The year isn't important from a fiction-nonfiction comparison. All you need to know is "Bronze age". Like-wise, the area is maybe no larger than a quarter the size of the northern bulge of Vietnam and within the tropical zone. So while geography or hunting range might separate tribes local to the area they'd be within the same cultural feel. Like-wise the farming refugees coming east to escape persecution or annexation by the western Emperor would share a common ancestry best described as not being Indian.

The map to be honest just isn't that big yet.

Given the short time of divergence (presumably, GM has been missing for an extended period or forgot about this RP) the chance of too wide a divergence is pretty slim. I would argue apart from the United States the lot of us would be writing the process of our national divergences based on pre-existing patterns. So what it comes down to in Germany is that Adolf Hitler would most likely catch the wave he got to ride on in the demographics he did so, folk like the veterans of the war and other infuriated types not the already fractured left-wing parties.

I'm not saying a coup against Hitler would be impossible, but a coup against him would amount to triggering a revolution. And in the short time we'd have between the point of divergence and now you may have to find yourself actually writing about the revolution as a current event. Which isn't a bad thing: it would actually give you a lot to write about by being in a state of something being incomplete as opposed to complete as a whole. You wouldn't have to struggle to find something to write about.

But as I said before, @Preusen's app sort of implies there'd need to be a Nazi Germany based simply on the line "Yet, another threat arose as the National-Socialist- German backed party secured a narrow-election in New Jersey." There'd have to be an active and able Nazi party, likely in power in Germany to fund and support the rise in power of American Fascists in New Jaw-zay.

Do you think you could take a double look at your names and change them? I can probably see them working for the South-East Asian aesthetic I'd like to see, but it might be a bit of a stretch. As well, I'd like to see more history given to them, this is supposed to be an advanced-level RP but I can't tell if you'll be able to commit with a single-paragraph background section. Surely you can add more.

I think we may be at an issue with this because with the fall of the NSDAP then there's no international backing to the Sister Republics which nullifies not only them, but the Communist South in the US. Germany will need to go the route of the NSDAP.

As well, Hitler was considerably popular at the time of his rise and a lot of the elite and the writers backed him to be on what they saw as the winning side, given Hitler alone held the loyalty of a third of the nation behind him.

I don't know how well Mexico could weather the great international depression when during the time of the depression the economic growth it experienced (known as the Mexican Miracle) was due in part of government policy. And you replaced what'd be an otherwise progressive party with a constitution that'd support what they did with an ultra-conservative monarchy that would go far from that.

EDIT - we're also facing a universe where one of the greatest economies of the time, or the most major political entity in the Americas has dis-unionized. This would no doubt have crippling effects across the board that would worsen the Great Depression. Especially in a nation where many migrant workers from Mexico were still working in at the time to send money back home to feed families.

But the issue was that according to his nation sheet, Browder was the leader of the soscialist forces that he defeated, while he was supposed to be the leader of your nation, creating a time-paradix that threathened to rip the entire universe apart :p

To be honest, an almost-time-paradox isn't the worst thing going on in that application. Namely in part that FDR somehow got shoehorned into a pseudo-fascist state despite honestly being a lot closer to a socialist in the timely high-minded liberal American aristocrat sense. He wouldn't really fit in that area; he being a prominent New Yorker be damned.

Not to mention Republicans during this era were very against the idea of a large army and mass mobilization which'd be the very anti-national-socialist position.

Honestly, though he's only 35 at this point Charles Lindbergh would be a better choice for FDR's position that FDR. His wife would bust a vein if she knew who he was associating with, and she'd know sure as hell who he's associating with now.
