I've read everything in the interest check and IC and already know how I plan on having my characters enter as well as explain where they've been the entire part of the battle. Matter of fact, while I await for approval I'll go ahead and pre-write that post.

Personality

Virgil is very outspoken, but also very protective of his own energy and doesn't try to get too out of his own comfort his zones. However he always looks out for the little guys and was like that even before he got his powers. He only started getting bullied because he was stepping up for someone else. After receiving his powers he felt like he carried the world on his shoulders. Now it was his job to save it, especially his home of Dakota City. There was a whole group of Bang Babies and for a while it seemed like he was the only good one, but he never stopped believing that at everyone's core was goodness. They just sometimes needed different outside factors to bring it out. He became that for his city.

He leaps first into situations and lets his brain catch up to his actions. He can be stubborn at times as he tends to think he knows best, but his intentions are always pure.
Powers & Abilities

Bang Baby Physiology: Static's physiology was altered by a mutant-genetic explosion which caused him to adapt unusual powers. Static's body itself can generate raw electrical energy, which he has learned to manipulate, control and enhance.
Electrokinesis: Static is able to generate electrical energy from his body that he has learned to manipulate in a variety of ways. By focusing the lightning in his hands, Static is able to enhance his strikes. He even, from a distance, just made eye-contact with another and sent a instantaneous electrical charge into them to incapacitate them, without firing an actual bolt of electricity.
Electro-Blast: Static is able to focus his energy to project powerful bolts and arcs of lightning. He is able to generate blasts powerful enough to nearly kill a person and even stagger powerful aliens though he hasn't tried it against a Kryptonian or Martian yet. He's been curious about how he stacks to them.
Electromagnetism: Due to his electrical abilities, Static is able to manipulate magnetism for a variety or purposes. He can use his electricity to magnetize and demagnetize metal objects at will. Static was able to stop a round of bullets fired at him, due to his electrical aura magnetizing them, stopping them in their tracks. He was also able to change the magnetic properties of the metal in a group of police officer's guns, launching them hundreds of feet into the air. His magnetic powers allow him to flip a moving van and then lift it from the ground.
Electromagnetic Fields: Static is able to use his energy to create electromagnetic fields. When battling Hotstreak, Static was able to generate a massive electromagnetic field that was able to smother Hotstreak's fire, by ionizing the oxygen surrounding it. Static's force fields are strong enough to absorb several energy blasts.
Static Cling: Static can magnetize surfaces with his electricity, allowing him to adhere himself to surfaces and other objects.
Flight: Static can fly by riding metallic objects.
Talents & Skills

Genius Level Intellect
Mechanical Engineering: When he was seven years old, Virgil built a radio out of scrap parts he found from the garbage.
Science: Virgil loves science of any kind really, but he especially excels when it comes to computers and other technology. It's like the wires just speak to him.
Tactical Analysis: He's able to come up with tactics mid battle on the fly.
Martial Arts: Static is a skilled fighter, having received martial arts training from his father. He's nowhere near on the level as a member of the Bat Family or even a Master Martial Artist. He's just skilled and can easily adapt.
Sewing: His mom taught him how to sew and after becoming a hero it came in handy.
Biography

Virgil's story starts with a Bang. Quite literally. He got into some trouble with some gang members at school after defending a kid from being bullied. They told him to meet them in this big war at the docks. He may not be a member of any gang, but all beef was about to be settled there. He didn't want to show, but he felt like he had no choice. In hindsight he was kind of glad that he did. He couldn't have stopped what happened, but if he wasn't there Dakota City wouldn't have their very own here, STATIC. He helped cleaned up the city after the incident. Helped people feel safe while also trying to rehabilitate the people he fought. Most of them were only kids like him. He had to believe that they still had a chance at a future in the other direction. Sometimes he was right. Other times he wasn't, but that never stopped him from fighting the good fight.

