I made my first post, I know its rather short and simple but I want to wait before I write anything too detailed. At least another post or two until I get my CaC into a decent place. So right now he is just traveling towards all the excitement so If anyone wants to interact with him that's ok, if not I will advance Gage after more people post.

Gage awoke to a rain drop not so gently plopping on his nose. He opened his eyes slowly and took in his surroundings that he was awaking to. He was siting on a tree branch, back to the tree trunk, and had fallen asleep the previous night looking at the stars above. Now it was raining, and the sudden arrival of stormy weather surprised Gage. He wobbled on his branch having lost balance due to the surprise, then fell off the branch. It was not a very long fall, the fall itself lasting only two seconds, but when he landed Gage landed on his back. His head slammed against the ground and all of the wind in his body was knocked out of him all at once. Gage took a few moments to catch his breath and compose himself. He willed his inner energy to blossom and mentally recited an oath that was as familiar to him as his own hand.

Burn the sickness in the flame Burn the sickness that would maim

Heal me of illness and pain Heal me of all that is bane

A faint light blue aura glimmered off of Gages body. Gage kept his eyes closed, hands holding his head and body slightly twitching, but as he mentally recited the spell in his head the pain he felt started to dim. He could feel where he felt pain on his body and he could feel the pressure points where the pain was the most intense. With his will he healed his slight head pain and back pain, mentally able to see which dots connected. For a moment his back and head felt numb, then that feeling along with any other pain or numbness went away. The light blue aura disappeared suddenly as well. Gage sighed, realizing what a waste of energy that was to use his power for something like that. It was slightly ridiculous but he had not meant to initially start that. It was more of a reflex than anything. Gage has been practicing using his powers quite a lot lately, feeling that using his power would be more efficient in the art of healing towards vital injuries. But he did not want to replace his knowledge of medicine with this power which is he kept his book on medicine with him in his bag. Gage has read this book over a dozen times, but every time he reads he remembers things from the book a little better or he realizes he missed something and learns something he did not know before.

Gage opened his eyes and took in his surroundings. He remembered he had been traveling on foot through Oregon now for the last two weeks and at the moment he believes he remembers seeing a sign saying he was in a place called Maybell before he found this delightful tree to nap on. The sound of rain pouring from the sky was almost deafening to Gages just woken senses. Gage walked around the tree and picked up his backpack which had fallen in the opposite direction that he had fell. Placing it over his shoulder Gage wiped his face as he started to walk towards the opposite direction that he remembered coming from. Oregon seemed very.....well plain would be a bad word for it but Oregon was not one of Gages favorite places. Out of all of the places he has visited in his travels he would never say Oregon was a must see location. Or at least most of it wasn't.

Gage heard the distinct sound of sirens blaring after a few more hours of walking. As he walked he also heard a rather unusual amount of aircrafts approaching overhead. Gage had no idea what was causing enough problems to warrant all of these different sounds but it piqued his curiousity. He had travelled in this direction for a purpose and did not want to veer of course too much but it sounded as if people might be hurt. Gage walked towards where most of these sounds seemed to be originating from, hoping that soon he would be able to figure out what was going on.

Saiyan
The Saiyan race are a proud and capable people, seen as a warrior race that is fearsome to say the least. Saiyans have a natural fighting affinity, although if they keep that affinity is entirely up to them and their dedication to fighting, and you can always count on a Saiyans blood boiling at the mere mention of a good fight. On any planet with a moon, if a Saiyan with a tail were to look directly at said moon it is said that the Saiyan would transform into a mighty great ape. As an ape they would be quite massive and their power would be increased incredibly. If a Saiyan was to lose their tail, they would no longer be able to transform on a full moon. Another interesting fact about the Saiyan people is that every time they lose a fight and grow close to death but return from that brink, they double in strength. Arlic was born on Planet Vegeta but was sent off world hours before the destruction of Vegeta. He was sent to a planet closer to the out rim of the galaxy called " Yuneg ", a planet about the size of earth except it has two moons. Looking at Yuneg from space the planet is a mesh of the color sand and dark blue. The lands of Yuneg are quite dry and the water a very dark blue, but the people of Yuneg are quite opposite of the planets color. They were slightly humanoid green grasshopper looking people who were very calm and peaceful in nature.

