Well with power level I left it up to the person playing the characters. If you want an advanced Wizard that should be fine. And for the CS you have now, if you could add an appearance and add it to the CS page it will be accepted. You don't have to tone it down unless you want to.

Their is a D&D wiki page that will help you find the skills based on classes. If you want different skills that go along with the type of character are playing it should be fine.
