You don't have to be reacting to the news. You could just write about what your character's doing around the city.

I am so, so sorry I took this long. I've been swamped with projects and family associated buisness. I hope everyone is still on board for the RP; the first post in the IC is up. Granted, it features a few NPCs who may/maynot become relevant in the future. Also, sorry for the short post length- ATM Im being forced to write on an ipad with an unforgivingly small keyboard.

It was a tall building- But then, weren't most buildings, in this city? Didn't matter, mission timer was on the go, and the target was moving.
Two men sprinted along a rooftop. One held a pistol and a pair of high power binoculars, and the other held a fifty caliber sniper rifle. One of the men pressed his thumb into his earpeice, activating it.
"Target is moving, Command."
"Pursue," The answer came from the other end of the line, "fire at will."
"Yessir."
The two men kept running, taking breif pause to leap between the gaps of two buildings.
The two men ran in silence, not even looking at each other. Both had thier eyes glued on a man in a simple suit, walking at a leisurely pace on the streets down below.
"Martinez." One adressed the other, singaling to a reasonably open spot on the rooftop. The two ran to it, the one with the sniper rifle laying down, setting up the rifle on a tri-pod. The other, Martinez, crouched beside him, bringing the binoculars.
"Wind speed is nill," Martinez said, "Target moving at roughly a meter per second."
"Roger." The sniper responded, staring down the scope.
"Aimed?"
"Ready."
"Fire." Martinez gave the order, and the shot rang out. In a few miliseconds, a man now lay, dead on the street, his head burst wide open.

Fallout and Halo Crossover

Gotcha. Well, I'd like to reserve a Spartan, if you're doing reservations.

I was thinking it to be more based on the quality of the sheet. Like, if you write like a six year old(not saying you do, just giving an example) no way in hell I'm letting you have a Spartan, but if your writing in your sheet shows quality, I'd certainly be open to letting your character be a Spartan.

Fallout and Halo Crossover

Seems cool. Would we be playing both Fallout OCs and the Spartans?

Yup, Fallout and Halo OCs. I was thinking I'd limit the amount of Spartans accepted, but I'm down for people being ODSTs and Marines or whatever.

Would anyone be interested in an RP about a UNSC ship happening upon the Fallout Universe?

I'm thinking it would be a smaller ship with some marines and a small number of Spartans, chancing upon the Fallout world after a slipspace jump goes wrong. Anyone down for that?

Well, I suppose we can afford to start later. Riobhain and I seem to share the struggle associated with school that makes posting somewhat difficult.
That said, would anyone be interested in... Doing something else? I know I'm begging to form a track record around here of getting mildly popular interest checks and letting them fall off the face of the earth, but the player count we have at the minute is lower than what I'd intended for the game. That said, if we do something else I don't intend to let the game die- But I mean, if you all are open to doing something superhuman related in addition to this, let me know.
