There's something about the Heart Types that still confuses me. Each one is apparently designed to fulfill a sort of RPG role. Wise are Mages, Guardians are Tank Fighters, and Champions are DPS Fighters. Where exactly does that leave the Valorous Hearts? They wield two Keyblades, sure, but it sounds like they have all the worst traits of Guardians and Champions (slowness, frail defenses) but seemingly none of the advantages save for a second blade. I'm actually wondering if having a second blade is worth being comparatively weaker than other characters since I'm not seeing any other real advantage to having a Valorous heart. I'm sticking with my character regardless, it's just that this has been nagging at me for a while now.
So no one's batting an eye at the music currently blaring over the speakers? *shrugs* Oh well, better luck next time I guess.
@Joshua Tamashii That would be an oversight on my part, I apologize.
Standing alone on the top ledge of the clock tower, Cyrus gazed at the never-ending sunset of Twilight Town. He'd heard this spot offered what others referred to as a "stunning view of the town", though Cyrus only really thought of it as a useful vantage point, he still had to admit that the view itself was indeed a sight to behold. Arms crossed, his red scarf whipped about in the wind, with a sigh Cyrus let himself relax a bit, evidenced by his beginning to lean on the wall behind him.

He heard rumors of like-minded Keyblade Wielders meeting here to discuss a plan for ending the war. It sounded genuine, but he knew all too well how often rumors could also lead to deadly traps. This was why he'd chosen his current vantage point. From here, he could watch things unfold while hopefully remaining unseen by those on the streets. If the rumors proved themselves to be true, Cyrus would show himself peacefully and offer his aid to effort. If his other hunch was correct and this turned out to be some twisted trap for naive hopefuls, then Cyrus would just have to once again prove why he was called the Grimm Reaper.

Perhaps he was being a bit pessimistic, but the war had made Cyrus into a very... pragmatic individual. It taught him to approach everything with a "healthy" amount of caution that often bordered on paranoia. He wanted to think that there were others like Ren out there, who were also trying to end the conflict just as he had tried to do, and if there were Cyrus would gladly join their cause in the name of honoring his fallen friend. Unfortunately, the realist in Cyrus told him that absolutely nothing should ever taken at face value.
Yeah so... Mach just Rick Roll'd the Nazis with this song.

My God, I never thought I'd write a sentence like that in my life. XD
One Day Ago

At the tail-end of his, er, "conversation" with Joshua, Tocsax interrupted and said something to Mach regarding Joshua. It was something to effect that Joshua was apparently their best hope of defeating The Seekers. Okay, it wasn't exactly worded like that. But that was more or less how Mach heard it and, yes, it cut pretty deep. Good thing he was wearing his helmet at the time, otherwise everyone would have been able to see just how much those words stung.

Later that same day, when everyone had returned to the ship, Mach went off by himself. Alone in one of the ship's R&D rooms, he removed the components of his suit, and then reassembled them on a mechanical dummy the Moogles had helped him make. The thing didn't run on magic, so obviously he needed to recharge it, especially after that little super-kick stunt he pulled earlier. The dummy the suit was now attached to was hooked up to one of the ship's power generators and would be able to recharge its energy sources while there. Until it was fully charged, which Mach estimated would take about a day and a half, he'd just have to make due with his wheelchair in the meantime.

"Hmph," he huffed to himself while setting up the recharge, "glad to know you have such high hopes for the rest of us, Tocsax." he muttered, snarking to no one since he was alone in the room, "What was it you said? I had a 'stronger Heart than I think'? That was clearly a load of crap. You were just telling me what I wanted to hear so I'd agree to your insane request, I bet." clearly he was just venting to himself, frustrated. For all his genius, his logic, and most of all, his tech, he was still getting one-upped by the asshole with a magical sword. It really steamed him, he even slammed a fist on the right arm of his chair, "Yeah, well I could be stupidly powerful too if I was able to just ignore all the laws of science like magic does. But you know what, universe? That's just fine and dandy. You can take your magical bullcrap and shove it. I made myself able to walk again, able to run again, hell I turned myself into a goddamned superhero. No faith, no miracles, no magic whatsoever involved." who exactly was he taunting, or gloating to? Well, no one obviously, he was alone after all.

Now

The suit still recharging, Mach found himself still in his wheelchair when the Nazis of all people decided to show up. You know, because they didn't have enough problems already. Oh well, they would have had to go after them sooner or later so he supposed it wasn't that big of a deal to take them down now. Kill two birds with one stone, as it were. But when everyone else went to help repel the attack, Mach heard a beep coming from his lap that made him genuinely worry about something instead of being his usual arrogant self. Mach had brought with him with his own personal laptop from home. The reason he needed to bring it was because, as of yet, it was the only computer that allowed him to monitor his suit's status from elsewhere. And right now it was alerting him that the Nazis were trying to hack his suit.

"You German sons-a-bitches." he blurted out, opening up the laptop and beginning to type furiously on it, "Nobody, and I mean frickin' NOBODY tries to hack MY stuff and gets away with it!" unfortunately, his laptop wasn't equipped to combat the more powerful computer of a gummi cruiser... at least not by itself. Mach quickly wheeled himself up to the bridge with a cord running out of his laptop in his hand, "SorryMogIneedtoborrowthecomputerI'llgiveitrightbackthankyou!" he said talking a mile a minute. He was already plugged into the ship's computer before Mog could protest, "OK you Nazi bastards, let's see if you can hashtag-handle a dose of your own medicine." now with the processing power of the ship's computer at his disposal, he was able to amp up his own defensive software to match that of the ship's. Then he began hacking his way into the German P.A. systems, "This one's for all you Patriots out there." and began, not even kidding, blaring America - Fuck Yeah over the Nazi intercoms.

"See what happens when you mess with the Master? You get your ass trolled. Hard." once his little prank was pulled, Mach started doing some actual hacking, trying to disable security systems and just be a pain in the ass in general for the Nazis so that the efforts of Henry, Tocsax, and Joshua were a bit easier.
@Sigil

Well, I couldn't help but notice that Relics depend on Mystics to even exist in the first place. Someone has to be responsible for creating and enchanting those nice magical items. So the idea I'm having a Relic hero who is basically being supplied with items of power by a Mystical benefactor.
So, I'm noticing a distinct lack of Mystic/Relic characters and I just so happen to be more than happy to supply one. Assuming of course you're still taking fresh meat?
Glider looked like he was about chirp a protest to what Ian had said, but thankfully Trey cut him off, "You're probably right. Looks like we'll just have come back some other time." he was disappointed, sure, but he still had the whole town, the Region itself even, to explore still so he wasn't about to let this get him down.

"So where exactly is the Lab, anyway?" Trey wondered aloud to himself, "I don't think we passed it by yet, so we can't be far from it, right?" he reasoned, coming to the conclusion that the lab must have been relatively close to the Gym. It made sense in his mind, at least.
Is the hacking coming from our Cruiser or the German one?
