"No. This is somewhere to be. This is all you have, but it's still something. Streets and sodium lights. The sky, the world. You're still alive."

Oh hey.
I'll join I guess.
And there goes another character. Might as well drop out too.
(just kidding I'm not gonna do that)
@BlackPanther, oh. Well, in that case, I'll edit my post.

EDIT: Edited.
@Weird Tales, it was a joke; I was referencing how I was tempted to leave the RP because I don't know what's going on and also because most of my posts don't even matter.

Walter looked around, still extremely confused as to what was happening. A part of him just wanted to jump out of the plane and die because at this point nothing he does really matters around all these people with fantastic powers. He snaps out of it, though. He looks over at Hachi, who had just collapsed. "Woah! Need some help, man?" Walter says, rushing over to Hachi and kneeling down. Blood was leaking from his nose and he was noticeably paler than usual, which worried Walter.

Then Walter noticed Hachi was out cold. He mentally slapped himself for not noticing this, then picked up Hachi and carried him away from the others, all the while repeatedly muttering to himself that he's a hero now. Just to comfort himself. This heroing business was pretty stressful for him, probably because he has absolutely, positively no powers whatsoever. A part of him wanted to drop out of school and go home and live a normal life, but then Walter realized something...

He felt alive.

Sure, he's almost died like two times today, but he felt alive. Still. He was both physically and mentally exhausted. As soon as he carried Hachi a safe distance away from Penelope, he set Hachi down on the ground then collapsed himself, panting and struggling to take deep breaths.
...
What is even happening anymore?
What.
WHAT.

... What.

Anyway, this is confusing; I honestly forgot what's even happening anymore. Also I feel like my posts don't even really matter. Might drop out. Probably not though.
Travis appeared in London in the blink of an eye, looking around at his new surroundings. He saw that the token girl, Robin, was already running into action, and Travis quickly followed, kicking at some nutcrackers and action figures and various other toys that had come to life and attacked him. He helped out some civilians that were being attacked by various objects that, come to life, looked very ridiculous. A list of notable examples:

  • Mannequins (they just awkwardly hop forward, being careful not to let any limbs fall off)
  • Blow-up dolls (... no comment)
  • Socks (they just slither around like snakes)
  • Flying panties (... this is just getting weird)

The panties didn't stick around for long, because his teammate, the aforementioned Robin, used her superspeed to run around the panties, creating a twister that jumbled the panties up. She made a rope out of them. For some reason. She tied it to a lamp post. She said something about the foe being a pervert. "Uh... What are you doi-" Travis' question is cut off by Robin giggling, then going supersonic and leaving. "Oh, she's gone."
My job was rescuing Reaper, and I did that, so yeah, move along.
I'm dropping out. Goodbye.

Well. There goes most of the tension in the plot (aside from spooky scary things that are gonna try to kill us later).
