“Sure thing,” Teddy replied with a smirk when Billy mentioned staying with him. He then turned to America. “I agree, we won’t back down from a fight, no matter the odds.”

She listened for a moment to what Billy, Teddy, and Martin had to say, then sighed. “While I appreciate the help, you might want to consider fleeing with everyone else. I’m the one the Beyonder wants. I am at no risk of being seriously harmed in the short term because he wants to use my powers. Can’t very well do that if I’m dead or incapacitated, now can he? He won’t hurt me before he gets what he wants. The same can’t be said for you all. Once I reveal myself as the ‘Cosmic Traveler,’ as he calls me, they will ferry me straight to him.”

“Has it occured to you that he will be a bigger threat to us all if he gets your powers?” Loki inquired, crossing his arms. “Do you even have a plan?”

“I do,” she replied. “He will deactivate all power dampeners in our vicinity when he attempts to either steal my powers or force me to use them for his bidding. And that is when I’ll open a portal straight back to his ‘Beyond-Realm’ and chuck him in.”

“One thing I still don’t understand,” Teddy began, “is why he even needs your powers if he’s already escaped.”

“Look, you guys are running out of time to escape. Enough questions. Just go!” America insisted.

Teddy shook his head. “Sorry, but I’m not leaving you to face this threat alone.”

“Me either,” agreed Loki. “If you mess this up, we’re all bloody fucked, so I’m tagging along as well.”

Just then, they heard the sound of metal footsteps rushing through a nearby corridor, growing rapidly closer…

Terra: "So what you're saying is... blow them all out into space."

Also, is the ship crewed? What would Terra find on the bridge?

No live crew at the moment, just a large team of Sentinels, let's say 20 total. The ship is mostly controlled by an Ultron-based AI system, so the bridge would likely only have a couple of the Sentinels standing guard while the others rush to recapture the Candidates. But when the Inquisitor and his forces teleport aboard, it will be onto the bridge, so Terra might find herself in a sticky situation if she goes there alone.
Oh, and also, the Sentinels onboard will be rushing to the cargo bay to secure the Candidates, and while the Central Power Dampener is offline, their local dampeners are still functional, so characters would do well to either avoid them or try to fight them from a distance, now armed with the knowledge that getting too close will weaken them again. And for context, you should all know these are not normal Sentinels, not just robots that can be easily ripped apart. They have been strengthened by the Beyonder's cosmic energies and have a nanoplasm blood-like substance flowing through tubes inside their bodies that allows them to rapidly repair any damage to their body and even pull themselves back together if they lose any limbs. The key to defeating them - at least temporarily - is to rip off their heads and separate them from the bodies. But that is not without its struggles, even for Terra.
Alright, cool.

*considering* Does this thing have any kind of escape pods?

Yeah, we'll say there are six escape pods in the hangar, which is on the opposite side of the ship from the cargo bay they are in. Although the Inquisitor's Fleet is currently being used to ferry the Candidates, some of the ships are occasionally used to transport non-prisoners who are allies to the Beyonder's cause, so the ships have escape pods just in case.

Terra is going to try and get to the bridge. Are they in space, or between dimensions?

They are currently traversing space but are about to come to a stop at the Inquisitor's Citadel, which is a domed estate sitting on an asteroid. The Inquisitor is moments away from beaming onto the ship, and will do so in my next post. Since the Arishem-Exar suffered the malfunction, the Inquisitor and his forces will visit that ship first. If anyone wants to avoid a fight, use the escape pods to flee the ship. Fair warning, it's going to be intense.
Moving forward I'm not going to try and control the overall narrative of the entire group. I'll leave it up to each character to decide whether they want to join America's quest to stop the Beyonder or go off and do their own thing. I'm just going to focus on my characters and what they are doing and people can either tag along or write their own stories set within this continuity.
Okay, edits made. Everyone's powers are returning so feel free to escape however you can. If the characters get separated, we can rendezvous at some other location or whatever.
Actually, scratch that. I don't really want to be caught up between trying to hold the story for those who haven't posted yet and keeping it moving for those who don't want to wait. I'm scrapping my idea for Doctor Strange rescuing them and instead letting everyone decide on their own how they want to escape. I'll edit my post to remove the mention of the aux dampeners.
I don't really see the point in posting anything if we've just been knocked unconscious again.

Not unconscious, just weakened. But there's not much to post anyway while we're waiting for the rest of the group, and most of the fifteen minutes until the Inquisitor arrives has been used up based on how much conversation has happened between them since awakening. However, if you're still wanting to write something, you can detail out how your characters react to the momentary return of some of their powers, like maybe they try to make a run for an exit or find escape pods or whatever and then when the Auxiliary Power Dampeners kick on, they get hit with the wave of exhaustion and stumble to a halt.
Plus we have to wait for the rest of the group to post before we actually make our escape. Minor spoiler: The the Central Power Dampener malfunctioning is part of Doctor Strange's attempt to free them. He can't open a portal onto the ship while it was active, and now him and an "associate" are currently working on remotely taking out the aux ones as well.
I wish you'd left out that last line to give us a chance to do something.

Don't worry, it will make sense in my next main post. ;)
