Personality: Sassy, mean, mischievous, Jimmeny cricket complex, drunk, high; all of these describe Bill. He is a loyal friend, but a total jerk, and basically acts like an evil conscience. He will protect whoever he is bound to and will do nice things for them, but he will peer pressure them into being mischievous and naughty. He doesn't like playing the good guy, but will when he sees something as messed up even for him.

History(optional): Bill spent most of his time in hell. He knew some mortals, yes, but they were already evil and good drinking buddies. One said friend asked a favor. To be bound to one of their great-great-grandchildren. Bill, wasted at the time, agreed. He regretted it afterwards, but he doesn't know how much fun it will really be.

Other: Doesn't always stay around his bound person, sometimes being in places that put him in the right place at the right time when everything screws up. He is rather small.

Current Location: Ocean of human blood. In a box floating towards price. (I'm sorry price...not)

"If there is a green house, may I take residence in there? Me and Nicky here are not exactly used to very nice arrangements." she said holding the snake as if it were a child. Welcome to the Pokemon: Plague Dragon RP. This Rp is 18+ (more intense violence and cursing is allowed), so if your a younger guild member, please turn around. If not, your choice.
The basic story is that a mining group, while looking for fossils, found a pokemon sleeping in the earth's crust. They couldn't capture it, subdue it, or hurt it. It destroyed everything there, and it's on a warpath. You, as pokemon trainers and pokemon themselves, are going to band together and defeat the beast.

Rules:
1. This is my Rp, what I say goes. This does not mean I won't be unreasonable, but I will be fair.
2. Although this is a mature Rp, please keep explicit content that belongs behind a closed door...well...behind that door. Violence
and cursing may be allowed, but keep it in your pants.
3. Any romance between characters is PG 13. Anymore, take to a PM. I'm not a romance guy anyhow.
4. No god-moding. I will Ban-hammer you.
5. Post unaccepted cs in the OC. Once they are accepted, post in characters tab. I most likely will accept, but still abide by
