The conditions of Europe as towards Spain's current lore standing would be best preserved with some manner of conservative party taking the reigns. Europe is the sort of region where a nation can have king re-appointed and no one bats an eye. In the case of the French there might arise a sort of Vichy government who would be in tow with the ideology of Spain and the enforcement of that over Europe. Or somehow things get so abstract the House of Napoleon is brought back on, as is the case of the House of Savoy reclaiming power over Italy by way of referendum.

Certain pro-monarchy movements might lend support to lack of French hesitation to restore a British monarchy, where a more leftist government might want to enforce parliamentary rule in England. But then again: this is Precipice of War where even the leading communist nation doesn't care that Cambodia is technically a constitutional monarchy now (if because of them) and their ally in Africa is one massive Imperial Monarchy.

There's also Steven Universe, but that's more of a niche show than something you'd suggest. Plus the comedic episodes break up the plot episodes too often.

To add to this too: way I've heard it put the earlier episodes are kind of bland and if you want to watched binge it from beginning to end then the word of the wise - or from the people who tried - is that the first couple seasons are just kind of boring. The later seasons are considered much better in terms of writing and quality and I've heard people put it that right about now is where they got their shit together.

Of course the show wouldn't exist if there wasn't a fan-base in the first place. But it probably doesn't get broader appeal until later.