30,000(If this is unfair please let me know. I looked up what the scale was and I think I looked at the right one. I wanted to pick a power level that was decently high but not too high starting off. By my calculations he is around Freezas first form power level. If that is not ok I understand.)

_PSYCHOLOGY

Arlic enjoys fighting but not for his pride and not because he enjoys pain. He enjoys fighting because being able to have strength that can defend those who cannot defend themselves brings a smile to Arlics face. Arlic is slightly scarred mentally because while in the Freeza army he did things that he was not proud of, that went against his code. But he never did anything he did not absolutely have to and he always helped those he could whenever he could. Arlic has a very compassionate heart and the only thing that truly angers him is people like Freeza. Freeza is a sort of mental tick that makes Arlic show his darker side, the side he only shows to his opponents who he takes on seriously and because he believes they are evil.

_HISTORY

Arlic landed on Yuneg and like any Saiyan before him who was sent to a new planet he was quite a handful at first. Always trying to a fight, or being quite uncouth , Arlic was a troublesome baby. No one can remember when it happened but as the years went by Arlics fighting spirt calmed. He began to be less angry for no reason and began to take on the traits of the planets inhabitants, who were called the " Inshugun ". That did not mean he loved to fight any less. While Arlic continued to live with the Inshugun people, as he grew older he was told of his strange arrival on the planet and he began to take on work for his adopted family, he also trained under a single Inshugun who was quite different from his people in certain ways. This creature enjoyed peace like his people but felt that strength was needed to safe guard this peace. He saw Arlic try to learn how to fight by myself when he was older and remembered the fire he had in his belly when he was a baby. He took the Saiyan, taught him martial arts, and how to control his energy. He was taught to only use this power when defending those who could not defend themselves.

When Arlic was twelve his planet was attacked by frieza forces. When his tribe was attacked, Arlic lept forward without hesitation and fought back. Arlic held his own for a time but was eventually overwhelmed by sheer numbers. Arlics tail did not go unnoticed and his opponents where then ordered to bring him back to their ship. When he regained consciousness he was informed of what happened. How his tribe was killed, the planet was being purged to be sold, and that the freeza army was responsible. Then he was offered a hand, offered to join them and to be trained to join the freeza army. This was not out of niceness this was because the legend of the great apes power was something everyone knew about. His only other option was to be killed. Arlic accepted after brainstorming his options for a minute and realized if he wanted to stop these people from doing this again he needed to get stronger. He needed to keep his enemies closer to him so he would not be kept off guard again. Then he could avenge his master....avenge his family.

Currently Arlic is twenty two and a member of the Freeza Army. Arlic is a Saiyan, so even though he is strong he is considered one of the weakest soldiers. Not because his power level, which is high, but because no one treated the Saiyans with respect. He is currently hoping to join the rebel army at first chance.

Name: Saiyan Power Zenkai Boost
Saiyan Power, known to the fandom as Zenkai. "Full Release" or "Full Throttle"), is a Saiyan genetic trait that allows their performance to continually increase against adversity, enabling them to heal faster and simultaneously improve compared to before. This is done by the Saiyan imprinting on struggles and instantly learning from it. As it does, their minds and body adapt to the said struggles, allowing their instinctual methods and natural resistance to noticeably improve, which also increases their physical might as they recover, thereby lessening the chances of the problem happening again. The more severe the damage they recover from, the more significant the improvements will be.