After a while of doing his solo act he met his hero Black Lightning and he became his mentor. They teamed up every now and then, having their own homes to protect but he was always glad he could count on him when he needed him. The summer after meeting Black Lightning Static decided to fly around the country to see if he could meet other heroes, especially ones around his age. He had a few team ups and a certain Bat wasn't too fond of him interfering on his turf, but Virgil swears he gave him a compliment before he kicked him out of the Batcave. That's right, Virgil saw the Batcave.

After that summer ended life returned to normal until out of the blue Black Lightning invited him to the 10 Year Anniversary Justice League Gala. He didn't care about the Gala, but there was no way he was going to turn this down.

Personality

Rachel is very shy and reserved and doesn't like getting close to people. Mostly because people feel too much and they're so loud with their feelings. It distracts her from trying to contain her own. She honestly just wishes she could live a normal life. No powers. No inner darkness to control and certainly no demonic father hellbent on destroying the universe. She just wished she could live in a cottage with a cat and a personal library with books she took home from the antique bookstore she ran. Why couldn't life be so simple? Although she wishes she didn't have the life she did, she does and it came with the responsibility to help others. Even at the cost of yourself. At least that's what she's been learning more recently.
Powers & Abilities

Human-Demon Hybrid: As the half-demon daughter of the inter-dimensional demon Trigon, Raven is very powerful and Raven has a host of unique abilities. It was noted by her father Trigon that she only uses a small potential of her power, and if she lets out her full inner demon, she may reach near-infinite power, but what dad doesn't think the best of his little girl?
Astral Projection: Through the use of her Soul-Self, Raven can project her consciousness for therapeutic purposes (to aid in her own meditation, or to help calm an agitated ally), or for offensive attacks, rendering her enemies unconscious.
Soul-Self: Raven can manifest her "Soul-Self" through astral projection. It normally takes the form of either her human shape or a giant raven.
Darkness Manipulation: Raven can generate, shape and manipulate darkness from her Soul Self and project it forward to attack her enemies.
Energy Construct Creation: Raven can create constructs out of darkness.
Psychokinesis: Using her Soul-Self, Raven can telekinetically manipulate, arrange and alter matter and generate energy at the atomic level.
Flight: Raven can levitate off the ground and fly, without visible projection of her dark energy as is shown when she uses telekinesis.
Intangibility: Using her dark powers and abilities, she melts into walls and floors, sometimes in the form of a giant black raven (which is the form her Soul-Self usually takes on).
Teleportation: Raven can convert her physical body into her Soul-Self and carry or teleport herself and others across vast distances.
Hell Fire Manipulation: Raven can generate and manipulate the cursed flames of Hell. The color of the flames varies, but may be black, blue, white, red, or the normal shades of fire, although probably in some way noticeably unusual. Sometimes, the flames are not generated, but instead summoned from the depths of Hell itself. She subconsciously locked this ability as she feels as it relies too much on her demonic heritage rather than her own natural magic.
Empathy: Raven can sense the feelings of others with no filter. She constantly feels all the emotions of others and must learn to control them or they will overwhelm her.
Emotion Negation: She can also use her empathic abilities to steal emotions from others, rendering them emotionally "numb".
Empathic Healing: She can absorb the pain of others into her own body in order to rapidly heal others from any physical injuries, as well as heal herself by going into a trance of emotional calm.
Empathic Precognition: She can receive precognitive flashes of the future when exposed to extreme emotion.
Psychic Link: By using her empathic-based powers, Raven can enter another person's mind allowing her to see, feel and hear what they encounter.
Psionics: Raven is able to read thoughts, project and broadcast her own thoughts, as well as scan and alter the memories of others.
Magic: Due to her demonic and mystical heritage, Raven can generate and control magical and mystical forces at will.
Dimensional Travel: Raven can travel to other planes of existence like Hell.
Force Field: Raven can generate a powerful force field.
Electrokinesis: She can control electricity through spells. The use of which drains her energy and mana. 
Pyrokinesis: She can control and project normal flames through spells. The use of which drains her energy and mana.
Eldritch Blast: She can unleash magic blasts.
Size Alteration: Raven can grow to gigantic size.

