Hiyo, still alive, just sorting some things out right now. I'll try and get a hold of @Psyker Landshark soon. I'll also work on getting my posts up, as well. Sorry for the super long hold up!

Appearance:

Falke stands at 5'9, and has a slightly athletic build, hidden away by his robes. He carries a cane for ease of travel when walking long roads, and has a traveling companion in the form of a raven; one that he has made his familiar.

Personality: Falke is a very learned man who has ventured far and wide. A wandering soul, Falke likes goes where the wind takes him, and where his visions guide him. He enjoys picking up bits of information from the many places he visits as he travels. Sometimes, he is easily distracted at new and exciting things he encounters, even taking time to cataloging them if its something of special interest. Falke is also happy to share whatever neat tidbits he finds out with his companions and other friendly beings.

Falke sees fate in a rather strange way. He sees it as a sort of path one is initially put on, and that many outcomes are predetermined as "different paths." In the end, however, it is one's own responsibility to choose their own "right path." He sees his visions as an extra means of finding out what his "right path" is, or at least, which "paths" are the ones to avoid.

Biography: Falke was born in a small nomadic tribe deep in the steppes far from civilization. The spirit of travel has been with him since he was born. A child of prophecy, one born with white hair, it was said that their very ancestors would guide him to do some sort of heroic deed. The prophecy in itself was rather... hazy, and different versions of it exist. What was consistent, however, was that something indeed guided Falke. In his case, Falke would see vague visions when he looked to the sky, mainly of ones that take place in the near future, of what would happen if Falke had done this or that. These visions were clearer at night, when the stars are out. It took Falke many years of training under his tribe's shaman in order to control his visions to some degree, even learning some of his own shamanistic magic along the way, and at the age of 14, he believed it was time he finally sought out his destiny, leaving his tribe and wandering alone...

... 20 years later, and he still hasn't "found his destiny."

The Vale, Ah, great... more of them.

(will write shortly, action detailed in hider)

So for items, we all start with nothing aside from the coins, crystals, and if applicable, the clothes on our backs? I'm assuming there'll be some sort of "grace period" where we can obtain items, but aside from that, we won't be starting with any other items, including a family sword or something else of that nature?
If there is any more room, I am interested as well. Would a Werewolf work as a class?

The Vale, Betting on horse-sized birds.

"So... any of you scholarly types have an idea what just attacked us?"

Cesar let out a yawn before he started dusting his armor off. He was brought down to the ground, earlier, by a horse-sized bird, so of course there'd be a fair amount of dirt in places, much to the bard's dismay. Despite that, Cesar still had felt rather curious about those birds. Maybe if they deduced what they were, they'd figure out where they even are?

Cesar put a palm to his forehead, grunting a bit. Too much thinking tends not to be good for this sailor. Or well, It could be that, or just his wounds from the battle that had taken place mere moments ago.

"Before we get to that, though," Cesar said, before continuing to dust himself off, should we rest up before we continue on? Get our bearings, treat Theodore's wounds, at the least?"

The Vale, Now that that's been all said and done...

Only one of those devil birds remained standing. Er, flying. Flying away, as frightened as a seagull after you shoot a bolt right next to it... all thanks to Wick, of course. Cesar figured he would bathe that last raven with that special glow of his, to give his crossbow-wielding companion a better shot. Well, best get to it, then...

Cesar took a deep breath as he stopped focusing on bravery and heroics, and planning to focus his latent magical energy on the bird, to bathe it in... hm, blue works, yes?

Before the bard expended any of his magical energy, however, he began to notice something about the bird. He could see it in its dark eyes... pure, genuine fear. He could see that the beasts fight-or-flight responses have gone off, and it's definitely taking flight over fight. Whether this is purely the work of magic Wick had used against the bird, its natural reactions after seeing its fellows killed with it being next, or a mixture of both, didn't matter too much to Cesar. All that he thought mattered was that it was fleeing, and it doesn't look like it will be coming back.

"This pendejo is fleeing, and it doesn't look too keen on returning! Good riddance, I say!" Cesar called, letting out a jovial laugh and sheathing his sword. The sailor cared little if his allies would continue to try and strike the beast down or not. He was just glad they didn't need to deal with any more of these hellish birds anymore, at least for the time being.

I'll get to replying with Hisoka and Odysseus some time today.
Swift Release swordsman incoming. Probably.

The Vale, Did I ever tell you how much I hate birds?

@The Harbinger of Ferocity@Hekazu@JBRam2002

The bird had landed on top of Cesar, throwing him to the ground. Of course, they always target the Bard, after all... As it started pecking at him, Cesar threw his arms up in defense.

"Ah, not the face!" Cesar exclaimed as he was getting pecked at. While it did give a nasty, painful blow, it was that similar sensation Cesar felt when he was attacked by those Shadows almost a day ago.

Nevertheless, Cesar didn't feel too worse for wear. A burst of energy washed over the sailor, likely a result of the spell he casted earlier. Motivated not to become birdfood, Cesar cupped his hand over his mouth, letting out a thunderous roar, once again, to throw the bird off him. Much to his dismay, however, the bird managed to stay atop him.

"Some kind of sturdy mierda, aren't you?" Cesar grunted to himself. Despite that, however, between the roar of thunder and the dreadful scare Wick gave it, the bird seemed momentarily dazed enough for Cesar to crawl out from under it, standing up as he quickly got his bearing of his surroundings.

The bard saw Katia up a tree, having her eyes on that bird by Theo. If he knew her correctly enough, then that means she's going to...

Ah, not this again...

"That's it, mi felina! Give them a taste of their own medicine!"
Cesar called to Katia, grinning. Hopefully, she doesn't get herself killed with that little stunt she's about to pull...