Swift Breeze Style is a as of now incomplete style that is Arlic invention. It combines his masters jumping grasshopper style with his own agile and fluid move set. SBS uses mainly hand to hand techniques while embalming the warriors body or specific body part in his own Ki. Blast used by this style generally tend to be quick type attacks that sacrifice power for speed and force.

• Violet Spear - Warrior casts out multiple purple energy blast with a slight pointy edge at the tip. These do not explode but pierce and if piercing is not possible the blast then richochets to a random direction. Normal Spears blasted can be up to three at the moment
• Last Hope - A full power purple blast that uses all of Arlics energy. Currently can only be used once day
• Hopping combo - a ten hit combo that aims to stun opponent with a hit to a vital area, then opponent is forced into backwards in the air. User dashed behind opponent and proceeds to strike at three different points. Opponent is launched into the air, hit multiple times by sleek energy blasts (3 times), then user goes to strike his opponent for a final hit in center of back
• Twin Violet Lash - User emits a bar of energy in each hand which he or she can extend and use as a whip. Whip only lasts for three seconds before it dematieralizes. has a five second recharge time.

The Oath of Aid is a simple spell that allows Gage to heal a being of its injuries or illness. When the Oath is used the healing requires more than just will intent. Gage has to feel out an injury, such as if he was healing a paper cut he would be able to connect the mental dots in his head to heal the cut. A sword stabbing would be more difficult, especially if something vital was hit. If something vital was hit then Gage would need to administer help quickly and efficiently with no mistakes for even a small chance to be able to heal the wounded person. Concentration is key as well. The amount of injuries that can be healed depend on Gages own stamina and mastery of spell. It is like a muscle, the more you use it and the more efficiently it is used the better it becomes.

One with Nature is more of a passive power than anything else. One with nature allows most animals and creatures to see Gage as non threatening at first. Gage gains an affinity with animals in general and can calm down most wild animals save the more dangerous ones and the truly wild or insane animals. They also have to have at least a modicum of intelligence. Gage can somewhat communicate with animals using sounds and more or less just willful intent and most of the time animals will obey Gage in small commands or when he is truly in need. Though any animal this works on still needs that little intelligence and that means that they don't always necessarily obey.

These men and women were not all blood relatives, in fact barely anyone was when this tribe started, but they came together because of their ideaology, and the bonds they swore together ran deeper than blood. The tribe started off with twelve members and over the course of one hundred ears there are about seventy six Indigo tribespeople. Verdock Adelin Indigo was born into the Indigo tribe, grew up in tribe, and became a very skilled doctor for his clan. Verdock was able to learn medicine and more through the crazy collection of books the tribe owns, and was able to learn more buy obtaining more books through passing outsiders who were willing to trade. Or when the tribe has to send someone to a nearby town or city to buy things they could not obtain by trading.

One day the tribe was visited by a strange women when they set up home in the outskirts of a countryside in North America, but they were not quick to welcome her. They were very wary of outsiders even if they were as mesmerizing and mysterious as this women. She would not give her name, nor was she willing to trade anything since she had nothing she was willing to trade, but she was willing to part with knowledge in exchange for shelter for the night. Verdock was the first to welcome her, ashamed of his tribesmen for their harsh welcome. Verdock was very well known in his tribe to be more willing to welcome outsiders than most. Verdock is the main reason why the tribe was bigger than it had ever been since it started. During the course of her stay, Verdock showed the guest around the common areas of the tribe and introduced her to everyone. The stranger had given no name, so Verdock teasingly introduced her as "Rose". It was not very clever but then again Verdock had a very silly sense of humor. He thought she was more beautiful than any rose he had ever seen. In the end, Rose had to convince Verdock to stay and to raise their child after she left. Verdock belonged with his home, and they needed him and his skills. Verdock was torn on the inside, wanting to leave with Rose and Gage but not wanting to abandon his tribe, which is one of the reasons Galviere fell in love with Verdock. His compassion, his patience, and his will to help those who need medical help were something she had not seen in a man in a long time and fell enraptured by it. But if his family did not want her, then at least she could bear him a son. She knew what Verdocks tribe was planning and knew that it would tear Verdock apart. She knew that if she bore him a son, she could stay peacefully awhile longer with him and in the years to come when her son was older they would reunite outside the Indigo tribe. She felt as if there was no way a child of hers would be able to stay with this tribe forever.

