I think the distinction isn't really based on geography, more so that Europeans just don't care. Or maybe it's specifically my country. It's important to keep in mind that we've had gay marriage equality since like.. the 2001.
So things like gender, equality, gender studies etc. aren't hot at all here.
Contrary, all we hear about is racism and stuff like that.

@Mr Allen J Yes. I'd point out who I am, but that'd cause unrequited shame and embarrassment on my side. No, I doubt it's that bad.
If you'd want however, I can give you the CS skeleton and you would theoretically be able to get to work. Somewhat. Most of the info about Broacien and surrounding lands will be posted in the OOC. So there might be gaps you couldn't fill in until then.
