Annmarie had a very stressful time of late, work kept her busy yes, but Miami was going downhill just like California and now Texas, these oppressive laws that were forced upon Evo's and the treatment from society in general made the doctor sick inside. To her EVO's and humans are the same thing, catergorise them any way you want, They were still humanity in her eyes and it seemed history always repeated itself when it came to changes to the normal way of life that many get to accustomed to. Annmarie had made sure she was coming to this Vigil after witnessing the fight that broke out two days prior that cost many innocent lives, Lives that in her eyes could of been saved. And compiled on to that and with her helping EVO's on the side illegally providing medical care and sometimes shelter, that was never easy to do and she had to be careful who she helped as some were good while some not.

Mingling among the crowd, Annmarie was a little digusted with some of the personalities there, Sure she knew one or two and surely family member was obvious why they were there but some people were dressed to the nine like it was a bachelor party, some of the woman she saw had dresses that left little to the imagination, short as hell and the bust area so tight that even their other assest looked like they were going to burst out for air. Ann was more a lot conservative but still wore a black dress but made her self concious with her body.

Anyway without getting side tracked, Ann was here to pay her respects yes but not just for those here but also those that won't be mentioned because of being EVO or had any ties to them like the minister Allen Brown, He was a good man, stood up for what he beleived in and was never one to back down from speaking his mind, that ultimately was what killed him, but yet like him and those speaking for Evo's where not even mentioned or shown her and that saddened the woman greatly, Even angered her a little, she did hint a little at this in conversations but was not overly well received, If she was not careful some would take hint at her sympathizing for the Evo's.

But that incident two days ago brought back a familiar face for Annmarie, A female woman that Ann had seen on and off ever since Claire revealed her kind to the world, She knew the woman in question since they were a teen back in 2008, Miami's Guardian angel as mentioned in the tabloids, but was simply something experts could not figure out and nor could Annmarie. She remembers coming across the girl wondering in the storm at the beach, like she had some form of deathwish, her head raised a little and her hands slightly raised, it was one wird ass sight. but not long after that it all changed and the teen in question collapse on the floor, Ann never asked questions and her inner doctor kicked in, taking care of the Evo in question, taking her in, of course eventually she knew what the woman was when all was revealed.

If anything that strenghtened her resovle that not all Evo's are bad, this one saved so many lives that day. Either way the guardian and come to her in distress over the event happening acorss the U.S but mostly to what happened much closer to home. for those couple of day the weather was doing wierd things but only in Miami, clouds formed and stayed constantly swirling and moving in an unusual manner never seen before, the odd rumble of thunder from time to time, it was the weather being effected by the emotions of this one guardian, Annmarie spent plenty of time with her calming the individual. so that the weather was a more calm and soothing for the vigil today.

The senator mentioned in her speach not long ago of those that could control certain unique powers, She mentioned weather control as one, If only she really knew one existed right now and that Annmarie was harbouring that particular individual right now, A class 4. It was round this time that one man that lost a loved one that day in the riots. The speech however was much more different than even she Anticipated and was certainly shocked to what she was hearing. He referred Evo's as people and this made her feel happy and warm inside but also worried, this could get another shoot out going.

But instead those that were actually there for grieving where getting inspired, Then a guy from the back got her attention, she looked at him for a moment when he asked about Quantum and the Evo division. He spoke about bringing it down, Annmarie began thinking, was there really going to be a resistance forming. Starting right here in Miami? The people starting to get a different view, this was a lot to process and some were leaving. Then it just struck her, If this gets people speaking out against the Quantum and others , then surely they will respond to this resistance and put a stop to it before it started. 'Miranda' she suddenly thought in worry, She couldn't let anything happen to her. she would need to escape Miami soon and fast.

Physical Description: Annmarie has long straight black hair, although it often curls at the tips It falls draping over her shoulders and a bit down her back, She prefers to wear it freely but has to tie it up in a bun while working and may sometimes tie it up into a ponytail. Annmarie stands roughly at 5''7 with a figure of 34-25-34 and weigthing roughly 116lbs, Annmarie has medium size cheeks, a medium size nose with delicate slightly over average size lips, easy to get lost into chocolatey brown eyes and a tanned skin complexion. She often prefers to wear casual clothing out of work and doesn't often wear over the top or fancy dresses and the like but on certain occasions will.