Verdock had never been the same since the mother of his child (Galviere) left, and while he did not hold any resentment, her leaving broke something inside of him. Verdock did not give up on life or kill himself, he simply was ready to move on. Gage was eighteen and skilled with medicine and could hunt to feed the clan by himself with trouble. After Verdock passed away Gage discovered his fathers journals he had kept that told tales of his life over the years. When he found out that his mother had left because of the tribe, his fate was decided. Gage left the clan that day, not holding resentment against the clan but desperately wanting to meet his mother. He left with very little besides the clothes on his back, some supplies, and hunting gear and has ben traveling ever since. He started out on a quest to find his mother but then life intervened. He became distracted with exploring cities and towns, having always had to live outside them with his tribe. Things were so different to Gage.

Skip to the present day, Gage is still wandering but with a new determination. His powers had awakened in the middle of the night calmly, but very much to Gages surprise. He knew his mother was a Goddess but he had never shown signs of powers before. To this day Gage practices his abilities whenever he can healing the sick and wounded, still searching for his mother. After that.....who knows?

TWO DAYS EARLIER

Arlic sat in his seat with an almost death-like stillness. With his gaze out towards what was beyond his window he thought nothing and said nothing. The only thing he wanted at this moment in time was to be able to start his new life at this new academy and to take advantage of all of its resources. The thought of having to deal with so many people made Arlic shudder when he thought of it, but nothing could shake his determination. At times on this grayhound ride he would take a second to reflect on his life and how sudden everything had changed for him since his birthday. When his powers emerged he thought for a second how terrified he should be, and how unreal it was. Well...the latter happened. But even though he went through a life changing and possibly traumatic event he did feel scared about the changes he was literally going through at the time. These new powers were suprising and while Arlic was not scared his mind did race with all the new possibilities.

After a few moments of reflecting Arlic pulled himself out of his own mind and coughed softly into his hand. He stood up slowly and stretched his legs. He had been on the grayhound bus for a few hours now, but it was a two day trip to the Wayne Academy in the middle of nowhere Verginia. If he had better control over his powers Arlic would have just tried to travel by himself without use of transportation but using his powers were very taxing as of late. Arlic open his hand just in front of his chest, open palm upwards, and willed a surge of energy into his palm. In that moment a green light, small in nature and while not very bright it surged with shiny energy, appeared in his palm doing nothing but circulating within itself in an orb shape. After a few seconds Arlic closed his hand into a fist and the energy dissipated into thin air. Arlic grinned then sat back down.

"Dammit this is taking so long", Arlic said sighing to himself ,"The sooner I get off this bus the better."

A bulb went off inside his head and with another surge of willpower Alric hovered himself off his seat and ground, then turned incorporeal. He levitated himself upwards but hit head against the ceiling with a loud smack. Crashing back into his seat with a slur of cuss words streaming from his month Arlic straightened himself out as a female attendant walked over, opened the door to his section, and smiled as she spoke.

"Sir this is the third time we have had to remind you not to use your powers on the bus. Cerberus Gray grayhounds are all updated and equipped with power cancelling equipment built into the walls and roof so no powers can break the walls or ceiling. Please stop or we will need to move you to a more...watched over section."

After the attendant closed the door and walked away Arlic sighed and pulled out his phone. Bored and can't use his powers? Arlic thought to himself how even though these new grayhounds were completely different in so many ways he hated using public transportation.

PRESENT DAY

With a grunt and a shudder the grayhound pull up to the academy and at a complete stop. Arlic stepped out of his section and off the bus, rubbing his shoulder in anticipation.
