base misdirects TJ & Mike to another parallel universe. Don't worry your characters wont be stuck there to long, just long enough to introduce and recruit the Red Ranger replacement. Of course not one Billy or Wes approved of but they'll get over it.
Bat-planeThat just sounds wrong. It should always be called Batwing. The hero with that name should be given a new one and retconned to always have that name.
Here recently every time I see Power Woman I always see Power Man, you know the Marvel hero partnered with Iron Fist in Heroes for Hire.

Charlie is an interesting one. So she's still a "villain"? Or is she from from a backwards universe?
From her universe Ranger = Evil, Space Aliens = Good but for a long time the opposite was thought.
Only exception was A Squad but they started off as Evil Rangers later becoming Good Rangers.

Brief History: Charlie joined S.P.D. Earth Branch because she thought it was the right thing to do. She had seen the alien attacks of Earth, the lives lost, the buildings destroyed, the Power Rangers always the winners. She became the first female Red Ranger in Earth’s history. What she didn’t know was that the evil space aliens were not the conquerors she was made to believe. They were trying to save us from the evil Zordon, Dimitria, and others. Emperor Grumm lured her and her team away from Earth and captured them. Grumm showed them the error of her ways. She and her team joined Grumm. They were without a Megazord since B Squad became Earth’s protectors in their absence. To even the playing field they waited until they developed a new one. Power Rangers always develop more. In the mean time they helped Grumm on other missions to keep their skills sharp.
Finally S.P.D. developed their S.W.A.T. Mode and S.W.A.T. Megazord. Once the word spread to A Squad they returned with Grumm as their prisoner. While Grumm was interrogated and tortured A Squad was treated as the heroes. They bided their time; eventually they sabotaged B Squad’s S.W.A.T. Mode, Delta Runners, & Delta Base. They stole the S.W.A.T. Flyers and rescued Grumm. After the destruction of S.P.D. Earth’s Branch they moved on to the other branches and destroyed them one by one.

What about what I offered? A good Luthor char?
I'm not the GM of this RPG. IF I was it would depend on if it was Lex Luthor or a relative of his and if I had evil nefarious plans for Lex.
That said my recommendation as a player would make your Good Luthor be a relative of Lex. My personal suggestion would be Lena Luthor.

It can be based on cannons or originals. Just let me know who you're interested in. We've got CS's already for the Flash, Capt. Marvel, the Question, Cyborg, and Bulletman. I think everybody else is originals.