Annmarie has no visible tattoo's, piercing's or scars on her body and keeps her body in good condition and eat heathly despite indulging herself with some treats. Her body type could be considered almost an hourglass figure which is round and curvy with a well defined waistline, slightly more fuller hips, bust and generous thighs, Just don't go saying anything like that to Annmarie though as you would end up with hell of a slap that could knock you into next week. However she often tries to hide her curves.

Personality: Annmarie is a charming woman with a heart of gold, But is an independent and strong individual. She is quick to smile when helping others as it is her profession and something she loves to do, And to those who manage to get by her defences and befriend her, She'll do what she can to help out a friend, But to those who are really close to her, She's deeply loyal and protective friend who will risk life and limb for them. Though helping them achieve certain.. Ambitions is another matter for Annmarie, If she doesn't like something, She won't hesitate to let you know and sometimes may come of cold or to the point when doing so. Because of that some believe she is a short tempered woman, But the truth is yes, Annmarie can have fiery temper at times.

To strangers and acquaintances, Annmarie some times comes off as wary and closed to becoming friends at first. She will still act like a human being though and interact when talked to, Just don't expect to gain any personal information about her situation or thoughts instantly, Trust is difficult thing to earn with how the world is these days.

Unfortunately for Annmarie though, She is a passionate woman and sometimes she may act first and think about the consequences later, This particular aspect of her is worsened when her temper is flared. But despite this she does have some other good qualities of her personality besides her protective nature to those closest to her. Although she tries to hide it, Annmarie has a strong sense of right and wrong which is why she tries to avoid thinking of others problems, The problem she has is, The more she knows, The more easier it is to get personally involved which can land her into all heaps of trouble.

Physical Description: Miranda has long wavy purple to blue ombre hair, It falls to shoulder length just draping over her shoulders, She prefers to wear it freely but may at times tie it up. Miranda stands roughly at 5''10 with a figure of 34-24-34 and weigthing roughly 134lbs, Although it is rude to ask a girl her weight. Miri has small cheeks, a medium size nose, hands, and ears with delicate slightly over average size lips, easy to get lost into grey eyes and a slight olive skin complexion. Typically Miranda likes to wear black high heel or standard combat boots, Black or blue Jeans or short jeans with short sleeve blouses, Corsets and crop tops with at times black leather or denim jackets, She loves arm sleeves, Often liking the variety.

Miranda has a colourful dragon tattoo which starts on top of her shoulder covering the shoulder blade going down the right side of her back to the base of her spine. Miri likes to keep herself in good condition by working out but she is by no means under or overweight, Miranda is a attractive individual depending on ones personal taste but has a good feminine figure. Although she wont let it get to her head or think of herself being perfect in any way, She's toned to the point of beinglightly muscled yet there’s no mistaking she does have some curves in the right places.

Ability: Class 4 EVO: Atmokinesis - Often referred as Weather manipulation by some, Miranda has the psionic ability to sense, Create, Shape and control the weather in its various forms like Meteorological patterns and temperature changes thus creating rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, sleet, fog/mist, blizzards, thunderstorms, tornado's while supposedly being able to disipate weather to clear skies. Although Miranda has yet to exhibit or show all of her mutations various uses, The potential is there. Miranda has however shown some of this potential, Having good enough control over her power so far to use it in highly concentrated areas like inside a room and naturally of course outside in her immediate vicinity effecting weather up to a few miles around her.

Miranda's Psionic power of atmokinesis can also be effected by her emotions, One consequence of this connection to nature is her emotional state could results in violent weather where her ability could manifest unintentionally depending on her mood at the time where a thunderstorm could form in response to extreme feelings of rage or fear. Miri can also aim lightning from thunderstorms and or from herself by channelling ambient electromagnetism through her body to generate lightning at others with the added potential of putting this into atmokinetic combat as Miri is a capable hand to hand fighter but not trained, She has not shown any evidence of being able to livitate or fly thus far and her mutation does have natural limits of her body plus other factors of distance, mass, precision are dependent upon the knowledge, skill and strength of Miranda which can effect her ability to generate the weather effects.

