People don't tend to think about rules when in disputes. Instead, just point out that whoever stops arguing first gets to see the other make a fool of themselves if they going after it all stopped.

The best part about being on the Guild this long is that nowadays, I can sit back and chuckle as the newcomers try to start a fight an instead get all the old hands ganging up on them. Popcorn for me.

Every few minutes playing Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, I tear up from the memories. It's not often you get a game that truly pulls at the same heartstrings as your childhood playthrough's once did.

Military Background: Lucy Wendell joined the British Army at the age of seventeen, with parental permission, and she never wanted to leave it. Her already unique technological touch allowed her to push into phase 2 training after phase 1, so she became a Lance Corporal once she was out of training, specialist technological assets, which also gave her slight analytical abilities (as she was required to analyse some of the data extracted from enemy computer and data systems. Lucy served several tours, one of which she lead a four man (four, including her) team, as required by her rank. She is top dog at her job, and efficient in breaking through tough enemy security systems and even utilizing them once in. She sees herself as professional, and likes to prove to people she is good at her job.
Personal Background: Lucy was born in Aberdeen, Scotland, and was introduced to a lot of servers and data reception for the intakes of shipping from abroad, including fish, and other imports. In her young ages (and even now) she was a curious person, and she found bugs in the security of the shipping records, managing to get into them and see files unrestricted in access by creating admin, moderator and superuser accounts. This didn't change as Lucy grew up. She would access files as if they were unrestricted to her, and at one point managed to find access into the government records, though upon realizing how bad this was deleted all traces of her doing this. Lucy attempts to be friendly with those she meets, and often is flirty, mostly as a joke.

Any one of those is good for me (however I am less experienced with Assassin's Creed and Destiny). And Ready Player One is a great book in my opinion, though (as with almost every other book), it has a few ughhh moments. I'd still recommend it.

Data’s Interest Check

Hey guys, I’m Data. I know most people don’t like to read long introductions, so I’ll cut to the chase with;
Things That You (Probably) Want To Know
- Typically, I write from two to four paragraphs, however I am able to write more than that, depending on how things go. That being said, I'm hoping you can do mid-casual to high-casual roleplay.
- I can play as both male and female, however of males, I very rarely play the overly large, overly strong type of guys. I can also do any combination (MxM, MxF, FxF, though prefer MxF or FxF), and I can play more than one character.
- Romance is a part of character development to me, not a plot point. It shouldn’t be a requirement, and should not be forced.
- I am fine with both fading to black and playing out naughty naughty times (should they ever occur, sometimes they don't if there isn't a need for it to), just let me know your preference (though prefer to just fade to black, due to it interrupting story most times). That being said, I am also perfectly open to other mature matters, such as gore and other such things.
- I prefer originality over canon when it comes to characters. I am fine for our characters to refer to canon events or characters, so long as those aren't being played.
- When contacting me, please don't make me feel like I'm talking to a brick wall. That happens too often.
- Out Of Character communication is essential to building a working friendship between us as roleplayers, and to make sure I’m not roleplaying with a wall. I don’t just roleplay for the roleplay, I roleplay for the friends that are gained from it, too. Plus, I want to know you’re having fun, too!
- I usually prefer Discord for OOC communication. You can find me as Datadogie on the RPG Discord, or just find me by SifTheAI#8098. Just let me know you're from the Guild!
- Of course, that doesn’t mean I’m against just using a roleplay’s Out Of Character subthread, or a seperate PM thread.
The Actual Roleplay Part
Instead of making a super large list of things that I know, leaving you to stumble your way through that and have me be like “I put that on this list a year ago, I don’t have interest in that any more”, I’ve compiled two separate lists;
- The first list is things I have interest in, whether that be a lot of interest or things I know if presented to me I would do. It saves you the trouble of me saying “No, I’m not interested” in that particular genre or fandom.
- The second list is an overall list of things I have read, watched, played, smelled or tasted. Well, perhaps not the latter pair, but it’s an overall list nonetheless. Even if it’s not on the first list and you have a good idea for it, heck, try your luck! If it’s a good enough idea, there’s a chance I’ll say yes!
If it’s not on the list, I’m usually open for original ideas anyways, so shoot me a message!
