Angela winced in pain as she tumbled to the ground, thankfully though she rolled and managed to get back to her feet. Smart move on Niko's part, however, Angela's attack was still a success, as she managed to hit him in the chest instead of his gut. She smirked as this seemed to catch Niko off guard a bit, but it quickly vanished as Niko went on the offensive, at super fast speeds. She raised her fists in reaction, but she was looking at nothing, then appeared again, then disappeared. Angela glanced behind her to catch Niko moving again, he was circling around her really quickly, hiding where his strike was even going to hit.
Angela gritted her teeth, of course he was going to be moving this quick. Most of her opponents in this tournament had been really quick speedsters. Well, now it's time she caught one. "I've had to deal with people moving faster than me this whole tournament! This is no different!" As she said this, she looked at every moment Niko appeared and guessed where he'd show next. She swung her arm in a wide arc in an attempt to closeline him.

Angela was shocked, and reasonably so. Lee had seemingly beat the past champion of the tournament with ease, but the tables were immediately turned when he fought Bakuto. While he had also taken damage, Bakuto's afterimage attack wiped the floor with Lee. Angela was getting pumped, especially since she was going to be facing off against Niko. Finally, a true fight... Hopefully...
Bakuto had approached Angela and Niko, and with some words of encouragement, went off to go find a seat for the fight. Angela took a deep breath and looked at Niko, this was it. The trumpets sounded and the two walked out to their respective sides of the arena, the crowds cheers dimming as they waited for the gong. "I'm not gonna go easy on you... So you better not go easy on me! No quitting half way... No holding back... I want this to be a true fight!" She declared as she got into her stance. Acknowledging any words Niko might have said, Angela took one last deep breath and focused as the sound of the gong rang out. She quickly took the offensive and rushed at Niko, at this point, she was wanting to make the first move now. She quickly moved to the side as she rushed at him, aiming a fist to his gut.

Angela stepped past Ace's attacks, but her own failed to make contact for the majority of the skirmish. This was turning out to be a hard fight, one that was getting Angela's blood pumping, she was actually sweating. She jumped back from Ace to gain some distance for a counterattack, until Ace did something she wasn't expecting. She threw her hand in the air and called it, she surrendered.
Angela was dumbfounded, Ace was putting up so much more of a fight than her last opponent, but she surrendered the fight. This didn't feel like a victory, it felt as if she had just been given the win, like she didn't earn it. "... Hey! That match was just starting to get good! Why did you quit? Hey!" Unable to contain herself any longer, Angela called out to Ace. But when it seemed like she wouldn't get a response, she huffed and left the ring. She was tired of being given these victories, at least she finished her match with Bonizo, but everything else has just been off. This isn't at all what she imagined how her fights would turn out.
"And there we have it!" The announcer's voice echoed throughout the stadium. "In a surprising turn of events, Ace has conceded the match!" He then ran over to Angela's side and made a grand gesture with both hands. "And here is our winner!"

Angela was surprised by the sudden tumble to the ground but quickly recovered back to her feet. Ace was a very skilled fighter, that fake out completely caught Angela off guard and she paid for it. She wiped some sweat off her face and got back into her stance, but at that moment, Ace was already on the offensive again. But something was different this time, Ace was giving off a strange feeling that made Angela tense up a bit. Without much time to think about it, she put her guard up completely this time, focusing on dodging and blocking Ace's strikes this time.

Eris looked up lazily at Haruka and just gave a nod to her statement. She then tilted her head upon noticing the girl that Haruka was carrying. She didn't feel like someone who was from around here.
"Things got a little—well, a lot—rowdy while you were sleeping. I can tell you all about it but first I have to take this cutie here to a cell before she wakes up. We don't want an armed and ready MFF agent wrecking havoc around the ship do we?" Haruka said as she continued to carry Akari in her arms, seemingly with some effort, despite the redhead's dollish looks. "Wanna come along? I just have to get her there and then find some clothes and other necessities. The poor thing seems to have had it quite rough."
Eris's curiosity was peaked. "Ok... Mm..." She snuggled her plush and walked along with Haruka to the cell block. "Mm... Haruka... How long have you... Been with these humans... In this world?" She asked curiously. It would be nice to get to know her new friend before anything else happened.
