Gonna be out for the day, people, so I won't really be RPing much.

Bio

Hey, there. Myst here, as you've probably guessed. Can't exactly write in other people's bios, can you? But, you're probably reading this for a reason, so I'll get to it.

I prefer high-Casual and Advanced games, in a medieval, fantasy or sci-fi setting, because that's the sort of nerd I am.

I'm a thinker - I've thought a lot on certain things, and am firm in my beliefs. So you could ask me what I thought about a good few things and I could give a well-reasoned answer. Or a less reasoned answer based on my morals.

TheCharactersOfMyst - This is my storage for past and present characters, and where I might occasionally go for nostalgia and/or recycling a character I've used before.

@Mae Well... the pistol, tomb chest & darkstone can go to Jamie... the badge, I reckon that can go to Aaron. You'll have to remind me of what the bandolier strap does...

As for the horse... I bought it with Xander's 1 Spirit in mind, but Aaron and Jamie are both better off on that front. Hmmm... @Majoras End, does Luciel want a horse to bring up her score? It's a +2 while traveling, and you get XP. I'll take 300-400 gold or some items, your choice. (I also recommend you hold on to that cross, Lucy needs that spirit point.)
@Mae Could you let me know what Xander had before I choose? (Also, I've noticed a discrepancy on Aaron's sheet. It says he has three whiskies in the cask, but way back when, he gave one to Luciel. You might wonder why I'm giving away a free whiskey, and to that Aaron shall say 'I'm an honest man, my friend. I may indulge in the Devil's Drink, but I will only drink what I have earned.')
@Mae Sorry, sorry, terribly sorry! In addition to college, I’ve been having trouble with all my devices, and lo-behold, my laptop is dead, may it rest in pieces.

If I still can, reroll for the darkness in the ice world. As for Aaron’s new icon, it looks pretty much all good. His eyebrows could be a bit less bushy, but that’s my only criticism! Also, if I could ask something, would you be able to include our character’s HP and sanity with their movement for easier tracking? It’d help a bunch if you could.

Also, have we decided what we’re going to do with everyone’s Dream Team Gear yet? I remember Xander bought a horse, and said horse could go to either Aaron or Jamie - I’m flavouring it as though the horse had Xander’s gear on it, and honestly I’m not too fussy about where it goes. If anyone wants in on the whole role playing aspect, the horse could just go to whoever is with your character.

>Jamie, shivering a little from the cold, finally steps off of the more fragile ice. She looks to Dahlia and Father C. “Do either of you know any way to hold off this cold? It’s colder than the Poles in here!”
[Psst. Healing, please.]

>Aaron, peering over Fear’s shoulder, shudders. None but a fool goes into a torturer’s domain. Unfortunately, this whole idea was foolish - he just came in to make sure his friends got back safely.
@OppositionJ I won’t lie, those last few lines... well, for everyone, we’ve had a bunch of character development and we’re only now getting to the first chapter.
I mean, I don't recommend asking me for something to draw. My OCs are almost two-dozen strong, and only four have art. I will not abuse you so.
Oren watched after Rose as she walked away, absently holding a cookie in his hand. The girl's story didn't quite click, but who was he to suggest she was lying? Maybe he was just overthinking it.

"One day you will have the fight you want," Essa was saying. "Hopefully she will be a bit stronger by then,"

Ziotea's reply was expected - he knew half of what she would say before she said it. "...If I encounter her without you present, I will kill her."

Oren flinched slightly. She was stronger than he was in her convictions, he had to admit. He didn't dwell on it further, as Essa turned to him, holding her catalyst as though it was a stolen toy or its ilk. His gaze lingered on it, but eventually, he lifted it to meet the woman's.

"If I thought less of you, Mother Lyessa, perhaps that would be true. As it is, I returned it because I respect you. I would not fight an enemy disarmed when I respect them - and I sincerely hope that we never come to blows. We are outmatched, but only just, I think."

He cast a curious glance at Mother Ziotea when he joined her, and she revealed her name. Of all things, that was not something Oren expected. Perhaps he didn't understand people as well as he thought. Still, as she turned to leave, Oren emulated what she had done, inclining his head in imitation of a bow.

"Oren Kanus, son of none. We appreciate what you have done for us."

He then turned and jogged after the shorter woman. His mind was already drifting toward what he would need to do when they returned... time was short, and he would need to work fast if he had any hope of verifying what they had been told.

Except it jolted back into position when Oren saw that something was amiss. Andrei Seminov was not there. Maybe time was not of the essence after all.
@Lovejoy I'm working on a post right now, just juggling D&D and college as well.
@Lovejoy Nah, it's good to throw us out of there - we've been there how long, now? Four, five months? Oren will probably have some things to say in farewell, but there's no reason for them to stay there anymore.
@Lovejoy@shylarah Yesh, agreegd
>Jamie gestures for Dahlia to come closer, even as she takes a single step back to C2, speaking to the group. "Just keep your wits and breath steady, everyone. We can't afford to lose our heads." She hopes that her presence will help a little, at least.

>Aaron gives up on scavenging and steps forward to C11. Raising his rifle to his shoulder, he looks deeper into the caverns.

Sorry for not being as active, recently. I'm back in college and I keep forgetting to check the website.

Also, Mae, how are we going to resolve the Dream Team's inventory? All of their players have withdrawn those characters, so how do?