Occultism: She's skilled in magic and rituals.
Deception: She's an amazing liar as she shows no emotions or has no tells.
Biography


Rachel's story is the story of darkness. A demon father needed a half-demon daughter to bring him into the world. He chose her mother as her vessel and so she was born. But her mother had different plans. She was going to screw Destiny and raise her daughter to fight the darkness that is her father while embracing her own. She raised her in the realm of Azarath until Trigron sent his demons to attack.

The Azarathians fought valiantly against the horde of demons, but to no avail. Trigon wanted his daughter and he was going to kill anyone that stood in his way. Before her mother was killed she opened a portal to their old home in Gotham. She pushed Rachel through and closed the portal behind her. Rachel was shocked when she turned around and saw people living in her old home. Of course. It had been so long. She disappeared into the darkness, likely convincing them the home was haunted.

Rachel wandered the streets of Gotham until she was discovered one night by the masked vigilante known as Batman. He was investigating a case of Dark Magic and she had been following the source. They met and she helped him solve the case. She told him her story and she could feel the pain he was constantly in. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. In some ways he was just like her. She didn't know if it was his good heart beneath all that pain or if he felt they were kindred spirits too, but he took her in that night and Raven Roth became Rachel Roth-Wayne. She still wasn't sure how she felt about Wayne, but she wanted to hold onto her mother a bit longer. So from that day forward she's been living in the Wayne Mansion and contrary to popular belief, and rumors spread throughout Gotham after seeing her on a few occult cases, she was not being trained to be another new Robin.

“I don’t know about anyone else’s suit, but-” Nightwing started to answer Wonder Girl’s question but was cut-off as Black Adam came flying down from above them with a clenched fist aimed at Dick’s head. Just then Scarlet Beacon had returned to his feet and fired a red blast at the villain and gave Nightwing an opportunity to dodge out of the way. 

Black Adam touched down onto the ground and then noticed Supergirl approaching him. He had to fight back the urge to laugh as she mentioned his shoelaces being untied, even though he didn’t have shoelaces on his current outfit. Is she really foolish enough to think this will work? Hmmm… Let’s have some fun… he thought to himself, playing along. Sure enough, she took what she thought was an opening and began punching him. 

The heroine was so focused on the ass-beating she thought she was giving him that she didn’t even notice him releasing tiny magical spores of light from his fingertips. The little orbs then formed a cloud of mist and invaded Supergirl’s nose and mouth, causing her to cough violently. 

“Your stupidity knows no bounds, girl!” Black Adam barked out a hearty laugh. “Weren’t you the least bit curious why your ridiculous ploy was working so well? Did your mentors teach you nothing? Now you shall taste the full force of a most heinous forbidden art - Blood Magic!” 

The villain reached out a hand and began gripping the air as if holding a baseball, and Supergirl instantly felt a horrible pain in her chest as if her heart was being squeezed. “That magical mist you so foolishly allowed me to invade your body with has now dispersed among the blood cells in your veins. Your blood now responds to MY will, girl!” He rushed forward, grabbing her throat and flying them both up into the sky, far above the battle below. 

“Let her go!” Conner screamed, taking flight after them. 

Meanwhile, Klarion was trying to pull free of the whip that was now wrapped around him. Then the electricity came. “Aaaah! You fucking bitch!” he growled as he dropped to his knees, momentarily weakened. At the same time, all his scorpion monsters flickered in and out of existence like a glitch in a video game, making it clear to the heroes that they were indeed tied to the sorcerer’s concentration. 

“That’s it!” Nightwing yelled out. “Focus on Klarion! Don’t let up!” He stopped for a minute to look at the conflict going on in the sky. “Be careful with Black Adam,” he said to the Kryptionians through their earpieces, assuming they even still worked after the blast they had just taken moments prior. Dick then turned and ran towards the other heroes facing Klarion. At the same time, the red and yellow sparks of light had returned as Wally and Thawne resumed their superspeed battle.