Personality: Miranda is a sweet but tough kind of girl with a can do attitude that can get jobs done; either dirty, hard, or easy. A confident and Fearless individual who would use a tough-girl role as a defensive tool to keep strangers at a safe distance. She is determined, stubborn, brave and at times, foolish. Miranda tries to keep a strong idea of what is good and wrong but that does not always work out, she isn't the type to make friends fast, To her trust takes time and shouldn't be something fast to toss around in the current world. Miri loves her music and is as likely to listen to metal music as she is calm, just depends on what she feels listening to at the time and may even sing to it when she is in her own world. The Irish lass likes keeping active but is also likely to be seen on the sofa feet up drawing, Yep surprisingly Miri likes to draw to.

Miranda is comfortable in telling people exactly how she feels, Not hesitating to speak her mind on certain subjects, She wont beat around the bush either which has often in the past got herself into conflicts because of it. Miri is an approachable person and considers herself kind, open and honest, She is quite wary knowing more than she lets on, Miri can be aggressive having a fiery Irish temper when in a foul mood, But don't let her flaws fool you, She can have a laugh, be friendly and Sympathetic to others capable of giving second chances and do random acts of weirdness. Miri is the type however that is completely loyal to those who do right by her, She can become highly protective over those she deems closest to her, Willing to go as far as risk herself to do what she can for them when in need.

Background: Miranda was originally born in Northern Ireland and was the youngest of two siblings with her being the only girl, Both her birth parents are Irish, Her father was American. At the age of four the family was split when her parents split up with the father leaving the mother to look after herself and her older brother alone. Although the years were tough, Miranda mother was soon into another relationship with a guy from America, It all seemed to good to be true when they decided to marry and by the time Miri was eight years old, They made the move to live in America and settled in Florida. She grew up under the watchful eyes of her brother who was protective of his younger sister as he for some reason didn't take to well to having to move.

Life was pretty normal for the most part for Miranda as she was getting a good normal life and upbringing, However her brother was getting in trouble by causing arguments within the household, This was compounded by the fact their step-father was hardly home because of his work, Miranda was enrolled into the girl scouts at the time. It was in her early teenage years that the first evidence of Miranda's abilities when her parents were arguing, This really upset and annoyed the girl, It caused the area to have heavy rain which eventually intensified into a thunderstorm that remained quite consistent unaware it was her causing it until her older brother came and spent many hours with Miri convinving everything was going to be okay and cheer her up causing the thunderstorms to stop, But the rain persisted for several days after and only within a few miles.

From this moment on the rest of Miranda's teenage years were plagued with troubles. Although her brother got his life on track, He continued to get into arguments and the odd fight with their step-father for not spending as much time with the family as he should, The later buried himself further into his work leaving Miranda feeling more and more disconnected when she needed her family most, Her Mother did the best she could to care and love her children but it was taking its toll, but It was her that kept Miri safe and showed the better side of the family life when there was not tension, Miranda tried to channel her aggression once when she got into a fight with her step-father, arguing, when she was angry at him, a hailstorm demolished his car. Her brother had enough and had his suspicions of his younger sister but he married and moved away, He was always a phone call or drive away when she needed him but it still tore her up inside when he left.

Despite how things went on, life was still pretty normal, Her step-father was still into his work, But did start to spend more time with the family and the arguements seemed to die down a lot, Weather it was because of the freak accident of the hail or the brother leaving, Miri did not know but she was not cimplaining. Just Prior to Claire revealing EVO's to the world with a her stupid stunt, Miranda was responsible for a major event in Florida where a powerful storm was 'supposed to be' reported as causing major damage along the eastern seaboard but at the last moment when out of fear Miranda managed to avert the disaster and caused it to snow in Miami baffling many experts at the time and leaving more questions than answers.

As time was passing since the reveal of EVO's to the world, Miranda decided to keep herself on the low on the subject and not reveal herself to the world, it was so tempting but she decided against it for the better. and was making plans on moving away from her family home and making living for herself, She had the support of her parents, she had worked hard for what she had earned and was a capable individual. Despite the political landscape, Miranda was doing well until rumours of a evo regristration act along with blood tests prompted her to leave her job and pack few things, She ran away from home under the guise of moving away and coming to visit her family when she could.
