I finally got around to watching A Silent Voice. Very nice to see some deaf culture representation in anime.

I also said earlier that I was going to revise Vera's magic. I uh... I'm gonna do that later...

I'm having a brain fart and am finding it hard to find creative ways to augment the very basic concept of magic that creates barriers.

EDIT: also, DOES A SYNHRONISED DANCE WITH THE SPIDERS
It took longer than I would have liked to get that up. There'll be another one tomorrow or the day after though.

"I... I don't understand."

"A reason to live, Bullet. It won't come if you just sit and wait for it."
Isabella Pinelli and Bullet
Morning - Streets of Crocus

Battle Theme | Condemnation Wings II

Widespread panic gripped the streets of Crocus as the various battles ensued. Civilians ran for cover, trying to get as far away from the carnage as they could. Debris scattered through the streets, thick clouds of dust rose up to masquerade the scene in a gray screen. From within the dust, inside a large crater against a shop wall, Bullet lay twitching in pain. His body, cut and bruised, was lit up by his various tattoos. Even despite the state he was in, they still burned bright, hot red. If you looked closely, you could even see them searing his flesh. A few meters in front of him, Tetra stood with a deranged look in her eye. She stared at Bullet like he was a piece of meat, rather than a person. A sick, smile across her face.
"You really weren't much of a challenge. I was hoping for a more exciting kill." Tetra brushed the hair out of her face, turning around to help Lelia take out Isabella. It seemed as though Isabella's skills were much more refined than Bullet's. Even despite that, she found herself struggling against the requip mage.

"Mezzo Soprano!" Two magic circles appeared behind Isabella as she leaped into the air with the aid of Basso. Materialising from within the circles, two mechanical gears sprung forth; rotating and spinning at deadly speeds. Lelia side stepped the first one, but the smaller gear moved at a much faster speed and met her shoulder at full force. Thrown off balance by the surprising impact, Lelia stumbled backwards. Isabella wouldn't let this opportunity go to waste, clapping her hands together and creating a much larger magic circle behind her.
"Once more with feeling!" Golden lights encircled Isabella, summoning forth various mechanical parts that formed together perfectly into one large, mechanical gear. "Spinto Soprano!" Isabella sat perfectly in the center of the large contraption, her Alto and Basso latching onto a set of designated hooks as the gear spun rapidly with her forward momentum. She would have directly crashed into Lelia, if not for Tetra stepping in front of her sister. She placed her Tekko away, clasping her hands down onto the sides of the oncoming gear. To Isabella's surprise, the girl was strong enough to stop her momentum dead in her tracks. Disbelief lining her face, Isabella barely had time to recover her thoughts before Tetra violently threw Soprano, with Isabella inside, into the wall of another building.

Collapsed on the ground, Isabella struggled to stand up with all the debris surrounding her. When she finally managed, she saw the large gear of Soprano had been practically crushed. Pieces of the machine lay across the floor, and were also embedded into the wall of the building that it was thrown into. Lelia and Tetra approached her; readying their weapons for the final blow.
"This annoying brat was much more of a nuisance than I anticipated" Lelia said, clutching her wounded shoulder. Tetra smirked, taking a step forward. Isabella responded by shuffling back, commanding her Alto to strike forward with a direct fist. Tetra grabbed the mechanical arm mid attack. With a sickening crunch, she twisted and snapped the arm in half. Isabella hopelessly stared at her weapons be so easily defeated. Was this all the so called "Mechanical Genius" could come up with? A pair of scrap metal limbs and gears that could be snapped like toothpicks?
"Next time your kind will think twice before crossing us" Tetra readied her next attack and pulled her fist back. She aimed to end it all with this one final blow. Isabella was trapped like a rat. She could summon Maestoso, but then this brawler mage might just break that as well. She tried her best to think of every option, but nothing came to mind. She stared to where Bullet's body was, panicking. She didn't even notice that he was no longer there. And neither did Lelia and Tetra.

"Jet Lariat!" Bullet came flying in from the side, catching both Lelia and Tetra with a jet powered attack. Spiccato shone golden. The pair of gauntlets clasping firmly onto the two attackers to ensure that they wouldn't escape Bullet. With a powerful step, Bullet stopped his forward momentum and flung the twins forward with all his strength. Letting them go, they went tumbling through the air together before crashing into an abandoned market stall. Bullet grinned at his handy work, releasing Spiccato with a flash of red magic power and replacing them with Fantasia. The brass gauntlets perfectly wrapped around his fists and forearms. Lelia and Tetra stood from the wreckage, furiously staring at Bullet with killing intent.
"I thought you dealt with this one." Lelia spoke through gritted teeth.
"For someone so small, he is annoyingly hard to keep down." The twins took a few steps towards Bullet, readying their weapons. Lelia requipped a large, winged spear with electricity charging through it. Isabella stood up from the debris and gave Bullet a thumbs up. Lelia took notice of the sorry state Isabella's weapons were in and laughed.
"Hah! Looks like she won't be causing us any trouble anymo-"
"Machina Make: Repair!" Isabella spun around, twirling her arms around her as a large, pink magic circle appeared on the ground beneath her. Glowing with magic, the mechanical debris that used to be her weapons began to vibrate intensely. When Isabella came to a halt, she began moving her hands in large, sweeping motions, similar to the way a conductor guides an orchestra. The pieces played their part, lifting up from the ground and beginning to find each other. Bent pieces reshaped themselves through force, cogs and gears found their place and bits of metal welded themselves back together. When the spell finished, Isabella stood inside Soprano once more, the gear rotating even more furiously than last time.

The two twins took a step back, frowning in frustration. Isabella noticed their expression and giggled with delight. She approached Bullet whilst inside her creation.
"Thanks for buying me some time. Now, may I have this dance?" Bullet stared up at her with a smile, cracking his neck to the side and loosening up his body. He bounced up and down on the spot with his fists firmly placed in front of his face.
"I don't dance. Let's just kick their asses and be done with it."
@Caits I'm still alive! It's tragic though. The last few days have been so unbearably hot. It's only started to cool down today because I believe there is a storm on the way.
@Caits I live across the road from the bush. Seeing fires is a common occurrence. Thankfully, we've never had massive ones near our house.

I'm more concerned for my friend. He lives up in the hills, and the houses up there are SURROUNDED in bush. There have been so many incidents where massive parts of the hills are caught in a bushfire because there's so much bush up there.
To the people with accepted characters not in the character tab. You should do that.
If no one else is interested in being the dark Lord, I do have a concept in mind from another roleplay from way back. That is, if people are okay with me playing the Queen and the Dark Lord.
I'm somewhat tempted to make a Prince, but I will wait for the King to be made first so I have something to go off of.
@Crimson Raven I still don't think I could get into One Piece. I'll take your word for all of those things you praised it for; but in my eyes there are much shorter shows out there that basically do all of those at the same level, if not better.

It's not really a matter of disliking the show, and more so just me not willing to watch a 700+ episode series. It's way too long for me. I don't dislike longer animes, but for me a 'long' anime is something like Fullmetal Alchemist where it was about 60 episodes long.
