Mai started to act rather calmly around Angelo and gave a small nod to how it was going. Of course it wasn't going that well but it stopped hurting as much bit by bit. Sooner or latter it will finally stop and let her safely move again. She had to find a way to fet the remaining Varanium out if the wound but she couldn't think of a way other then carefully picking the pieces out with a pincet. Well only the big pieces that were left at least. The smaller pieces shouldn't matter all that much. Mai listened to Jangel and noticed he was having a hard time thinking up proper subject to talk about without hurting her all to much. Mai glanced over at her weapon for a moment but didn't say anything. Just seeing her weapon made her already think about her partner. Mai slowly averted her head downwards and was shivering a little to keep the emotions to herself.

Mai quickly turned her head at the new presence next to both of them. She curled up in the bed a little and had her tail between her legs. She kept listening to their conversations and slowly removed her sheets from her lap. Mai moved her legs over the bed side and waited for the right moment. As soon as Angelo to just take her she darted off. Mai quickly grabbed her weapon and dashed to the end of the roof. She quickly jumped to the next roof and kept on running. Everytime before and after she jumped her right leg would collapse slightly to the pain of the wound. Mai kept on running till she lost them.

I didnt even know it worked like that. Doesnt seem to work with me tho -still has small trail of blood under nose from zarkuns last strip party-
