If there was a "Civil War" story arc in this game (although I personally think that it is way too early to do that. It would probably devolve into an emotionless hero vs. hero war instead of friends vs. friends), the most likely story line would probably involve STRIKE trying to get a handle on the metahuman community. Sides probably would be Strike plus blackmailed heroes vs. heroes who were not blackmailed. One problem is that I don't know how much dirt STRIKE has on all the heroes.

Depends on the stress type really and the outcome. Anything, if you really think about it, has some sort of stress tied to it else the effort isn't really worth it. At least that's how I've usually felt when I see the end result of something that has used a lot of my focus, time and energy actually come to fruition with a result rather amazing compared to my original expectations.

I also was just thinking about how we were joking about the "War of the GM's" and I thought it would be funny if we (the GM's) did a draft to pick teams. While it would be obvious that we would not do that in game, I just thought it was a funny idea (especially since the NFL draft is just around the corner).

Who wants stress?

Right now, I'm still behind on several posts and not fully caught up with the Ic, but from what I do know is this: Several bombs have created domes all over major cities like Los Angeles, Philly, New York, etc. causing panic and mass exodus of the cities including Lost Haven. This part of the reason the CDC is evacing Rach. The heroes that have joined Ded's arc are currently trying to get the event under control and collected at Sherman Square within a owned building by Iron Knight. Other than the riots, which have left most the Square area in ruins, and likely other parts of the city, there's nothing massive I think has happened that your PC might note. White Witch, Polemos, Thunder and Boom, and Vigilante dealt with the Dome Device in Lost Haven, I could be wrong as I'm not caught up with that current arc.

Pretty much, besides what fdeviant corrected (I also corrected it in the above quote). Although, the max exodus in Lost Haven is probably slowing down because people are probably realizing that Lost Haven was not screwed over by this event.
