Back when dinosaurs ruled the Earth, I got started with writing online on the Spore forums. Man, those were the days. We're talking like 12 years ago 2010-ish!
I've been here on and off for almost as long, and have GM'd a bunch of different things to varying success.
Alright, more rolls to come tomorrow. I'll also start to gather/create/compile a list of strength and weaknesses I'll roll for you fellows. I'll roll one of each so you can think the rest up for yourselves that ties in with your nation concept.
One last thing, can you do this weakness and strength roll before I write out a nation?
Thanks!

ESSENTIALS
Population Density (Population - 3,200,000) - Regionally Dense; A good amount of manpower for the military and economic purposes, with social infrastructure strained more at a regional basis. Civic projects range from affordable to expensive. The nation requires a stronger economy to sustain itself.
Urbanisation - Semi-urbanised: There are several towns and a few cities present, ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand inhabitants.
I have a request and a question.
Could I please change the urbanisation part? It seems strange to have upwards of three million people but only "several towns" with a mere few thousand inhabitants each. Maybe I could have a couple of really big, impressive cities built, with the rest of the place mostly rural?
My question is what exactly is meant by saying that civic projects range from affordable to expensive. Does that mean I already have in place a range of infrastructure from roads to aqueducts, or is this some sort of handicap along the lines of my people having a hard time building certain thpes of things?
Slowly the red liquid flowed, washing over the rubble that it came into contact with. The blood seeped into the cracks of a pile of rocks and hardened until it became as strong as the rock itself. Its magic laid dormant inside the stones for some time. Then, they shuddered.
Their sudden movement shook the nearby gravel, causing a rustling that recoiled off the side of the abyss and echoed through the silent pit. When that whisper faded, another one came, from a different part of the cavern. Then another. Then half a dozen more. Everywhere the rocks twitched and shook as they came to life. The strange sounds found their way up to the rift above, where they would be faintly heard by any crossing the makeshift bridge.
What were once mere piles of stone and rubble were now living creatures. The things let out a cacophony of shrill shrieks and cries, growing ever hungrier. The quicker ones soon took note of the fact that there were bats clinging to the ceiling of the caves, and quickly went about hunting what bats they could catch. The larger, heavier, and slower creatures had little luck catching bats. As night began to fall, they began to look upwards. Perhaps the townsfolk above, fearful of the noise, would try dropping some food or livestock into the pits below as sacrifice to satisfy whatever devils they believed in. That would be enough to satisfy the dozen or so creatures living below. If not, however, the devils of rock and blood would be forced ascend to find food on their own.
Construct: 0/3
Bloodstone Horrors: They have no language of their own save for primitive shrieks and growls, so they are known by whatever name their victims call them. Made from small piles of stone held together and animated by Moggotheddon's dried, stone-hard blood, they take the appearance of small, impish creatures made of solid stone, with smatterings of dried blood coating parts of their bodies.
The largest of them are a little over half the size of a grown man and they are rather scrawny, however their stony forms make them rather resilient and difficult to kill without magic or some sort of blunt weapon to smash them apart. This is usually enough to stand a chance against larger foes, especially when they attack in numbers as they prefer.
They have sharp claws and razors teeth of stone, deadly against lightly armored foes but too short to easily pierce thick metal armor. The powerful legs of the beasts allow them to move quickly in short sprints, though this tires their heavy bodies and if a fleeing human could outrun them for a minute or so they would tire and give up on the chase. Their claws can find purchase on about any surface and their legs are also well suited for climbing, allowing them to scramble up almost anything with freakish speed. They have voracious appetites, and if hungry they emerge at night from the dark pits that they dwell in.
A year or two ago I gradually stopped going back to proofread my stuff, and ever since then I suspect my grammar has worsened. Does anyone notice a lot of mistakes in my posts?
